    一种加速器高频数字低电平以太网通讯系统

    <span style="color: rgb(69, 69, 69); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 21px; text-indent: 24px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;本实用新型涉及加速器高频数字低电平通讯系统及其工作方式技术领域,尤其是涉及一种加速器高频数字低电平以太网通讯系统。包括Nios?II处理器模块、片上RAM/ROM存储器模块、Avalon-MM三态桥模块、通用异步接收/发送接口(UART)模块、定时器模块、PLL锁相环模块和DMA控制器模块,各模块之间采用Avalon总线相连接,其特点在于还包括与Avalon总线相连接的环路控制寄存器组模块和以太网控制器(MAC)模块。其采用服务器/客户端模式,通讯过程中采用字符串式数据包格式,实现了数字低电平控制系统和上位机之间的以太网通讯,通过运行在上位机的客户端,可以对数字低电平环路控制系统的各项参数进行在线远程设置和实时监测。</span

    <span style="color: rgb(69, 69, 69); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 21px; text-indent: 24px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;本发明涉及一种离子加速装置,属于核能技术领域。一种高频电聚焦高梯度离子加速装置,其主要特点在于包括有在真空腔筒内设有互为垂直的四个T形板,多个漂移管通过漂移管支撑杆分别固连于两个T形板之间;多个漂移管与真空腔筒在同一个中心线上;垂直高频电四极透镜相向设于漂移管之间,并固连于两个垂直的T形板之间;水平高频电四极透镜相向设于漂移管之间,并固连于两个水平的T形板。本发明的优点是在强流离子束流的加速中,由于结构紧凑,使得束流品质优良;本结构将加速功能,横纵向聚焦功能结合在同一个高频结构中,腔体分路阻抗高,高频功耗大大的降低;利用零相位进行加速,加速效率更高,可以有效的降低腔体的长度,提高有效加速梯度。本发明主要是用于强流低能离子束流的加速,可用于强流加速器的注入器、工业加速器、治疗装置注入器等应用型加速装置。</span

    从大青叶中制备靛蓝、靛玉红的方法

    <span style="color: rgb(69, 69, 69); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 21px; text-indent: 24px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;本发明属于天然产物化学领域,涉及天然产物提取、分离和纯化,特别涉及一种从大青叶中提取高纯度总生物碱的工艺方法。一种从大青叶中制备靛蓝、靛玉红的方法,其主要特点在于包括以下步骤,将大青叶干燥、粉碎、过筛,用含氢氧化钠的乙醇溶液加热回流提取;将滤液回收乙醇,浓缩,用盐酸溶液调pH至中性,离心,沉淀用盐酸溶液溶解离心,上清液备用;将上述上清液在膜分离设备中进行微滤;将上述经过微滤的原液上树脂塔柱进行吸附,然后用水洗脱除去水溶性杂质,弃去水洗脱液,继以含水乙醇洗脱,收集该洗脱液;将上述洗脱液回收乙醇后,浓缩,干燥,得暗红色产品。本方法的优点在于产品中生产成本低廉,工艺路线简单,所用提取溶剂的毒性较小,提取周期短,适合工业化生产应用。基于上述优点,本发明可进一步促进大青叶提取物作为药物、保健品等多功能产品的产业化开发。</span

    Production and annealing behavior of lattice damage in energetic Kr and Ne-ion implanted 6H-SiC

    In the present work, specimens of 6H-SiC were implanted with 5 MeV krypton ions and 2.3 MeV neon ions, to increasing fluences of 5 x 10(13), 2 x 10(14) x 10(15) ions/cm(2) for Kr-ion and to 3.75 x 10(15) ions/cm(2) for Ne-ion, respectively. The implanted specimens were then thermally annealed, in vacuum at the temperature 500, 700 and 1000 degrees C, respectively. In addition to the measurements with nanoindentation, XRD in our previous work [1], an investigation of the microstructures by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was carried out. The microstructures were observed to be dominated by simple defects, planar defects and crystal amorphization under different implantation dose. Recrystallization of the buried amorphous layer was observed after thermal annealing. Mechanisms underlying the changes of microstructures and their correlation with results from HRXRD and nano-indentation measurements are discussed. Crown Copyright (C) 2013 Published by Elsevier B.V.     A new scalable software package for large scale beam dynamic simulations

    Large scale Beam Dynamics Simulations (BDS) are important in accelerator design and optimization. With the fast development of supercomputers, new software packages need to be developed in order to fully make use of hardware and software progresses. In this paper, we will introduce new BDS software, LOCUS3D, which is developed for efficient use of these new techniques. It is based on Particle-In-Cell (PIC) method, and includes space charge effect by solving the Poisson&#39;s equation. Parallel Poisson solver has been developed with MPI. Standard accelerator devices can be simulated and new devices can be added. Benchmark results have been obtained on BG/P at ANL. Large-scale simulation with 109 particles can be done now.     Structural analysis of quarter-wave resonators in IMP

    The taper-shaped superconducting quarter wave resonators with frequency of 80.5 MHz, beta of 0.041 and 0.085 have been pre-researched. The radio frequency (RF) design of the cavities has been completed, and the structural design is also an important aspect which will be discussed in the following. The frequency shift caused by the etching effects of the surface treatment, the helium bath pressure and the Lorentz force, and the mechanical modes caused by the microphonic excitation have been analyzed. The results show that the frequency variation from the Lorentz force is not serious and stiffening rings are explored aimed at decreasing the deformation brought by the helium pressure and microphonic excitation

    Color center creation in SiO2 under irradiation with swift heavy ions: Dependence on energy loss and fluence

    SiO2 single crystals irradiated with 600 key, 2 MeV, 4 MeV and 95 MeV Ar ions using 320 kV high voltage Experimental platform (IMP, Lanzhou) and the HIRFL-SFC (Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou) facility in Lanzhou were investigated by Infrared spectra and fluorescence spectroscopes. PL spectra peaks of silicon dioxide irradiated with 600 keV, 2 MeV, 4 MeV and 95 MeV Ar ions were located at 445 nm (F-2 color center), 570 nm (F-4 color center) and 650 nm (F-2(-) and F-3(-) color centers) emission band etc. Using the unified thermal spike model, a combination of the elastic collision spike model and the inelastic thermal spike model based on electronic energy losses derived from the reciprocity approach, it is possible to fully describe the experimental data, which clearly demonstrate a synergy between the nuclear energy loss and the electronic energy loss processes.     Correlations of two protons emitted from excited states of S-28 and P-27

    <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">A contrastive research on two-proton (2p) emissions from excited states of the even-Z nucleus S-28 and its one-proton daughter, the odd-Z nucleus P-27 was performed by complete-kinematics measurements. The opening angles as well as relative momenta between two emitted protons and invariant masses of decaying systems were reconstructed through the event-by-event analysis of heavy fragments coincident with two protons. With the help of Monte Carlo simulations, results show a diproton-type decay with the branching ratio of 20(-7)(+6)% for S-28 while mainly three-body simultaneous decay in the phase space and/or 2p sequential emission for P-27. Present results show that the diproton correlations may result from the proton configuration in the initial state like 2p skin/halo structure rather than the deformed orbit. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V.
