Get PDFУ статті розглянуто основні причини виникнення, сфери поширення, умови існування та наслідки тіньової зайнятості населення України. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо шляхів і способів обмеження масштабів тіньового ринку праці. Запропоновано основні інструменти, що можуть сприяти детінізації ринку праці в Україні та мінімізації соціально-економічних ризиків.The article describes the main causes, the incidence, the conditions for the existence and consequences of shadow employment of the population of Ukraine. The paper provides practical recommendations regarding the ways and means of reducing the shadow of the labour market. The work considers the main tools that can contribute to unshadowing of the labor market in Ukraine and minimize the socio-economic risks.В статье рассмотрены основные причины возникновения, сферы распространения, условия существования и последствия теневой занятости населения Украины. Предоставлены практические рекомендации относительно путей и способов ограничения масштабов теневого рынка труда. Предложены основные инструменты, которые могут способствовать детенизации рынка труда в Украине и минимизации социально-экономических рисков

One of the features of rural unemployment in Russia lies in the uneven distribution of
human resources in the country, generating a surplus of labor in some regions. Currently
empowered to conclude discrimination of agricultural labor, since the average salary of workers of the agricultural enterprises is significantly lower than in urban areas. Ways of mitigating the problems of rural employment through the development of non-agricultural employment in rural areas are proposed. Development of small non-agricultural businesses in rural areas will contribute to the diversification of economic activities in the rural economy; expanding sources of revenue base of local budgets; improve the sustainability of rural areas in terms of scale and the development of self-employment of the rural population, raising the level of his life.У статті представлено аналіз проблеми сільського безробіття у Воронезькій області Російської Федерації, виокремлено її особливості та основні причини. на сільський розвиток та зайнятість сільського населення. Проаналізовано законодавство з децентралізації влади в Україні. Виявлено основні загрози його застосування сільському розвитку. Запропоновано заходи запобігання виявлених загроз.The article is to highlight changes in the legal framework of local government, the study of their impact on the level of rural employment, rural development detection and study measures to prevent these threats in restructuring local government and territorial organization of power. The study found that the main threats reform are: rising unemployment, falling incomes of farmers, worsening access to and quality of basic social services, and the decline in quality of life, destruction of small villages, rural decline and others. To avoid negative consequences should take the following measures: implement national practice in self-progressive norms of European law; conduct extensive information
and educational work among the rural population on the benefits of the association; conduct training officials of local councils on the procedure of the association; build traffic, equip towns electronic services; out pilot projects territorial communities; to ensure public

Тому перед підприємством постає необхідність у синхронізації циклів відтворення матеріальних ресурсів і виробництва продукції. Відсутність конкретних методичних розробок у цій області обумовили необхідність розробки методичного підходу щодо синхронізації циклів відтворення матеріальних ресурсів і виробництва продукції на машинобудівному підприємстві.The great diversity of machine building enterprises makes reaching the goals, which appear while using material resources, more difficult since the enterprise has to maintain supplies, allocate and use the wide range of material resources, produce and consume different types of products in
time. That is why every enterprise faces the necessity to synchronize the reproduction cycle of material resources and goods producing. Here, the author offers one of the approaches of synchronization of material resources reproduction and goods producing which consists of seven main phases and methods of their realization: combining different types of goods of the
enterprise into main nomenclatures using grouping; identifying material resources for all types of goods according to material resources price analysis and their rate of use; identifying the interlocking types of goods using the criterion of consumption of material resources with complete correlation
matrix; determination of the resulting groups of commodity products, by establishing relationship between products and consumption volumes of material resources, the results of of multivariate factor analysis; identifying the main types of goods by means of the ABC analysis on the basis of quantity and price of every type of goods; elaborating the resulting groups of commercial products by comparing the factor analysis results and the ABC analysis
