養護教諭養成教育における「学校危機管理」の資質・能力の育成 : バーチャル・スクールを活用した実践から
Get PDF本研究は，看護系大学の養護教諭養成課程における，バーチャル・スクールを用いた危機管理の学修成果を明らかにすることで，教育内容を検討し，学校危機管理能力の向上を図るための基礎資料とすることを目的とした。令和2年度，「養護概説Ⅱ」を受講した2年生19名に対し，バーチャル・スクールのグループワークの後，「学校の危機管理における養護教諭の役割と能力」についてのレポート課題を提出させ，記載内容を質的に分析した。その結果，学生が考える危機管理の対応は，文部科学省が作成した学校の危機管理マニュアル作成の手引きに記載されている重要なポイントをおさえられていた。一方で，学校の実態や学校組織を踏まえた危機管理の理解等の，教育実習に向けた課題が明らかになった。学内での講義・演習と教育実習をつなぎ，実践能力の基盤を育むための工夫が求められる。The purpose of this study was to clarify the results of crisis management training using a virtual school in a training course for school nurse teachers at a nursing-related university to examine the educational content and to provide basic data for improving school crisis management skills. In 2020, 19 second-year students who took the course “School Nurse Theories Ⅱ” were asked to submit a report on “Roles and Competencies of School Nursing Teachers in School Crisis Management” after completing group work in a virtual school. The report contents were then qualitatively analyzed. Results showed that the responses to crisis management covered the essential points described in the “Guide for Preparing School Crisis Management Manuals” issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. On the other hand, issues for nursing practice, such as understanding crisis management based on the actual situation of the school and the school organization, were clarified. 地域経済活性化のための地方自治体の取り組みに関する一考察 : エコノミックガーデニング鳴門の事例をもとに
Get PDF地域経済活性化政策の一つとして、あらゆる地域資源を活用して大きな経済効果を生み出した米国コロラド州リトルトン発祥の「エコノミックガーデニング」がある。わが国でも既に導入している地方自治体は存在するが、リトルトンのように顕著な経済効果はいまだ報告されていない。本稿は、地方都市の中でもいち早く導入に踏み切った徳島県鳴門市の取り組みに焦点を当て、上記の要因を考察している。
これまでの地域経済政策とエコノミックガーデニングを比較すると、エコノミックガーデニングとは地域に存する中小企業を中心に産学公民金連携を図る自律的な地域経済システムであるということが明確になる。産学公民金連携のためのネットワークの構築と存続の成否を握るのは強いリーダーシップを有する人物であり、その人物の存在の有無がエコノミックガーデニングの経済効果に影響を及ぼすということを本稿で示唆している。One of the regional economic revitalization policies is “Economic Gardening,” which originated in Littleton, Colorado, in the United States, and produces large economic effects by utilizing all kinds of local resources. Although there are local governments in Japan that have already introduced the system, no significant economic effects have been reported yet, such as in Littleton.
This paper focuses on the efforts of Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, which was one of the first regional cities to adopt the system, and examines the above factors.
Comparing Economic Gardening with conventional regional economic policies, it becomes clear that Economic Gardening is an autonomous regional economic system that aims for industry-academia-public-finance collaboration centered on local small and medium-sized enterprises.
This paper suggests that the success or failure of building and sustaining a network for industry-academia-public-finance collaboration is determined by a person with strong leadership, and that the presence or absence of that person influences the economic effects of Economic Gardening.departmental bulletin pape
Activation of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway in VSMCs inhibits calcified vascular stiffness in CKD
Get PDFIKK2/NF-κB pathway–mediated inflammation in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) has been proposed to be an etiologic factor in medial calcification and stiffness. However, the role of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway in medial calcification remains to be elucidated. In this study, we found that chronic kidney disease (CKD) induces inflammatory pathways through the local activation of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway in VMSCs associated with calcified vascular stiffness. Despite reducing the expression of inflammatory mediators, complete inhibition of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway in vitro and in vivo unexpectedly exacerbated vascular mineralization and stiffness. In contrast, activation of NF-κB by SMC-specific IκBα deficiency attenuated calcified vascular stiffness in CKD. Inhibition of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway induced cell death of VSMCs by reducing anti–cell death gene expression, whereas activation of NF-κB reduced CKD-dependent vascular cell death. In addition, increased calcification of extracellular vesicles through the inhibition of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway induced mineralization of VSMCs, which was significantly reduced by blocking cell death in vitro and in vivo. This study reveals that activation of the IKK2/NF-κB pathway in VSMCs plays a protective role in CKD-dependent calcified vascular stiffness by reducing the release of apoptotic calcifying extracellular vesicles.journal articl
日本麻酔科学会年次学術集会における一般演題数の推移と要因
Get PDF日本麻酔科学会年次学術集会の一般演題数の減少が指摘されているが，その詳細を調査した研究はない。本研究は，2017年度から2023年度にかけて，年次学術集会の一般演題数の推移を，演者の所属および研究の種類別に調査した。
2017-2021年度にかけて演題数は半数以下に急減した。所属別では，大学以外の施設に所属する演者の減少が顕著であった。研究種類別では，“ヒトを対象とする医学研究” および “動物または細胞等を対象とする医学研究” の減少が顕著であった。2022年度以降は演題数の回復傾向が見られたが，以前の水準にはまだ達していなかった。演題数減少に対し，要因に応じて適切な対策を講じる必要がある。Background: Although a decline in the number of presentations at the annual meeting of the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists（JSA）has been observed, the factors underlying this decline have not been elucidated. We investigated the trends and causative elements influencing the decline.
Methods: We assessed the membership numbers of the JSA, the quantity of presentations, the affiliations of the presenters, and the categories of research for the years 2017 to 2023.
Results: The number of JSA annual meeting presentations experienced a sharp（＞50％）decline, falling from 718 in 2017 to 334 in 2021. We also identified a notable decrease in the number of presenters from non-university institutions. Significant decreases were observed for both “medical research involving human subjects” and “medical research on animals or cells.” Although the number of presentations has shown signs of recovery after 2022, the number has not yet returned to its former level.
Conclusions: A strategic approach is necessary to revitalize the academic field of anesthesiology in Japan. Such an approach should include an individualized analysis of the factors contributing to the decline in conference presentations, and the implementation of appropriate measures.journal articl
