    Novel Design of a Climbing Mechanism for an Automatic Wheelchair

    noneStair climbing wheelchairs were created to help disabled people and elderly overcome one of the most common architectural barrier, stairs. Many types of devices have been developed using tracked, leg, wheel and hybrid mechanisms to climb stairs but none of these have been able to ensure the safety and stability needed for stair climbing. This thesis presents a stair climbing wheelchair that uses an “X”-shaped wheel-leg mechanism to climb and descend stairs. This mechanism will always maintain contact with the stair during climbing activity to perform better at the climbing task. The seat of the wheelchair has 1 DOF so that the inclination angle can be changed in order to correct the position of the center of gravity to be close to the center of the supporting polygon. An IMU (Inertial measurement unit) is used to synchronize the angle of the seat in relation to the ground and by using a motor utilizing PID control to automatically balance the seat in the horizontal position. In order to climb stairs smoothly the angular position of the wheels should be the same, thus a PD control was implemented to control the position of the wheel so that they will be synchronized, therefore, capable of performing the climbing task at the same time and at the same position. Simulation and experimental procedures were done in order to analyze the behavior of the device while climbing and descending stairs and to know the system COG oscillations magnitude, which can produce discomfort to the user.     Mathematical Model of High Moisture Content Paddy Drying in Prime Stage

    夏、秋兩季是台灣一期稻作收穫期,期間時常遭遇豪雨及颱風侵襲,已經結穗成熟的稻作很容易就會因豪雨及強風而倒伏,倒伏的稻作因堆疊在一起不利通風,這些富含大量水分的稻穀繼續擺在田裡很容易就會開始發芽或是長霉,因此只要雨季或颱風到來,農民皆紛紛搶收濕穀送至各乾燥中心進行乾燥,但由於乾燥中心採用的循環式乾燥機在處理高含水率稻穀上的效率較差,除了增加能源成本外,也拖慢了整個乾燥流程,導致乾燥機使用壅塞。為解決此問題,必須探討高含水稻穀的乾燥現象並以此設計針對高含水稻穀的預乾燥機。 本研究利用有限元素分析軟體COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0電腦模擬軟體,建立一維球對稱熱、質傳數學模型來模擬單粒厚度稻穀在乾燥過程中的含水率及溫度變化,並進行薄層乾燥實驗。在通風量0.1CMM、0.3CMM、0.5CMM、0.7CMM,通風溫度50度的比較試驗中,各條件之間的含水率變化並無顯著變化,只有在開始的1分鐘,高通風量的乾燥速率顯得稍快一些;而在40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃,通風量0.3CMM的比較試驗中,較高溫的兩組的乾燥速率明顯比較低溫兩組快,且待在恆率乾燥的時間也比低溫的多出將近6分鐘,可以說通風溫度越高對乾燥效率的提升越有幫助。 本研究以乾燥條件60℃,0.3CMM來對照實驗數據與數學模型之吻合度,對照含水率變化和乾燥速率變化在趨勢上都大致吻合。 The 1st paddy harvest in summer and fall always suffer from typhoons and torrential rain in Taiwan. The ripe paddies could be easily beaten down by heavy rain and strong wind. These paddies were difficult to ventilate and could bud or mold in the wet stack. Therefore, farmers would rush in the harvest when the typhoon or rainy season comes, and deliver the wet paddies to drying center for drying. But the recirculating dryer with poor efficiency for the high moisture content paddies. Increase the energy cost, prolong the drying process and decrease the operation capacity. To solve the problem, it is necessary to investigate the drying phenomenon of high moisture content paddies, and design a specific pre-dryer for the high moisture content paddy. The study using the FEM analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics5.0. Establish a 1-dimension sphere symmetry geometry with heat and mass transfer model to simulate the changes of moisture content and paddy temperature during the thin layer drying process. Comparing with the flow rate at 0.1CMM, 0.3CMM, 0.5CMM and 0.7CMM at 50℃, the changes of moisture content almost identical. The drying rate show higher at higher flow rate at the initial 1 minutes. On the other hand, Comparing with the drying temperature at 40℃, 50℃, 60℃ and 70℃ at 0.3CMM, Condition at higher temperature with higher drying rate, and with 6 minutes more than the low temperature in the constant rate period. In the other word, higher the drying temperature, higher the drying efficiency. The study compared the experimental and the mathematical data in the condition of 60℃,0.3CMM, and the changes of moisture content and drying rate roughly identical between the experiment and model

    Incorporating sequence motifs to improve accuracy of predicting transcription factor binding sites using ChIP-seq data

    染色質免疫沉澱定序技術,是用來尋找特定蛋白,例如轉錄因子,與其調控的基因一種方法,藉由這種技術我們可以大略的知道轉錄因子在人體DNA片段上的位置,然而這些被找到的轉錄因子結合位點的準確率尚未曾有研究做過系統性的討論。因此,本論文裡用TRANSFAC資料庫提供之已知的轉錄因子結合位點,針對染色質免疫沉澱技術鑑定之不同信心程度(FDR)下的轉錄因子結合位點進行整體性的預測表現評估,並輔以序列特徵資訊,增進其預測準確度。本論文使用了ENCODE資料庫的染色免疫沉澱資料來進行分析,且挑選了擁有不同細胞株的轉錄因子來做比較,整體而言,各個細胞株的結果顯示,經由ChIP-seq鑑定出的峰值區中,約六成會包含至少一個該特定轉錄因子的轉錄因子結合位。此外,本論文發現利用模序探勘所得之序列特徵結合ChIP-seq峰值區的資訊去預測轉錄因子結合位,經觀察確實可增加預測轉錄因子結合位的準確率,然而,使用不同FDR信心程度與不同的序列特徵,將會影響轉錄因子結合位的準確率。本論文之研究結果點出單純使用染色質免疫沉澱技術預測轉錄因子結合位點的缺陷,並提出序列特徵有助於改善預測結果,而可作為未來相關生物資訊預測方法之重要基礎。Transcription factors (TF) regulate gene expression in living organisms and influence multiple biological processes. Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) is a technology that have been widely used to find transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) of a specific TF among the DNA sequences of a genome. However, the accuracy of the TFBSs identified by ChIP-seq has not been systematically evaluated. In this regard, this thesis utilized TFBS information provided by the TRANSFAC database to validate the TFBSs identified by using ChIP-seq only with multiple false discovery rate (FDR). Moreover, in this thesis, a method incorporating de novo motif discovery was proposed to improve the performance of the predicted TFBSs. ChIP-seq data sampled from different cell lines was collected from ENCODE database. In general, ~60% of the peak regions identified by using the ChIP-seq only with a strict FDR cutoff (FDR = 0) contained at least one TFBS of the specific TF across multiple cell lines. In addition, by our proposed method, the prediction accuracy was improved and better than the results using ChIP-seq alone, though it was observed that the improved levels were affected by the used FDR cutoffs and discovered motifs. In conclusion, this thesis identified the accuracy problem of the ChIP-seq platform by observing from the data in a large scale, and address this issue by proposing a method incorporating de novo motif discovery. The observed results can serve as an important foundation for developing bioinformatics tools on TFBS prediction in future

    Development of the Flood Warning Criteria for gricultural Crops -A Case Study of Short-term Leaf Vegetables in Yunlin Siluo and Erlun Areas

    短期菜類作物在夏季時為國內主要新鮮蔬菜來源,但也因為其組織柔軟,易受颱風豪雨損害。近年來全球受極端天氣影響,極端降雨不斷發生,以至於淹水災害的衝擊愈來愈大,而使颱風過後短期葉菜無法及時供應,故本研究將評估臺灣重要農業生產區─雲林地區短期葉菜之淹水災害警戒值。 本研究利用羅吉斯回歸分析(Logistic regression analysis)進行評估,將二維淹水模式重現重大淹水事件之淹水深度及淹水時間與天然災害救助資料建立短期葉菜淹水受害模式。並根據情境模擬分析,比較受害面積比率與情境雨量之關係,繪製短期葉菜受害機率地圖,推估適用於雲林二崙西螺短期葉菜之農作物淹水災害警戒值,用以做為減少損失風險規劃之依據。In Taiwan, Leafy vegetables from short-lived herbaceous plants have high production in summer. However, the fragile leaves of these vegetables will suffer from Typhoon and heavy rainfall. Owing to the increase in extreme weather events in recent years, frequent flood disasters caused by heavy rainfall result in significant decrease in the production of leafy vegetables. Under such circumstance, we aim at developing an approach to study the impact of flooding on the production of leafy vegetables and also apply the proposed model to the agricultural areas in Yunlin, Taiwan. In addition to provided records of natural disaster financial assistance, inundation depth and time in several real flood events are computed based on a two-dimensional inundation model. The formulation among the inundation depth and time, records of natural disaster aid and decrease in production of leafy vegetables is therefore established by virtue of the logistic regression. Furthermore, risk maps of decrease in production of leafy vegetables at any rainfalls can be presented through the established formulation. Depending on the risk maps, a warning rainfall criteria is proposed to conduct a risk assessment of decrease in production of leafy vegetables in Yunlin in this study

    Application of GPS Guidance to a Steering Control System for Self-Propelled Agricultural Machines

    在工業環境自動化的現代,農業機械也持續朝向自動化的方向進步著,本研究因而致力於開發半自動農業機械,目標為建立適合台灣農業機械使用之自動轉向系統。 研究方法包含了以二維單軌模型建立車輛自動化轉向模型及路徑追蹤模型狀態方程式以了解系統之特性;實際硬體以Ez-Guide 250系統搭配Bulkhead天線做為GPS接收端進行路徑規畫及導航,搭載Ez-Steer 500系統控制器及Ez-Steer Motor致動馬達做為自動轉向系統之控制單元及致動器操作農業機械方向盤,以模擬人為操作方向盤動作進行自動轉向功能。將此系統裝配於台灣特有之一型農業機械─桃改型桿式噴藥機SYL-800進行自動轉向運作測試,並以Matlab程式撰寫一資料後處理程式。 實驗以APP程式GPS test先行確認實驗場地之GPS訊號良好,之後於實驗場地進行七輪實驗,分別測試噴藥機以定速2.3 km/h行走時追蹤直線、直角轉彎及連續轉彎;接著是測試噴藥機定速3.6 km/h行走時追蹤兩組直線、直角轉彎及迴轉,其中兩組直線第一組設定參數與定速2.3 km/h時設定相同,而第二組則為符合定速3.6 km/h之優化參數,以此方式驗證模型表現之特性。 實驗結果顯示在參數條件設定得當的情況下,系統可以進行良好的自動轉向功能進行路徑追蹤。以定速2.3 km/h或是3.6 km/h進行直線路徑追蹤都可以達到行走誤差極小可忽略的良好路徑追蹤,而直角轉彎則可以在誤差小於0.5 -1.6 m以內的情況下完成。然而在進行連續轉彎或是迴轉時,系統可能會因為控制指令變化過於不連續導致系統跟不上而中止運作,需於系統應用時注意此局限。In the age of automated industry, agricultural machines are also becoming more automated. This paper implements a GPS-guidance system that allows Taiwanese agricultural machinery to be steered automatically. The study is in two parts. Firstly, a single-track vehicle model is used to understand the characteristics of auto-steering and path-tracking. A GPS guidance system is then implemented in a field test. An Ez-Guide 250 monitor with a GPS receiver and a bulkhead antenna are used as the guidance system. The Ez-Steer 500 system includes a control unit and a driving motor that imitates a human’s actions in turning a steering wheel to allow auto-steering. The system is then installed on a self-propelled field boom sprayer, named SYL-800, which is manufactured in Taiwan, to execute the field tests. A computer program is then written using Matlab, to analyze the data recorded from this system. The experiments initially test the GPS signal using an APP program named GPS test, to ensure that the signal is sufficiently strong for the system during the field test. Experiments are performed in seven rounds, as follows. During the first three rounds, the speed of the sprayer is fixed at 2.3 km/h and the system tracks a straight line, a cornering line and a continuous turning path, respectively. During the next four rounds, the system tracks straight line, cornering line and U-turn line trajectories and the speed of the sprayer is fixed at 3.6 km/h. During these four experiments, the straight-line path is run at two different factor settings: the sprayer’s speed is set to 2.3 km/h and 3.6 km/h. This method is used to prove the characteristics of mathematical model that is established. The experiment results show that the system works well as an auto-steering system for path tracking when there are proper factor settings. The system tracks a straight line with negligible deviation regardless of whether the speed of sprayer is 2.3 km/h or 3.6 km/h. The deviation in the cornering line is within 0.5 -1.6 m. However, the system shuts down when the path is a continuous turning line or a U-turn line, because the control signals are not continuous. Care should be exercised when running the system in this mode

    Lithium Sulfur Battery Materials Development and Electrochemical Analysis – Effects of PVDF Based Gel Polymer Electrolyte on Dendrite Formation and Carbon Based Protection Layer on Lithium Sulfur Electrodes

    本研究針對目前發展中的鋰金屬電池之中極具潛力的鋰硫電池,解決目前研究遇到的困難,並且改進電池性能與壽命,主要從兩個面向切入,其一為陽極,鋰金屬電極的部分,在長時間充放電容易形成枝晶,我們利用具有機械強度的固態電解質置入對稱鋰金屬電池,分析不同硬度對於枝晶生成型態與速度的影響,我們發現楊氏模量0.05548MPa的電解質在0.1mA/cm2電流密度時,在前3000分鐘可以完全抑制枝晶的生長,並且促進電極表面愈趨平整。在實時觀察實驗中,我們發現在陽極側,電極氧化的情形十分類似腐蝕理論中的孔蝕現象,也發現隨著電解質的擴散係數變小,孔蝕現象也變得較不明顯。 鋰硫電池的陰極因為其特性,在電池使用過程中容易溶解出鋰硫化物,我們模仿Su等人使用奈米碳管製作陰極的保護層,並且使用自製碳化過的木質素做為與奈米碳管混和的替代品,結果發現使用50% 900℃碳化過的木質素製作的奈米碳管保護膜可以讓鋰硫電池的循環效率大幅提升,在60次0.1C循環充放電後保持有近1000mAh/g S的電容量。This research is dedicating to one of the most promising lithium metal battery, lithium sulfur battery. The development of this kind of lithium metal battery is facing some challenges recently, which can split to two parts. One of them is dendrite growth on the lithium metal negative electrode, which may cause some safety issue, including short-circuited and energy capacity decay. We designed a symmetric cell to in-situ observe dendrite growth when applying a constant current. In order to study the relationship between mechanical strength and dendrite growth, we fabricated the cell with different gel polymer electrolyte with different Young’s modulus. We found that when using the gel polymer electrolyte which Young’s modulus is 0.05548MPa and the current density is 0.1mA/cm2, dendrite would not grow in the first 3000 minutes. We also found that the mechanism of oxidation of lithium metal is very similar to pitting corrosion. When using the electrolyte which diffusivity is lower, the phenomena of pitting corrosion is less apparent. The other part is the dissolution of sulfur electrode. Due to its physic properties, the lithium sulfide would gradually dissolve into the electrolyte. This may cause some energy capacity decay. We add an additional layer into the cell to be a protect layer. This layer could efficiently adsorb the lithium sulfide that dissolved into the solution, reducing the decay rate of the cell. We also mixed MWCNT with carbonized lignin, and found that 50% 900℃ carbonized lignin MWCNT film could make the cell remain 1000mAh/g S capacity after 60 cycles(0.1C)

    Effect of Antiepileptic drugs on Resurgent Na+ Currents in Subthalamic Neurons

    電壓依賴性鈉離子通道在動作電位的傳遞及神經的興奮性上扮演著很重要的角色,一旦興奮性發生異常便容易造成神經性疾病,例如癲癇(epilepsy)等等,癲癇是一種先天或後天因素所引起的慢性腦部疾病,其特徵是由於腦細胞過度放電所引起的反覆性發作,而鈉離子通道直接與細胞的興奮性有關,所以常成為抗癲癇藥物(antiepileptic drugs;AEDs)的治療標的。近來的研究發現當膜電位復極化時,不活化態鈉離子通道回復到休息態的過程中,可能發生回返性鈉離子電流,亦即該電流可於膜電位復極化時,提供一個額外的閾下電流,進而促使神經細胞去極化的產生,因此有利於高頻率快速地放電。常見的抗癲癇藥物如:carbamazepine、phenytoin及lamotrigine等,已被證實會緩慢地結合於鈉離子通道的快速不活化態,可以有效地抑制癲癇放電,而不會影響到正常的神經活性,因此,研究回返性鈉離子電流與這些抗癲癇藥物的關係,應該是一個很重要的課題。我們改變前置去極化的電位,由較低的電位(-50 mv)提升至較高的電位(+120 mV),其回返性鈉離子電流的峰值仍然會再逐漸成長,而後在40 mV以上,趨於飽合,由此可推論當回返性鈉離子電流產生時,與之相關的分子機制有相當大的電壓依賴性變動,此一依賴性最有可能來自鈉離子通道的結構本身之變化。此外,低濃度的抗癲癇藥物例如phenytoin,對於回返性鈉離子電流就已有抑制效果,而這樣的濃度對暫時性鈉離子電流卻沒有明顯的影響,足見得抗癲癇藥物此時對於鈉離子通道的結合速率、親和力等可能都已發生改變,而這可能是由於鈉離子通道本身結構改變,進而造成藥物受體亦隨之變化其構型所造成的結果。Epilepsy is a common neurological disorder characterized by paroxysmal and excessive neuronal discharges of the brain. Because voltage-gated Na+channels play a crucial role in cellularexcitability, the channel constituies a major therapeutic target of antiepilepticdrugs (AEDs). Recent studies indicate that resurgent Na+ currents could provide subthreshold currents during the repolarization of the membrane potential and therefore may contributetohigh-frequency neuronal discharge. Carbamazepine, phenytoin and lamotrigine are common antiepileptic medication in clinical practice, and all are potent inhibitors of Na+ currents by slow binding to the fast inactivated state of Na+channels. We have demonstrated that changes ofthe depolarizingprepulse from -50mV to +120mV would make larges and larges resurgent Na+ currents. The amplitude of the resurgent currents would then be saturarng with prepulse potentials ≧ 40 mV. Moreover, We found that low concentration of antiepileplic drugs, such as phenytoin, may show an evident inhibitory effect on the resurgent but not transient Na+ currents. It is likely that the Na+ channel undergoes significant conformational changes to generate the resurgent Na+ currents

    Identifying Rice Grains of Various Varieties and Studying the Genotype-Phenotype Association of Rice Grains

    水稻是全世界許多人的主食,每年在國際市場上交易的數量十分龐大。不同的品種 的水稻在外觀上存在著差異,這些外觀差異可以藉由分析其與水稻基因型的關聯 來了解造成外觀差異的原因。本研究利用影像處理以及稀疏表達分類器等非破壞 性檢測分辨 30 種不同的水稻,同時也對於 255 種水稻的外觀以及基因型做出其關 聯性的分析。稀疏表達分類器則可以利用過度充分基底來捕捉具有代表性的外觀 特徵。在實驗中,種子取自於 Genetic Stocks Oryza,基因資訊取自於公開資料庫, 利用顯微鏡與高解析度數位相機提高影像畫質。量化的外觀特徵大致上被分為水 稻種子以及護穎的形態、顏色以及紋理等特徵。接下來利用線性模型對上述特徵分 析其與基因型的關係。稀疏表達分類器藉著輸入量化的外觀特徵來辨識其中 30 種 水稻品種,稀疏表達分類器對於 30 種品種的辨識準確率可達到 89.1%。Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major staple food and is traded globally in considerable amount. Rice shows remarkable variation in grains. The phenotypic information of the rice grains need to be quantified as the first step to investigate the association between the phenotypes and genotypes. This study proposed to distinguish the rice grains of 30 varieties nondestructively using image processing, sparse representation based classification (SRC) and a procedure to phenotype rice grains of 255 varieties in high precision. SRC is a method that uses over-complete bases to capture the representative traits of rice grains. In the experiments, rice seeds were acquired from Genetic Stocks Oryza germplasm collection. The genotypic information (i.e., SNPs) of these seeds are publicly available. The images of the grains were acquired in high resolution using microscopy (approximately 2413 dots per inch). Morphological, color, and textural traits of the grain body, sterile lemmas, and brush were quantified. The traits were subsequently fit into a unified mixed linear model for investigating the association between the phenotypic and genotypic variations of the varieties. An SRC classifier was developed to identify the varieties of the grains using the traits as the inputs. The proposed approach could discriminate the varieties of the rice grains with an accuracy of 89.1%

    Model Development for Shi-Chung River Hot Springs and Analysis of Groundwater Level and Temperature Change

    四重溪是通往牡丹鄉的必經之地,因有天然溫泉自地下湧出,故古稱「出湯」,又因此處環山盆地,河川貫穿其間,早期居民出入均由河川涉水,步行四層彎島河川,故又俗稱「四重溪」,日治時代與北投、陽明山、關仔嶺並稱台灣四大溫泉,溫泉是屬於碳酸氫鈉鹼性泉,水溫約在50至60度之間,ph值約7.9~8之間,其水質屬於鹼性之碳酸泉。 近年來四重溪溫泉區的水位有逐年下降的趨勢,且水位的變化幅度很大,顯示該區溫泉資源有超抽之虞。為了避免溫泉資源的枯竭,對於水位與水溫的變化需有更精確之掌握,因此本研究探討四重溪區域的降雨入滲及抽水對於水位水溫的影響,及推測合理用水量,並且以不同的抽水比例,來看對於水位與水溫的影響。研究中先以SWAT模式來模擬有效入滲量,此部分需要事先蒐集土地利用、土壤地質、地表高程、河川水系與氣象資料,接著將模擬出之有效入滲量當作SHEMAT的輸入值,並配合設定水文地質與熱傳參數、可能破裂帶位置、邊界與初始條件後,SHEMAT可模擬溫泉水位及水溫之變化。 最後,模式之校正以屏東縣政府所核準之各家溫泉業者抽水水權量為初始值來調校,得到的抽水量高峰為12月1047噸/日,而抽水量最少的月份則是7月719噸/日,同時得知對於越靠近溫泉區中心的觀測井,其模擬效果越好,整體校正與驗證之水位與水溫趨勢符合觀測值變化。此外,校正與驗證的結果可進行合理用水量之推估,並依合理抽水量做比例上的調整來看水位與水溫的變化,可得知儘管以合理抽水量來抽水水位於一年內並無法回升至初始值,且水溫會因為抽水的增加而有降低的趨勢。最後,本研究分析有無入滲對於水位與水溫的變化,可以看出有入滲可以有效的提高四重溪溫泉區各井3.8-6.9公尺的水位,但對於水溫可以看出水溫的變化會使水溫降低0.1℃。Shi-Chung River is the passage through which people go to Mu-Dan village, and there are nature hot springs welling from the underground which we call Chu-Tang in the ancient times. There is basin surrounded by mountains, and rivers flow across. Ancient people always come in and go out along four bending and hard walking river by ford, so we call Shi-Chung River. Shi-Chung River Hot Springs is one of the four great hot springs which are Bei-Tou, Yang-Ming Mountains, and Guan-Zi-Ling Hot Springs in Taiwan during the Japanese occupation. The temperature ranges from 50 to 60℃; ph between 7.9 and 8. The Shi-Chung River Hot Springs belongs to the carbonate spring. Recently, the continuous and acute decline of groundwater level in Shi-Chung River Hot Spring zone indicates possible overdraft of the hot spring resources. In order to avoid exhausting the hot spring resources, a better understanding of the groundwater level and temperature change in this area is necessary. In this study, the impact of precipitation and pumping on water level and temperature is investigated. This study also use different pumping quantity to observe the change of level and temperature. SWAT is applied to simulate the effective infiltration. This step requires gathering information such as land-use, soil-geology, surface elevation, river systems and weather. The effective infiltration then serves as input in SHEMAT. Along with setting hydrogeology and thermal parameters, the position of fractures, and the boundary and initial conditions, SHEMAT can simulate the change of water level and temperature. The pumping is calibrated starting with the permitted water rights for pumping by Pingtung government for all local hot spring hotels. As a result, the peak pumping is calibrated as 1,047 ton/day in December and foot pumping as 719 ton/day in July. Moreover, the model is better calibrated at the center of the hot spring zone, and the overall simulated pattern of water level and temperature match the observation. In addition, the simulate values can be used to conjecture the reasonable pumping quantity. We adjust the reasonable pumping quantity’s scale to study the influence of groundwater level and temperature, and know groundwater level can’t rise to initial value even if we use the reasonable pumping quantity to pump. The temperature will decrease, because the pumping quantity will be increasing. Finally, the influence of effective infiltration on groundwater level and temperature change is analyzed. The groundwater level increases by 3.8m-6.9m level and temperature decreases by 0.1℃ with the existence of infiltration among all observation wells
