從國小學童親子部落格網誌初探其家庭休閒生活
[[abstract]]親子部落格由於內容生活化、經常更新,且具有留言互動的功能,已經逐漸成為親職教養經驗交流的重要管道之一。本研究抽樣親子部落格網誌,分析國小學童的家庭休閒生活內涵及影響因素,以及家長對於家庭休閒的觀點。從國內八大入口網站中,分三階段抽樣高瀏覽率親子部落格網誌共得329 篇。其中子女為國小學童者有32 篇,篩選網誌內容與家庭休閒生活相關者共得18 篇,以文件分析法探討文本實質內容與深層意義。研究結果顯示,國小學童家庭休閒可分為非正式的核心家庭休閒與刻意計劃的平衡家庭休閒兩大類,其家庭休閒安排會受到父母期待與價值觀、子女生活經驗與能力興趣、課業因素而影響。家長認為休閒活動可以幫助子女展現自我,且能促進家庭和諧。研究建議在子女學齡階段,家長應適當地監督,以親子共同協商的方式,安排正向多元的休閒經驗。
CAI-based Substance Prevention Intervention for High-Risk Adolescents
[[abstract]]The purposes of this study were to develop the CAI-based substance prevention curriculum for high-risk adolescents and to evaluate the effects of the intervention on the knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy, behavioral intention and refusal skills regarding substance abuse. The quasi-experimental method was used to design the study. Pre-test and post-test were used to collect data from both the experiment group and control group. The subjects of the study included sixteen junior high school high-risk students(eight students in the experiment group and eight students in the control group)in Taipei County. The students of the experiment group participated in the CAI-based substance prevention curriculum. The pre-test was administered before the intervention, with the post-test after the intervention. The data collected was analyzed by the Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney Test and Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results were below: 1. The intervention had shown a positive effect on the knowledge of substance abuse and the self-efficacy to refuse the substance among the high-risk youth. 2. The intervention had not shown a positive effect on the attitudes toward substance, behavioral intention, and refusal skills among the high-risk youth. 3. More than 70% of the students in the experiment group like the CAI-based substance prevention curriculum; 70% of the students believed the program was useful; more than 80% of the students were willing to use refusal skills to reject addictive substances; over 60% of the students believed that the content, design, animation, and graphs of the computer programs could assist them to understand the information of addictive substances, and over 80% of the students were interested in the prevention curriculum. According to the result of this study, it is suggested that CAI-based club-drug prevention curriculum should be developed to help high-risk adolescents to refuse drugs. Also, it is suggested that the prevention curriculum should be well designed to be attractive to the youth.
Family Together: Developing A Family Education Program Against Drug Abuse in Taipei County
[[abstract]]Adolescent drug abuse has become a serious problem in Taiwan. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was to develop a program for the high-risk adolescents and their parents to prevent adolescent substance abuse in Taipei County, Taiwan. The program named "Family Together" focused on emotional management, communication, and adolescent substance abuse prevention. The features of the research include Family-based program, Evaluation, Alliance, Science-based, and Training (FEAST). Fifty high-risk students and thirty-four parents from three junior high schools in Taipei County participated in the program. The program includes six steps which are draw-up, coordination, training, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination. The Family Together program had been found to be effective. The program could improve the attitudes toward and knowledge of communication and the knowledge and skills regarding prevention of adolescent substance abuse among the parents. In addition, the program could improve the knowledge of and attitudes toward emotional management and communication, knowledge of substance abuse, and willingness to use refusal skills among the adolescents. The future efforts might focus on strengthening seed-teacher training program and involving general community adolescents and their parents to participate the program. Furthermore, suggestions for government to promote family-based program are also provided.
