高職學生美容技術創造力培訓之研究（二）
No full text[[abstract]]本研究旨在探討高職美容科學生美容技術創造力培訓之模式，藉由對美容專業領域高創造力者的焦點團體與個案深入訪談，探討其美容技術創造歷程之特質，並將分析結果轉換為美容技術創造力培訓教學策略，以進行實驗教學。本計畫之研究結果將作為建構美容技術領域培訓學生美容技術創造力之策略，進而探討該策略對美容技術創造力教學之成效。本研究工作分二年進行，第一年對美容技術領域高創造力者進行焦點團體訪談與個案深度訪談，探討其美容技術創造能力之發展特質，並依此研究結果，轉換成美容技術領域培訓學生技術創造力之策略，並編製教學活動設計方案。第二年進行實驗教學，研究對象為台北市稻江護家美容科學生；實驗設計採準實驗設計的不相等控制組設計；實驗教學學習成效的考驗，採量兼質的方式；評量工具主要有吳靜吉新編創造思考測驗、美容技術創新設計能力量表等等。測驗所得分數，將進行共變數分析，此外並以學生學業成績觀察學生學習行為、態度、動機、興趣之記錄以及與學生座談結果，考驗創造思考教學對職業學校學生學習成效之影響。

No full text[[abstract]]The purpose of this project is to collect books regarding “Social work practice method, service program and the policy research and evaluation.” This is a two year project for collecting enough books related to social work practice method, service program and the policy research and evaluation for academic information exchange. Two principles have been applied to select booklists including (1)to consider the trend of social development and needs in Taiwan and (2) to consider the needs of social work education and practice. In order to build a comprehensive book collection related to the area of“social work practice, service program, and policy evaluation”, books both published and published in coming years will be included. And, book information exchanges will be promoted to help the academic community.

‘Talking like a book?’ Socioeconomic differences of maternal conversational styles in co-constructing personal narratives with young Taiwanese children
No full text[[abstract]]The study investigated how Taiwanese mothers with different socioeconomic statuses (SES) co?constructed personal experience with their children in narrative conversations. Forty dyads recruited in Taiwan participated in the study, half from middle?class families and half from the working?class. Narrative conversations in Mandarin Chinese were tape?recorded, transcribed verbatim and analysed quantitatively. The results indicated that the family SES was more closely related to the maternal conversational style than the children’s age. Middle?class mothers were more elaborative, confirmative and more likely to incorporate basic narrative elements into conversations. Working?class mothers were more likely to initiate multiple topics of the same theme and rarely corrected children’s errors in conversations. Conversational style of middle?class mothers resembled written language, whereas that of working?class mothers was more casual. The results are discussed in relation to the literacy development of children. Implications for schooling are included.
the formation of IQ type mutagens from Maillard reaction in ethanolic solution
No full text[[abstract]]The present study mimics cooking meats in alcohol or distilled spirit marinades by using a 0.1 M creatinine/0.05 M sugars/0.1 M threonine ethanolic model solution, in an attempt to investigate the formation of the heterocyclic amines IQ and IQx, via Maillard reaction. The results showed that ethanol accelerated the formation of IQ and IQx, in a dose-dependent manner. In an aqueous model solution of 0.1 M creatinine/0.05 M glucose/0.1 M threonine after 8 h heating at 150 ?C, the contents of IQ and IQx are 16.5 ? 2.2 and 26.2 ? 4.2 mg/kg, respectively. However, at a similar Maillard browning level in the equivalent 50% ethanolic model solution after heating at the same temperature for only 4 h, the contents of IQ and IQx significantly increase to 46.0 ? 5.5 and 69.2 ? 3.4 mg/kg, respectively.
