非圆断面薄壁真空管道及非圆断面薄壁真空室
本实用新型主要涉及电真空领域,尤其涉及一种可以在高频交流电场或交变磁场下使用的大型非圆断面薄壁真空室。一种非圆断面薄壁真空管道,所述的真空管道靠近磁极的管壁剖面呈直线,剖面为直线管壁的两侧管壁呈半圆弧线,整个真空管道的剖面呈跑道形;所述真空管的管高为10~90mm,管宽为10~250mm,其管壁厚度为0.3~1mm。本实用新型还提供一种非圆断面薄壁真空管道组成的非圆断面薄壁真空室。本实用新型解决了大范围高频交流电场或交变磁场下大型薄壁真空室的设计问题,而设计为非圆断面的目的是通过减小真空室高度尺寸降低电磁铁磁极间隙,从而大大降低工程建造成本
漏水报警系统
本实用新型公开一种漏水报警器,其特征是电源电路分别与微处理器电路和漏水信号放大电路连接,探头通过导线与漏水信号放大电路的接口连接,漏水信号放大电路通过导线与微处理器的管脚连接,蜂鸣器电路连接到微处理器电路上,微处理器的串口与RS-485通信电路连接,RS-485通信电路与网络模块连接,网络模块连接到交换机上,交换机通过以太网连接到上位机。漏水信号放大器采用负反馈电路稳定工作点,采用微处理器分析处理八通道的漏水信号,将检测到的信息通过RS-485总线送给网络模块,经以太网把信息自动更新并发送给远程上位机读出显示,若发现漏水则报警。本实用新型使用方便,性价比较高,工作稳定性强,可以精确的探测到漏水的具体方位,解决了现有技术中检测不精确,或造价过高的问题,具有很强的社会应用价值与经济效应

Charge effect in secondary electron emission from silicon surface induced by slow neon ions
<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">Total electron emission yield for impact of slow Neq+(q = 2, 4, 6, 8) ions with various kinetic energy under normal incidence on n-type Si has been measured. It is shown that for the same charge state, the total electron yield gamma increases linearly as the kinetic energy of projectile at impact increases, up to velocities corresponding to the "classical" threshold. Separation of kinetic electron yield gamma(KE) and potential electron yield gamma(PE) shows that gamma(PE) is proportional to the ion charge state and gamma(KE) increases linearly with projectile velocity. Finally, based on "single hole without hopping" hypothesis, the expression of the "CRF" F(q) is given, and the relation between gamma(KE) and q is obtained successfully for the first time, which is also a basis for judging whether the "trampoline effect" exists.</span
RF knock-out extraction in HITFiL
<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">A compact facility for cancer therapy has been designed and is presently under construction. A slow beam extraction system using the RF-Knock Out method and 3rd-order resonance is adopted in the synchrotron of this facility. Eight sextupoles are used, four of them are for correcting the chromaticity and the rest for driving the 3rd-order resonance. In order to save the aperture of vacuum chamber, a 3-magnet bump is adopted during the extraction process. The extraction phase space map and the last 3 turns' particle trajectory before extraction are given. The matching betatron functions with HEBT (high energy beam transport) are also presented.</span
A 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance proton ion source and a dual-lens low energy beam transport
<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">The structure and preliminary commissioning results of a new 2.45 GHz ECR proton ion source and a dual-lens low energy beam transport (LEBT) system are presented in this paper. The main magnetic field of the ion source is provided by a set of permanent magnets with two small electro-solenoid magnets at the injection and the extraction to fine tune the magnetic field for better microwave coupling. A 50 keV pulsed proton beam extracted by a three-electrode mechanism passes through the LEBT system of length of 1183 mm. This LEBT consists of a diagnosis chamber, two Glaser lenses, two steering magnets, and a final beam defining cone. A set of inner permanent magnetic rings is embedded in each of the two Glaser lenses to produce a flatter axial-field to reduce the lens aberrations. (C) 2012 American Institute of Physics. Energy limitation for models to simulate the buffer gas cooling
<div>Detailed simulations of buffer gas cooling, which is widely applied at the rare-isotope facilities, have been investigated by using three frequently used models: viscous damping force (VDF) model, hard sphere collision (HSC) model, and realistic interaction potential (RIP) model. By comparing the stopping ranges from the simulated data with those from SRIM code, we found that the VDF and HSC models are better in low energy range, but the RIP model is better in relatively high energy range. In helium buffer gas, which is always used in cooler and bunchers, the VDF model should be used when the ion’s energy is less than ∼5 eV/u, and the RIP model less than</div><div>∼80 eV/u. Above this energy, all three models cannot be</div><div>used.</div
冲片检测方法及其检测用测量座
本发明涉及薄板的测量领域,尤其涉及冲压板的检测方法。一种冲片检测方法,其主要特点包括1)将冲片放置在大理石平台上贴实压紧,确保冲片无翘曲变形;2)检测;3)对测量数据进行处理。本发明的方法,简单,准确,可靠。利用本发明提到的测量方案,顺利地完成中国科学院同德国GSI(德国重离子国家实验室)的国际合作项目FAIR-superFRS超导二极磁铁的研制计划。确保了整个项目的顺利按计划完成,节省了生产研制的经费。提出了对于大尺寸冲片测量的新的方法,为以后此类磁铁的生产提供经验

本发明涉及重离子束(包括质子束)治疗肿瘤技术的领域,尤其涉及到重离子束流横向剂量分布测量探测器及其二维成像方法,其主要特点是包括气体密封腔(1),其内设有电离室内芯(2),与电离室内芯(2)电连接的多路信号转接板(3);所述的气体密封腔(1)由主体框架(1-1)和入射窗(1-2)、出射窗(1-3)组成;所述的电离室内芯(2)由两组电离室单元组成,每个单元电离室均由信号极(2-1)、绝缘垫板(2-2)和高压极(2-3)组成;所述的多路信号转接板(3)的一端设有接触端(3-3)插入气体密封腔(1)的密封口(1-5)与电离室内芯(2)的信号极(2-1)相连,另一端设有多芯连接器(3-2)为束流剖面监测探测器的信号输出端口
马鞍型铜导线线圈的绕线装置
本发明涉及科研及工业用的电磁铁线圈制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种马鞍型铜导线线圈的绕线装置。包括底座,线圈模型构件和蜗轮蜗杆传动系统,底座上设有支架,轴承座安装在支架上,蜗轮蜗杆传动系统的蜗杆通过轴承安装在轴承座上,支架左右两端固定有绕线机旋转用的旋转轴座,传动轴通过轴套安装在轴座上;其采用线圈模型构件和蜗轮蜗杆传动系统等合理实际的工艺方法和机械结构,实现了马鞍形线圈的绕制功能,最大程度的降低制造成本,提高生产效率,同时也保障了线圈的形状及质量
