In this paper, the purpose is to show how important the technique and kinesthetic feeling for the ball of soccer players are for the development of young players, the development of their technique, especially in the period when they have already learned the basics of passing the ball, that is, the basic technical elements of the soccer game, that is, that players do not have major problems with passing the ball on the floor and in the air when performing soccer exercises. A "good" or "real" soccer game has always been a reflection of the players' good technical skills. In other words, the team that had more technically well-trained players and more so-called "universal players", had better prerequisites for a "good" or "real" game, and thus better prerequisites for a better result. It should be noted that the use of the mentioned auxiliary exercises for the development of the player's technique ("Foot-tennis" and "Box-wall") is not recommended for players who are beginners in soccer, and it is necessary to master the basics of passing the ball and to have a certain degree of technical knowledge. The mentioned exercises are good because with this method of exercise, a greater number of repetitions can be performed in a shorter period of time, and these exercises can be done in group as well as in individual training sessions. In order to know whether a given exercise is suitable for an individual player, it is necessary for coaches to pay attention to the regularity of execution, that is, to the number of correctly performed repetitions. Only with such a correct way of performing can we progress in the development of the soccer player's technical knowledge and the player's kinesthetic feeling for the ball

Nicholl offers a compelling case for both the lacuna within Lausanne and a way forward, drawing from a rich tapestry of historical and contemporary voices reimagined for the present. But perhaps this critique of Lausanne actually reveals the deeper issue—a past overreliance on Western voices, which have tended to be more dualistic, prescriptive, and pragmatic—to shape the conversation to the neglect of other cultural perspectives that already view the world more holistically. In light of this, it is helpful that she engages with voices from Latin America as well as from another Christian stream. Curiously, however, all her interlocutors are men, and although it is obvious she carefully chose each individual, numerous women could have brought additional nuance and enlarged perspective to the discussion

THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION IN THE REALIZATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE OF TAX EQUITY – A CROATIAN PERSPECTIVE

    Get PDF
The right to a fair trial in the Republic of Croatia is guaranteed by constitutional, international and supranational norms. Article 29 of the Constitution guarantees the broadest protection as it is not limited ratione materiae, in contrast to Article 6(1) of the European Convention. As opposed to Article 47 of the EU Charter, it is equally applicable to procedures in which EU law is applied, as well as in those in which domestic authorities only apply national regulations. Through its uniform and extensive application in tax cases, Croatian administrative courts should simultaneously protect the standards of a fair trial developed in the case law of the ECtHR and the CJEU – in accordance with the jurisprudence of the Croatian Constitutional Court. They should connect the requirements of material equity in taxation with the procedural guarantees of a fair trial, striving to build extensive protection of taxpayers’ rights and contributing to the construction of an integral concept of equity in taxation
