    A Study on the Effects of Morning Exercise on Elementary School Children's Physical Fitness and Attitude toward Exercise

      本研究旨在探究晨間運動對國小學童體適能與運動態度之影響。本研究參考零時體育計畫,將晨間運動安排在每週三、四、五早上 8:10-8:40,實驗為期 8 週,進行跳繩運動、400 公尺跑走與帶式橄欖球。本研究以五年級學童為受試對象,分為實驗組 24 人與控制組 24 人,總計 48 人。實驗結束後,將所得資料以 SPSS 19.0 版套裝軟體進行相依樣本及獨立樣本 t 檢定進行成績分析。本研究之結果經討論後,得以下結論:一、有參與晨間運動學童在體適能各項測驗皆達顯著差異,且進步幅度皆優於無參與者;無參與晨間運動學童僅在身體質量指數(BMI)、瞬發力和肌耐力達顯著。二、參與晨間運動學童在運動態度學習單上皆能採正面之回饋,肯定運動帶來的好處,同時覺察自身情緒在運動後的正面改善並開始對運動產生興趣,因此投入並持續運動行為。  This study aims to explore the impact of morning exercise on the physical fitness and exercise attitudes of elementary school children. This study, following the Zero Hour Physical Education Program, schedules morning exercises on every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:10 AM to 8:40 AM. The experiment spans 8 weeks and involves activities such as jump rope, 400-meter running, and Tag rugby. This study focuses on fifth-grade students, who are divided into an experimental group of 24 individuals and a control group of 24 individuals, totaling 48 participants. After the experiment concludes, the collected data will be analyzed for performance using the SPSS 19.0 software package through paired sample and independent-sample t-tests. After discussing the results of this study, the following conclusions have been reached: 1.Children who participated in morning exercises showed significant differences in various physical fitness tests, and their improvement levels were superior to those who did not participate; Children who did not participate in morning exercises showed significant differences only in BMI, muscular strength, andmuscular endurance tests. 2.Children who participated in morning exercises provided positive feedback on the attitude questionnaire towards sports, acknowledging the benefits of exercise. They also noticed positive emotional improvements after exercise and began to develop an interest in sports, leading to their active and sustained participation in physical activities

    The Research on the Influence of Morning Running and Walking on the Attention of Elementary Students

      本研究旨在探討十二週晨間跑走運動對國小學童注意力之影響,以及不同性別學童與各年段學童在注意力上之差異。以臺中市和平區某國小一至六年級學生共32位為研究對象,分實驗組(16位)與對照組(16位)。實驗組進行12週,每週3次,每次20分鐘且運動強度達70%HRmax之跑走運動,對照組則不進行額外活動。在實驗前、後均實施多向度注意力測驗,最後將實驗前、後測成績以電腦統計套裝軟體spss25.0版,以獨立樣本T檢定、ANCOVA及相依樣本T檢定進行資料分析,統計數據之考驗顯著水準訂為α = .05。研究結果顯示:實驗組在實驗後成績優於實驗前,實驗組與對照組有顯著差異。但實驗組不同性別學童以及各年段學童之注意力並沒有達到顯著差異。得到之研究結論雖未符合全部研究假設,但仍達部分顯著,由此得知,晨間跑走運動介入有助於學童學習注意力之提升。  This study aims to explore the impact of twelve weeks of morning running and walking on the attention of primary school children, as well as the differences in attention between children of different genders and children of different ages. A total of 32 students from grades one to six in an elementary school in Heping District, Taichung City were selected as the research subjects, divided into an experimental group (16 students) and a control group (16 students). The experimental group performed running and walking exercises at an intensity of 70% HRmax, three times a week for 12 weeks, for 20 minutes each time, while the control group did not perform additional activities. A multi-dimensional attention test was conducted before and after the experiment. Finally, the pre- and post-test results were analyzed using the computer statistical suite software spss version 25.0, independent sample T test, ANCOVA and dependent sample T test. The statistical data the test significance level is set at α = .05. The results of the study showed that the experimental group's performance after the experiment was better than before the experiment, and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the attention of students of different genders and students of different ages in the experimental group. Although the research conclusions obtained do not meet all the research hypotheses, they are still partially significant. From this, we know that the intervention of morning running and walking can help improve the learning attention of school children

      本研究旨在探討排灣族性別平等教育的教學歷程與實施成效,以研究者任教之屏東縣牡丹鄉蝸牛國小(化名)二年級可愛班(化名)學生為研究對象,設計四大單元,以排灣族文化為主軸開展性別的思考,以期建立切合學生生長背景的性別意識。  本研究採文獻分析法及行動研究法實施,將研究者的教學觀察、學生學習單、影音記錄、半結構式訪談、團訪等資料進行分析,得知學生的學習狀況、思考歷程,藉以瞭解性別平等教育融入排灣文化對孩子的影響及改變。  本研究發現指出,深入了解族群文化與部落生態,有助於轉化性別平等教育的衝突點。此外,性別平等教育融入排灣文化可有效提升部落學生的性別平等意識,且透過教師自編教材與教學策略的應用可進一步激發學生思考能力。  本研究建議未來研究時,應注意在校內同儕的訪談對象的同質性不宜過高,且需考量排灣文化應用正確性。此外,應加入前後測的檢驗以確實瞭解其教學成效。在教育政策上,也應考量多元族群的文化差異性而設計相符合的性別平等教案。  The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching process and implementing efficiency of Gender Equality Education of Paiwan. The research focuses on the second grade cute class (pseudonym) students of Snail Elementary School (pseudonym) in Mudan Township, Pingtung County, taught by the researcher. Four major units are designed, with Paiwan culture as the main axis to expand gender thinking, in order to establish gender awareness that is suitable for students growth background.  This study adopts document analysis and action research to analyze the researchers teaching observations, students’ worksheets, audiovisual records, semi-structured interviews, group visits, and other data to understand the learning situation and the thinking process of the students. It can understand the impact and change of gender equality education integrated into Paiwan culture on children.   The findings of this study indicate that a deep understanding of ethnic culture and tribal ecology can help transform the conflict points of gender equality education. In addition, integrating gender equality education into Paiwan culture can effectively enhance the gender equality awareness of tribal students, and the application of teacher compiled textbooks and teaching strategies can further stimulate students thinking abilities.  This study suggests that in future research, it should be noted that the homogeneity of interviewees among peers on campus should not be too high, and the correctness of the application of Paiwan culture needs to be examined. In addition, pre - and post test tests should be added to truly understand its teaching effectiveness. In terms of educational policies, it is also necessary to examine the cultural differences of diverse ethnic groups and design gender equality lesson plans that are in line with them

    The Analysis of the Sport Participation Motivation and Sport Friendship for the Junior and Senior High Tennis-Team Players

      本研究在探討不同背景變項之中等學校網球選手運動參與動機與運動友誼之差異,並探討中等校網球選手運動參與動機與運動友誼之相關情形。研究對象為在學國中、高中、高職學校網球選手,共發放353份問卷,回收353份有效問卷,回收率100%,並以「網球選手運動參與動機量表」、「青少年運動友誼品質量表」分別測量選手的運動參與動機與運動友誼。研究方法為相關文獻分析與問卷調查為主,數據所得資料以SPSS For Windows 26.0 統計套裝程式,及項目分析、因素分析、信效度分析、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。根據研究結果發現:1.在運動參與動機的現況分析依序為,技術需求、學習興趣、健康適能、成就需求。運動友誼的現況分析則為互相幫忙、情感支持、增進自尊與支持、衝突、解決衝突、親密關係、共有的事物。2.不同背景變項之中等學校網球選手在運動參與動機的差異分析,在性別、每周訓練時數、參與年資、個人賽事最佳成績等背景變項上,有顯著差異。3.不同背景變項之中等學校網球選手在運動友誼的差異分析,在年級、每周訓練時數等背景變項上,有顯著差異。4.中等學校網球選手運動參與動機與運動友誼有顯著正相關。  This study explores the differences in motivation and friendship of secondary school tennis players with different background variables, and explores the correlation between motivation and friendship of secondary school tennis players. The research subjects were tennis players from middle, high, and vocational schools. A total of 353 questionnaires were distributed, and 353 valid questionnaires were collected with a 100% recovery rate. The "Tennis Player Motivation for Sports Participation Scale" and "Youth Sports Friendship Quality Scale" were used to measure the players' sports participation motivation and sports friendship, respectively. The research method mainly involves literature analysis and questionnaire survey. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS For Windows 26.0 statistical suite program, as well as statistical methods such as item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample t-test, independent sample one-way ANOVA, post Snow law comparison, and Pearson product difference correlation analysis. According to the research results, it is found that: 1. In the current analysis of motivation for sports participation, the order is: technical needs, learning interests, health fitness, and achievement needs. The current analysis of sports friendship includes mutual assistance, emotional support, enhancing self-esteem and support, conflict resolution, intimate relationships, and shared things. 2. The analysis of differences in motivation for sports participation among secondary school tennis players with different background variables showed significant differences in background variables such as gender, weekly training hours, length of service, and best performance in individual competitions. 3. The difference analysis of sports friendship among secondary school tennis players with different background variables shows significant differences in background variables such as grade and weekly training hours. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between sports participation motivation and sports friendship among secondary school tennis players

    The Effect of Morning Exercise on the Attention of Sixth Grade Elementary School Students

      本研究目的在於探討晨間運動對於國小六年級學童的注意力之影響,研究對象為臺中市111學年度某國小六年級學生共50人,扣除早自修參與運動社團之學生,分為實驗組21人與控制組21人。實施晨間運動前,兩組皆進行多向度注意力測驗為注意力前測。之後實驗組進行為期8週,每週2天,每天30分鐘的晨間運動,運動項目包含跑走運動以及跳繩運動;控制組則維持原本晨間作息。8週後兩組再進行後測。所得資料以SPSS FOR WINDOWS 19.0電腦統計軟體進行獨立樣本t檢定,以及相依樣本t檢定分析。研究結果發現:一、經過8週晨間運動介入後,對於國小六年級學童的選擇性注意力有顯著影響。二、經過8週晨間運動介入後,對國小六年級學童的分離性注意力無顯著影響。三、經過8週晨間運動介入後,對國小六年級學童的「持續性注意力」有提升但無顯著影響。結論:8週晨間運動能有效提升國小六年級學童的選擇性注意力。  The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of morning exercise on the attention for sixth-grade elementary school students. The study involved a total of 50 sixth-grade students from a certain elementary school in Taichung City for the 111th academic year. Excluding students participating in early self-study and sports clubs, they were divided into an experimental group of 21 students and a control group of 21 students. Before implementing morning exercise, both groups underwent a multidimensional attention test as a pre-test.Subsequently, the experimental group engaged in 8 weeks of morning exercise, consisting of 2 days per week, with 30 minutes of exercise each day. The exercise activities included running and jumping rope. The control group maintained their regular morning routine. After 8 weeks, both groups underwent a post-test. The data obtained were analyzed using independent samples t-tests and dependent samples t-tests with SPSS FOR WINDOWS 19.0 statistical software. There are three finding in this research. The first one is: After 8 weeks of morning exercise intervention, there was a significant impact on the selective attention of sixth-grade elementary school students. Second: After 8 weeks of morning exercise intervention, there was no significant impact on the divided attention of sixth-grade elementary school students. And the last one is: After 8 weeks of morning exercise intervention, there was an improvement in "sustained attention" in sixth-grade elementary school students, but it was not statistically significant. Finally, the research concluded that: Eight weeks of morning exercise can effectively enhance the selective attention of sixth-grade elementary school students

    A Study on Perceived Ccoaching Ieadership Behavior and Training Satisfaction among Junior High School Ttrack and Field Athletes in Kaohsiung City

      本研究在探討高雄市國中田徑知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之現況,並比較不同背景變項選手在教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之差異情形及相關性。本研究以「高雄市國中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之研究問卷」為工具,發放428份正式問卷,回收問卷391份,皆為有效問卷,有效回收率為91.5%。以one-way MANOVA與Pearson積差相關進行分析,獲得以下研究結果:一、高雄市國中田徑選手在教練領導行為以「訓練指導行為」感受程度最高,其次分別為「獎勵行為」、「民主行為」、「關懷行為」。二、高雄市國中田徑選手在訓練滿意度中以「教練領導」感受程度最高,其次分別為「團隊關係」、「訓練內容」、「場地設施」、感受程度最低為「個人表現」。三、在不同背景變項中「不同參與訓練時數」之高雄市國中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為,達顯著差異。四、在不同背景變項中「性別」之訓練滿意度,達顯著差異,其餘未達顯著差異。五、高雄市國田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度相關情形,均呈現顯著正相關。本研究獲得結論:隨著年代教育改革之推動,教練的領導方式應多採用訓練與指導行為、獎勵行為、民主行為與關懷行為,並且與時俱進,以達成有效體育團隊之管理,針對未來研究可擴及不同變項,進行多方探究,增加研究結果的完整性。  This study surveys the current situation of the perception toward the coaches’ leadership behavior and training satisfaction among junior high school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City, and compares the differences and correlations between the coaching leadership behaviors and training satisfaction among athletes from different backgrounds.  I used the research questionnaires on the perception toward the coaches’ leadership behaviors and training satisfaction of junior high school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City as a tool to issue 428 formal questionnaires and 391 valid questionnaires were returned .The effective response rate was 91.5% which is based on the analysis of the one-way multivariate analysis of variance and the Pearson correlation. The following research results were obtained through analysis: 1. Kaohsiung City's junior high school track and field athletes have the highest level of experience with coaching behavior, followed by reward behavior, democratic behavior, and caring behavior. 2. Kaohsiung City's junior high school track and field athletes have the highest level of the feelings experience with coaches; the second one is the content of team relationship , the training and the venue facilities, and the lowest level is the personal performance. The third,there is a significant difference in the perception toward the coaches’ leadership behaviors of Kaohsiung junior high school track and field athletes because of the different participatory training hours under different background variations .The fourth,there is the most significant difference in training satisfaction between genders in different background variations. The rests do not reach very significant differences.The fifth point is that there is a significant correlation between the coaching leadership behaviors and the training satisfaction of athletes of the national track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City .This study has concluded the promotion of education reformation with the times .The leadership style of coaches increasingly adopts training and guidance behaviors ,reward behaviors,democratic behaviors and caring behaviors .Keep pace with the times to achieve effective sports team management. Future researches can be expanded and conducted in different forms to increase the completeness of the research results

    Effects of Tai Chi Exercise on Physical Fitness and Posture of Adolescents

      本研究旨在探討太極拳課程對青少年健康體適能和體態姿勢的影響。根據文獻,太極拳動作有助於配合人體自然結構,透過舒筋展骨的動作,調整脊椎、肋骨、肩肘、腰胯、頸項的位置,進而達到端正體態的效果。本研究選擇中部某國中一年級的24名女生,年齡介於12至13歲,其中12人為實驗組,進行為期12週、每週一次、每次50分鐘的太極拳課程;另外12人為對照組,進行一般跑步或自由活動。在12週的課程前後進行體適能檢測(包括身體組成、柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力),並透過數位軟體進行拍照姿勢評估,包括正面和側面站姿的身體中線對齊,以及正面站姿時兩側對稱性的觀察,以獲得頭部、肩、骨盆、膝、足對齊角度偏移的評估數值總和。本研究採用前後測實驗法,並運用混合設計二因子變異數分析(mixed-design two-way ANOVA)對施測項目進行組別和前後測的統計分析。研究結果顯示,在12週的太極拳課程中,學生的柔軟度由34.04±10.06公分進步至38.50±10.37公分,肌耐力由25.42±11.73次進步至29.58±12.20次,瞬發力由146.04±27.61公分進步至156.83±26.15公分,心肺耐力由363.08±109.22秒進步至298.25±85.85秒,身體組成由19.53±2.26增加至20.43±1.74。在體態檢測方面,由16.08±7.30改善至13.13±5.85度。總體而言,12週的太極拳課程和一般運動均對體適能各測驗項目產生改善效果,而太極拳課程在體態評估測驗上顯著改善。結論:太極拳運動對中學生初學者具有改善體適能和體態的效果,未來可結合一般的體育課程進行推廣,發展適合青少年身心素質的介入課程。  The study is to examine the effects of Tai-Chi courses on the health-related physical fitness and body posture of adolescents. According to literature, Tai-Chi movements are conducive to aligning with the natural structure of the human body. Through stretching and bone-setting movements, it adjusts the positions of the spine, ribs, shoulders, elbows, waist, hips, and neck, achieving the effect of maintaining proper posture. The study selected 24 female students from the first grade of a junior high school in central Taiwan, aged between 12 and 13. Among them, 12 students were assigned to the experimental group, participating in a 12-week Tai-Chi course once a week, with each session lasting 50 minutes. The other 12 students formed the control group, engaging in regular running or free activities. Physical fitness tests (including body composition, flexibility, muscle endurance, explosive power, and cardiovascular endurance) were conducted before and after the 12-week program. Digital software was used for posture assessment through photographs, evaluating the alignment of the body midline in frontal and lateral standing positions, as well as observing symmetry in the frontal standing position. This provided numerical assessments of the angles and deviations of alignment for the head, shoulders, pelvis, knees, and feet. The study employed a pre-posttest experimental design and utilized mixed-design two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to statistically analyze group and pre-posttest differences in the measured variables. The results showed improvements in various aspects of physical fitness after the 12-week Tai-Chi program: flexibility increased from 34.04±10.06 cm to 38.50±10.37 cm, muscle endurance improved from 25.42±11.73 repetitions to 29.58±12.20 repetitions, explosive power increased from 146.04±27.61 cm to 156.83±26.15 cm, cardiovascular endurance improved from 363.08±109.22 seconds to 298.25±85.85 seconds, and body composition increased from 19.53±2.26 to 20.43±1.74. Posture assessment results showed an improvement from 16.08±7.30 degrees to 13.13±5.85 degrees. Overall, both the 12-week Tai- Chi course and general exercise demonstrated positive effects on various physical fitness measures, with the Tai-Chi program significantly improving posture assessment. In conclusion, Tai-Chi exercise has a beneficial effect on the physical fitness and posture of middle school beginner students. Future efforts may involve integrating Tai-Chi courses into regular physical education programs to develop intervention courses suitable for the physical and mental well-being of adolescents

    An Action Research on Mountain Education Theme Curriculum and Problem Solving Literacy Orientation

      本研究旨在探討山野教育主題課程與問題解決素養導向教學之行動研究。採行動研究法,以tepuk國小10名六年級學生為研究對象,規劃「走吧!一起回家去」課程。本研究透過訪談、觀察及學習單來收集相關資料進行歸納整理,研究結論如下:1. 課程內容需經過共同討論、實地踏查整合修改建議,方能幫助學生學習如何解決問題。2. 學生經過山野教育課程後,在面對問題的態度、處理問題的方式、解決問題的上能較快的掌握問題的重點及提升主動溝通與學習之素養。3. 以引導反思及體驗學習課程為主軸更能加深學生對於山野知識的認識並賦予學生新的學習意義與價值,進而培養學生問題解決能力。  最後,提出本研究建議,提供給未來研究者參考。  The purpose of this study is to explore the action research of mountain education theme curriculum and problem-solving literacy-oriented teaching. By using the action research method, 10 sixth grade students from Tepuk Elementary School were selected as the research subjects to plan the "Let's go! Let's go home together" course. This study collected relevant data through interviews, observations and study forms, and analyzed it using a continuous comparison method. The research results are as follows:1. The course content needs to undergo joint discussion, on-site inspection, integration, and modification suggestions in order to help students learn how to solve problems.2. After completing the Mountain Education curriculum, students can quickly grasp the key points of problem-solving and improve their ability to actively communicate and learn in terms of attitude towards problems, problem-solving methods, and problem-solving.3. Taking guided reflection and experiential learning courses as the main axis can deepen students' understanding of mountain knowledge and endow them with new learning significance and value, thereby cultivating students' problem-solving abilities.  Lastly, research suggestions are proposed to provide for future researchers

    A Study on the Relationship between Physical Education Teacher’s Leadership Style, Class Management Efficacy in Elementary Schools

      本研究旨在探討國小體育教師領導風格與班級經營效能之現況與關係,比較不同的教師背景變項之國小體育教師對領導風格與班級經營效能之差異情形,並探討國小體育教師與班級經營效能之相關性。本研究採問卷調查法,以111學年度高雄市公立國小體育教師為研究對象,以「國小體育教師領導風格量表」與「國小體育教師班級經營效能量表」為研究工具,本研究採用便利取樣方式,以Survey Cake網路問卷發放,共獲得有效問卷317份,而主要研究結果為:國小體育教師領導風格整體現況屬中上程度,其中以「積極介入管理」面向最佳;不同最高學歷之國小體育教師在「積極介入管理」因素上,一般大學畢業與碩士班畢業(含40學分班)之體育教師顯著高於師專、師範學院畢業之體育教師;國小體育教師班級經營效能整體現況屬中上程度,其中以「班級規矩」面向最佳;不同最高學歷之國小體育教師在「教學品質」因素上,一般大學畢業之體育教師顯著高於師專、師範學院畢業之體育教師。國小體育教師領導風格與班級經營效能呈現顯著正相關。研究者針對以上三點研究結果,回應本研究假設歸納以下研究結論:一般大學畢業與碩士畢業之體育教師,自覺在課堂中較常使用積極介入管理的方式領導學生,在班級經營效能中的教學品質得分也高於師專、師範院校畢業的體育老師,可見現今的大學師資培育多元化和競爭性,以及教師的自我投入和專業發展,這些因素都可能影響教師的教學表現,另外,優良的領導風格可能會促進更高的班級經營效能,反之亦然。  The purpose of this study was to understand the status of physical education teacher’s leadership style and class management efficacy in Kaohsiung elementary schools, compare the differences of physical education teacher’s leadership style and class management efficacy among teachers with different background variables, and explore the related situations as well as physical education teacher’s leadership and class management efficacy. The research adopted the method of questionnaire survey and used adaption “Questionnaire of physical education teacher’s leadership style” and self-made “Questionnaire of physical education teacher’s class management efficacy” which taking 2023 Kaohsiung City public elementary school’s physical education teachers as the subjects, by convenience sampling. A total of 317 valid samples were received. Results: The overall status of leadership styles among elementary physical education teachers is above medium. Among the sub-scores, management by exception-active is the highest. Among such teachers with different highest educational background, those who have graduated from general universities and masters programs significantly outperform those who graduated from teachers colleges or normal universities in the aspect of management by exception-active. The current state of the elementary school PE teachers’ class management efficacy is upper middle level. Among the sub-scores,” class rules” is the highest. In the aspect of teaching quality, teachers who graduated from general universities perform significantly better than those who graduated from teachers colleges or normal universities. There is a significant positive correlation between the leadership styles of elementary physical education teachers and class management efficacy. In response to the above three points of research results, the researcher addresses the research hypothesis and summarizes the following research conclusions: Physical education teachers who have graduated from general universities and master’s degree tend to use management by exception-active more frequently to lead students in class, and their performance in teaching quality within class management efficacy is also superior to those teachers who graduated from teacher’s colleges or normal universities. It is evident that the diversification and competitiveness in current university teacher education, as well as teachers self-commitment and professional development, are all possible factors affecting the teaching performance of teachers. Additionally, an excellent leadership style is likely to promote higher class management efficacy and vice versa

      本研究旨在探討桌球訓練對國小學習障礙學生書寫流暢性及注意力之成效,研究對象為1位五年級學習障礙學童,研究方法採用前、後測實驗法,設計八週、每週兩節、每節40分鐘的桌球課程,並以錄影、研究者課堂紀錄與訪談導師等方式,記錄學童在不同階段的學習表現。學習障礙包含多項次類別,其中注意力不足在學習障礙學生的學習表現相當常見,本研究以前、後測實驗設計,運用電腦化注意力診斷測驗探討學習障礙學生在桌球介入後,其注意力表現,並利用基本讀寫字綜合測驗,探討學生書寫流暢性之改變。結果發現八週桌球介入後,遠端抄寫得分自10字/分提升至16字/分,近端抄寫得分自16.4字/分提升至18.5字/分,抄短文得分自16.8字/分提升至19.6字/分,研究結果可知桌球訓練之介入,能提升國小學習障礙學生之書寫流暢性;另電腦化注意力診斷測驗總分百分等級自PR29提升至PR57,圖畫注意力自PR12提升至PR72,語文注意力自PR30提升至PR54,推理注意力自PR73下降至PR39;根據後測導師訪談,受試者在桌球訓練介入後,完成作業的速度較快,字體也較為工整,上課的注意力持續度較長,也更喜愛閱讀長篇文章。研究可知桌球訓練之介入,能提升國小學習障礙學生之圖畫注意力及語文注意力,但未能提升推理注意力。  The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of table tennis on the writing fluency and attention of primary school student with learning disabilities. The subject is a fifth-grade student with learning disabilities. Each session is a 40-minute table tennis training, and the students learning performance at different stages is recorded by means of video, researchers classroom records, and interviews with teachers. Learning disabilities include multiple categories, among which insufficiency of attention is quite common in the learning performance of students with learning disabilities. Pretest-posttest design was used to examine the attention performance of students with learning disabilities after the intervention of table tennis by using a Computerized Attentional Diagnostic Assessment. In addition, The Battery of the Chinese of Pupils was used to explore changes in students writing fluency. The results showed that after eight weeks of billiards intervention, the remote transcription score of the subjects increased from 10 words to 16 words per minute. Proximal copying score increased from 16.4 words to 18.5 words per minute, and essay writing score increased from 16.8 words to 19.6 words per minute. The results of the research showed that the intervention of billiards training improved the writing fluency of elementary school students with learning disabilities. The total score of the Computerized Attentional Diagnostic Assessment percentile rank was raised from PR29 to PR57. Picture attention percentile rank increased from PR12 to PR72, language attention percentile rank increased from PR30 to PR54, and reasoning attention percentile rank decreased from PR73 to PR39. According to the instructors interview, after participating in table tennis training, the student completed his homework faster, and the fonts were neater. Furthermore, the attention span was longer in class, and he preferred to read long articles. We concluded that the intervention of billiards training can improve the picture attention and language attention of elementary school students with learning disabilities, but cannot improve the reasoning attention
