No full textYo soy Maria Montoya, un personaje de la vida real y el melodrama latino, de lo popular y lo folclórico, del kitsch católico, del cursi punk y el peluche subversivo. Soy una figura verdadera, fracturada, escarchada, desnuda, disfrazada y travestida. Hago esto para no morirme. Me castigaron y ofendieron mil veces, pero Maria Montoya es mi manera de resistir. Son mis armas todo lo que en mi habita. Soy la parodia de mi propia catarsis. En mis múltiples encarnaciones me reinvento, me reconozco en otros cuerpos, otros ideales, otras realidades. Allí me construyo y hago lo que se me da la gana. Con esto resignifico en mi performance la ofensa, construyo escenarios de emancipación y me libero de lo que hice a otros y lo que me hicieron a mi: con esto la ofensa deja de ser ofensa. The military vicariate in Colombia, a vestige of the confessional state
No full textLa presente investigación pretende demostrar que las actividades que en la actualidad desarrolla el Obispado Castrense de Colombia tienen carácter inconstitucional. Para el efecto, el artículo analiza la historia de la relación Iglesia-Estado en Colombia, ahondando particularmente en el ámbito del Obispado Castrense, y la viabilidad jurídica de dicha institución a la luz de la Constitución Política de 1991. Para ello, se contrasta la posición planteada por la Corte Constitucional sobre la constitucionalidad del Obispado Castrense con la justificación jurídica que la misma vicaría Castrense y el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional dan a la existencia y funcionamiento de la mencionada institución actualmente. Todo esto para concluir que hoy día el Obispado Castrense ejerce actividades en Colombia en desmedro de nuestra Carta política, como si Colombia fuese un Estado de corte confesional, por cuanto el Estado ha hecho caso omiso de lo dicho por la Corte Constitucional. Adicionalmente, se constata que el Obispado Castrense goza de ciertas prerrogativas por parte del Estado colombiano, contrariándose de esta manera el Estado Laico y pluralista consagrado en la Constitución.This investigation reflects how at present the Military Bishopric of Colombia develops its activities in an unconstitutional manner. For this purpose, the article analyzes the history of the relationship between the Colombian State and the Catholic Church, delving particularly into field of the Military Bishopric, and the legal viability of this institution in accordance with the 1991 Political Constitution. Whereby, it is contrasted the position of the Constitutional Court on the constitutionality of the Military Bishopric, and the legal justification that the Military vicariate itself and the National Ministry of Defense give to the existence and functioning of the aforementioned institution at present. Concluding that today the Military Bishopric exercises activities in Colombia to the detriment of our Constitution. As if Colombia were a state of confessional style because the State has ignored what the Constitutional Court said, additionally, it is verified that the Military Bishopric enjoys certain prerogatives granted by the Colombian State, infringing in this way the Lay and pluralist State enshrined in our Constitution

inmersión en el área educativa, esta influye los cambios que observamos cada día en la forma
de enseñar y aprender. Por esta razón, la Biblioteca Alfonso Borrero Cabal, S.J., crea un
curso virtual dirigido a la comunidad de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, buscando dar a
conocer los recursos electrónicos suscritos que se encuentran a su alcance, esto también con
el objetivo de inspirar y desarrollar en los miembros de esta comunidad, una cultura de
investigación y autogestión en la adquisición y producción de conocimiento.
La metodología para recolección y análisis de información se enmarca en un enfoque
cualitativo que recoge y analiza la información de los docentes, también en un enfoque
cuantitativo, que recolecta la información de los estudiantes. De forma posterior, estos son
analizados en conjunto. Las técnicas de recolección permitieron observar e identificar en los
tutores y estudiantes su percepción sobre el curso virtual. A partir de esos hallazgos y las
experiencias de otras bibliotecas, se elabora una propuesta de rediseño para el curso virtual en
la búsqueda de lograr el cubrimiento de las necesidades de los estudiantes, respecto a la
consulta de información e investigación.This research is a reflection on virtual education and its progressive
immersion in the educational area, this influences the changes we observe every day in the form
to teach and learn. For this reason, the Alfonso Borrero Cabal Library, S.J., creates a
virtual course aimed at the community of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, seeking to give
know the subscribed electronic resources that are within your reach, this also with
the goal of inspiring and developing in the members of this community a culture of
research and self-management in the acquisition and production of knowledge.
The methodology for gathering and analyzing information is framed within a
qualitative that collects and analyzes the information of teachers, also in a
quantitative, which collects information from students. Subsequently, these are
analyzed together. The collection techniques allowed observing and identifying in the
tutors and students their perception about the virtual course. Based on these findings and
experiences of other libraries, a redesign proposal is prepared for the virtual course in
the search to achieve the coverage of the needs of the students, regarding the
information and research consultation
Caracterización química de aceites esenciales comerciales y evaluación de su capacidad antialimentaria y fumigante contra Tribolium castaneum
No full textLa infestación por insectos es una de las principales causas de la pérdida de granos y productos almacenados. Tribolium castaneum es un coleóptero cuyas grandes poblaciones están asociadas a los almacenes de alimentos, y la capacidad de las larvas y adultos para dañar los alimentos hace que sea considerada como una plaga grave de productos almacenados. En este estudio se determinó la composición química de cinco aceites esenciales comerciales, y se evaluó la actividad fumigante y antialimentaria de los aceites para estimar su uso como potenciales plaguicidas. El análisis por CG-EM permitió identificar 99 compuestos en los cinco aceites esenciales. Los componentes mayoritarios de los aceites de eneldo, perejil, tomillo y laurel corresponden a monoterpenos, mientras que el aceite de cilantro está compuesto principalmente por aldehídos de 8 a 12 carbonos. El aceite esencial de eneldo presentó la mayor actividad fumigante contra T. castaneum (CL50 5,56 µL/Laire), mientras que el aceite esencial de laurel fue el menos activo (CL50 166,31 µL/Laire). Se evaluó la actividad antialimentaria de los aceites esenciales, encontrando que ninguno causó disuasión alimentaria.ColcienciasInsect infestation is one of the main causes of the loss of grains and stored products. In this study, the chemical composition of five commercial essential oils was determined, and the fumigant and antifeedant activity of the oils was evaluated to estimate their use as potential pesticides. The GC-MS analysis allowed the identification of 99 compounds in the five essential oils. The major components of dill, parsley, thyme and laurel oils correspond to monoterpenes, while coriander oil is mainly composed of aldehydes of 8 to 12 carbons. The dill essential oil had the highest fumigant activity against T. castaneum (LC50 5.56 μL/Lair), while the essential oil of laurel was the least active (LC50 166.31 μL/Lair). The antialimentary activity of the essential oils was evaluated, finding that none caused food deterrence

No full textEl presente documento tiene como finalidad solucionar una problemática encontrada en la práctica empresarial que se está llevando a cabo en BBVA Colombia, en el área de Corporate and Investment Banking, en el segmento de Banca de Inversión para Banca de Empresas y Corporaciones, la cual es la estandarización y simplicidad de los modelos utilizados al interior del banco.
Este escrito trata sobre el problema encontrado en el área, la solución brindada y recomendaciones pertinentes a partir de la investigación que se llevó a cabo en el transcurso del semestre 2019-1. El problema que se encontró en el área de Banca de Inversión para Banca de Empresas y Corporaciones fue la complejidad del modelo financiero que se utilizaba para analizar los estados financieros de las empresas que se les realizaba un análisis. El otro problema que se encontró fue la dificultad para unificar toda la información brindada, dejando a un lado información pertinente para un análisis apropiado de la organización. La pregunta que se realizó fue ¿Cómo se puede lograr un modelo más sencillo y completo para el área de Banca de inversión para banca de empresas y corporaciones con el fin de que se puedan optimizar la información brindada y reducir la carga laborar de los trabajadores, aumentando la validez de la información?. Esta pregunta nace de las necesidades percibidas al interno del área
Para solucionar estos dos inconvenientes se planteó la renovación y adición de herramientas para el modelo de Excel que se utiliza para el análisis financiero, las cuales fue la proyección del balance general, un conversor de tasas, la adición de ayudas gráficas y el proceso de complementar las herramientas habidas.
Además, este proyecto fue entendido como una iniciativa para empezar un proceso de cambio en el área, pues el modelo realizado se puede mejorar más, buscando que se utilice toda la información disponible, reduciendo el tiempo empleado para el análisis. Por eso se consideró solamente un abrebocas de todo un cambio a nivel del área, el cual deberá continuar para consolidar el modelo realizado.The purpose of this document is to solve a problem found in the business practice that is being carried out at BBVA Colombia, in the area of Corporate and Investment Banking, in the Investment Banking segment for Corporate Banking and Corporations, which is the standardization and simplicity of the models used inside the bank.
This writing deals with the problem found in the area, the solution provided and pertinent recommendations based on the research that was carried out during the semester 2019-1. The problem that was found in the area of Investment Banking for Corporate and Corporate Banking was the complexity of the financial model used to analyze the financial statements of the companies that were analyzed. The other problem that was found was the difficulty to unify all the information provided, leaving aside pertinent information for an appropriate analysis of the organization. The question was: How can we achieve a simpler and more complete model for the area of Investment Banking for corporate and corporate banking in order to optimize the information provided and reduce the workload of workers, increasing the validity of the information ?. To solve these two drawbacks, the renovation and addition of tools for the Excel model used for financial analysis was proposed, which was the projection of the general balance, a rate converter, the addition of graphic aids and the process of complementing the tools available.
In addition, this project was understood as an initiative to start a process of change in the area, since the model can be further improved, seeking to use all the available information, reducing the time used for analysis. No full textEl objetivo principal de este proyecto fue reconocer las características del agro Colombiano,
específicamente en un cultivo endémico como lo es el Cacao para identificar una necesidad
desde la disciplina del diseño industrial. Se identificó la problemática de la materia orgánica
generados a nivel nacional por este cultivo y cómo su desecho podría modificarse y ser
aprovechado como materia prima en la creación de productos sostenibles. Para esta iniciativa
se trabajó con la finca San Luis Localizada en el municipio de San Pablo de Borbur, en el
departamento de Boyacá. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del proyecto fue Design
Thinking donde por medio de herramientas y métodos referidos a la gestión de proyectos, los
cuales se ven reflejados en el cronograma general y los hitos principales del proyecto. A
partir de la investigación y pruebas de laboratorio, arrojaron un material de corta vida útil
conformado por las propiedades y características de la cacota (fibra vegetal y aroma), se
planteó el diseño de un producto experiencia para el consumo del cacao en las tiendas
especializadas de chocolate.The main objective of this project was to recognize the characteristics of Colombian
agriculture, specifically in an endemic crop such as Cacao to identify a need from the
discipline of industrial design. The problem of organic matter generated at the national level
by this crop was identified and how its waste could be modified and used as raw material in
the creation of sustainable products. For this initiative we worked with the San Luis farm
located in the municipality of San Pablo de Borbur, in the department of Boyacá. The
methodology used for the development of the project was Design Thinking where through
tools and methods referred to the management of projects, which are reflected in the general
timeline and the main milestones of the project. From the research and laboratory tests, they
threw a material of short useful life conformed by the properties and characteristics of the
cacota (vegetable fiber and aroma), the design of an experience product for the consumption
of the cacao in the specialized stores was proposed of chocolate

No full textDesarrollo del diseño arquitectónico de un centro educativo integral, en donde una metodología educativa basada en distintas teorías, el arte y la utilización de los recursos naturales; son los factores principales para el progreso escolar en el corregimiento de El Chiqui, zona rural del municipio de San Pelayo, en el departamento de Córdoba.
Actualmente, existe la necesidad de suplir el déficit real de equipamientos educativos en el departamento de Córdoba debido a que la gran mayoría de Instituciones Educativas en los municipios, no cuentan con una infraestructura adecuada. Acorde con las exigencias del modelo educativo, estas carecen de áreas y espacios agradables, con alta deficiencia de equipos de computación y tecnología que les permitan a los estudiantes recibir un servicio de calidad, para así poder desarrollar sus capacidades de aprendizaje de tal manera que su formación y conocimiento sean de niveles de alta competitividad. En este caso, es preciso identificar los aspectos negativos, las necesidades, las debilidades y oportunidades; para así tener una idea-concepto del déficit que existe actualmente específicamente en la población rural de San Pelayo y así poder generar una propuesta que contribuya a suplir las necesidades de educación, con un proyecto integral de equipamiento de carácter educativo, cultural y social. Teniendo como fin principal beneficiar a una comunidad rural desde los aspectos más sensibles, creando una propuesta innovadora en el modelo tradicional de pedagogía a través sistema educativo es basado en diferentes teorías como las inteligencias múltiples, el conocimiento lúdico, la gamificación, la etnoeducación y el arte en la educación, que se complementan con las actividades ya existentes de territorio, como lo son la agricultura y ganadería. Busco crear un espacio para el conocimiento, generando una participación e interacción del proyecto con toda la población.Development of the architectural design of an integral educational center, where an educational methodology based on different theories, arts and the use of natural resources; are the main factors for school progress in the village of El Chiqui, rural area of the municipality of San Pelayo, in the department of Córdoba. Currently, there is a need to supply the real deficit of educational facilities in the department of Córdoba because the great majority of Educational Institutions in the municipalities do not have an adequate infrastructure. In accordance with the demands of the educational model, these lack of pleasant areas and spaces, with a high deficiency of computer equipment and technology that allow students to receive a quality service, in order to develop their learning abilities in such a way that their training and knowledge are levels of high competitiveness. In this case, it is necessary to identify the negative aspects, the needs, the weaknesses and opportunities; in order to have an idea-concept of the deficit that currently exists specifically in the rural population of San Pelayo and thus be able to generate a proposal that contributes to meet the needs of education, with a comprehensive project of educational, cultural and social equipment. Having as main purpose to benefit a rural community from the most sensitive aspects, creating an innovative proposal in the traditional model of pedagogy through educational system is based on different theories such as multiple intelligences, playful knowledge, gamification, ethnoeducation and art in education, which are complemented by the already existing activities of territory, such as agriculture and livestock. I seek to create a space for knowledge, generating a participation and interaction of the project with the entire population
