No full textWhether we use our own vehicle or use public transportation or walking when we choose an individual modes of transportation is influenced by a variety of factors. In this study, we analyze the effects of the initial condition of transportation on the selection of individuals after the passage of time. Panel data are used to develop and estimate models that can take into account dynamic changes to reflect these state dependencies. In this study, the factors affecting the choice of the individual’s modes of transportation are considered human factors such as gender, age, and income level and reflect the random effect on the assumption that there are unobserved heterogeneity such as individual tendency or habits. In order to solve the problem of the initial condition in which the initial condition without previous information is misinterpreted as the unobserved heterogeneity, we use the dynamic random effect probit model using the Heckman estimator. The results of this study suggest that there is a significant state dependence, which means that the initial condition of transport will not change over time. It is suggested that the early formation of transportation is important for the transportation policy, and the development of the policy that is compatible with the initial formation is necessary
대학ㆍ연구기관 보유기술 직접사업화 지원사업의 수요분석을 통한 지원정책 효율성 개선 방안
No full text과거 기술사업화는 학계 및 연구계 중심으로 기술이전 또는 창업지원 등 좁은 의미로 해석되어 시행되었으며, 기술 사업화 단계에서 사업의 경험부족, 기술개발 실패, 판로 미확보 등이 실패원인으로 지적되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 학계 연구소 보유기술의 직접사업화 지원 사업이 공공 자금 및 대기업 영업력을 기반으로, 사업화 기술과 자본, 판로, 정부정책 및 지원 등이 결합한 신개념의 기술사업화 모델을 제시하고, 보유기술을 직접사업화하기 위한 애로요인을 도출하였으며, 조사 및 분석을 통해 기술사업화 수행 주체의 요구요인과 보유역량과의 사이에 차이가 있고, 요구요인과 애로요인간에 상관관계가 있다는 유의미한 결론에 도달하였다. 이 결론을 기반으로, 대학 및 연구기관 보유기술에 대한 사업화의 효율성을 높이기 위한 일환으로 지원정책 개선 방안을 도출하였다
KREONET-S의 SDN 기반 지능기술 구축개발현황 및 계획
No full text우리나라의 과학기술연구망인 KREONET은 2015년도부터 네트워크 소프트웨어화를 위하여 KREONET-S 프로젝트를 출범했다. KREONET-S는 SDN의 기본 구조를 기반으로 국내외 소프트웨어 정의 광역통신연구망 인프라를 설계하고 구축함으로써 기존의 전통적인 네트워크 인프라와 서비스를 가상화, 자동화, 지능화하기 위한 첨단 네트워킹 이니셔티브이다. 본 고에서는 KREONET-S 프로젝트의 개략적인 소개와 함께 KREONET-S 네트워크 인프라의 가상화/자동화/지능화를 위한 핵심 기술인 가상전용네트워크 시스템의 구조와 주요 서브시스템/모듈의 개발·구현 현황을 기술하는 한편, KREONET-S의 지능화된 네트워크 인프라 구축과 기술 개발 및 고도화 방안에 대해서 논의한다
Clustering Social Media Services and Messengers by Functionality
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to analyze which functions make up web-based as well as mobile social media services and messengers. Services are clustered by their functionality. A total of 640 individual functions were identified, while investigating altogether 44 selected services in their web and mobile versions. Applying content analysis, functions were assigned to the services. The services were ranked by the number of implemented functions, and the functions were ranked by their occurrence in the services. Cluster analysis was applied to classify the services according to their functionality. Facebook and VKontakte were found to be the ones with the most functions; the most frequently implemented functions are support, profile, and account-related. Cluster analysis revealed six classes for mobile and seven classes for web applications. There is a noteworthy difference regarding the functionality scope between web and mobile applications of the same services. An example for this is Mendeley with 38 functions in the mobile and 91 functions in the web version. This is the first empirical attempt at clustering social media services based on their functionality
