Effect of Technology and Market Dynamism on the Business Performances of SMEs by Supporting Services
No full textResearch objective of our study is to find the effect of technology and market dynamism on the business performances by small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) supporting services. Technology and market dynamism have been introduced as moderating variables, utilisation degree of information provided by SME supporting services was selected as an independent variable and contribution degree to SME business performances such as revenue, export, employment and so on were selected as dependent variables. Structural equation modeling was established to analyse moderating and mediating effects on SME business performances by SME supporting services using Smart PLS programme. The SME supporting services had a direct effect on SME business performances and also indirectly influenced SME business performances via contribution degree to decision-making of SME executives. Technology and market dynamism significantly moderated the effect of decision-making of SME executives on SME business performances. It could be seen that technology and market dynamism had a mediated-moderating effect on SME business performances

No full text기존 상업 출판사 중심의 학술 커뮤니케이션 체제가 가져온 위기를 해소할 수 있는 대안으로 오픈액세스가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 계량정보분석 기법 가운데 하나인 동시출현단어 분석을 활용하여 오픈액세스 분야의 최신 연구 경향을 반영하는 지적구조를 제시하고 주제영역이 어떻게 구성되었는지 확인하는 것을 주된 목적으로 두며, 기존에 수행되었던 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석 연구와 비교분석하였다. 이를 위해 Web of Science로부터 오픈액세스 관련 키워드 검색을 통하여 2013년 1월 1일부터 2018년 11월 31일까지 출판된 문헌정보학 분야 논문 총 761편을 수집하였으며, 이들 논문 가운데 제목과 초록으로부터 명사구 형태의 키워드 총 2,321개를 추출하였다. 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석을 위해 네트워크 분석을 통하여 13개의 세부 주제영역이 추출되었으며, 지적관계를 시각화하여 전역 및 지역 중심성이 높은 키워드를 도출하였다. 또한 군집분석을 실시하고 이 결과를 다차원축적지도에 표시하여 키워드들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 앞으로 오픈액세스 영역에서의 연구 방향성 모색에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다
Conformal Frame Dependence on Cosmological Observations in Scalar-Tensor Theories of Gravity
No full textCosmological observations provide more accurate values both for the background evolution of the Universe and for the structure formation. These values are given by the so-called dark energy equation of state, ω, and the growth index parameter, γ. From these observed parameters, one can reconstruct the model functions in scalar-tensor gravity theories. However, there is a long-standing debate about the (in)equality between conformally transformed frames in scalar-tensor gravity models and some cosmological observables have been shown to be frame independent and others frame dependent. We focus on the cosmological evolutions of the frame-dependent observables, which are functions of the frame-independent parameter, the redshift. Thus, if one measures the cosmological parameters ω and γ from the frame-dependent cosmological observables in one specific frame, then all of the other observables should also be interpreted in that frame with the same cosmological parameters obtained from that measurement. If one analyzes the same observables in another frame, then the obtained cosmological parameters should be different from those of the original frame. This explicitly shows the frame dependence of cosmological observables. Also, our method provides a model-independent analysis of scalar-tensor theories of gravity models about various observables in both frames
