High-efficiency transfer and expression of AdCMV-p53 in human cervix adenocarcinoma cells induced by subclinical-dose carbon beam radiation
Purpose The aim of this study is to evaluate the eVect of carbon-beam irradiation on adenovirus-mediated p53 transfer in human cervix adenocarcinoma.Materials and methods The HeLa cells pre-exposed to carbon-beam or -ray, were infected with replication-deficient adenovirus recombinant vectors, containing human wild-type p53 (AdCMV-p53) and green Xuorescent protein (GFP) (AdCMV–GFP), respectively. The GFP transfer and p53 expression were detected by Xow cytometric analysis.Results The GFP transfer frequency in C-beam with AdCMV-GFP groups was 38–50% more than that inγ-ray with AdCMV–GFP groups. The percentage of p53 positive cells in the C-beam with AdCMV–p53 groups was 34–55.6% more than that in γ-ray with AdCMV-p53 groups (p < 0.05), suggesting that subclinical-dose C-beam irradiation could signiWcantly promote exogenous p53 transfer and p53 expression, and extend the duration of p53 expression in the HeLa cells. The expression of p21 increased with p53 expression in HeLa cells. The survival fractions for the 0.5–1.0 Gy C-beam with AdCMV-p53 groups were 38–43% less than those for the isodose γ-ray with AdCMV-p53 groups, and 31–40% less than those for the C-beam only groups (p <0.05).Conclusions The subclinical-dose C-beam irradiation could signiWcantly promote the transfer and expression of exogenous p53, extend the duration of p53 expression, and enhance the suppression of p53 on cervix adenocarcinoma cells
Study on Radiation Sterilization of Electron Beam Accelerator
To study the effects of radiation sterilization of the electron beam,the three species of microorganisms,Escherichia.coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus vulgaris were irradiated with the electron beam,delivered by the electron accelerator independently developed by the Institute of Modern Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,and the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of these irradiated microorganisms were also tested.The results indicated that the Staphylococcus aureus were fully radio-sterili...中文摘要:在中国科学院近代物理研究所自行研制的大功率电子加速器上,研究了不同辐照剂量的电子束对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌3种微生物的杀灭效果,同时检测了辐照后菌体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果显示:辐照剂量达到2.0 kGy时,可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌,2.2 kGy时可完全杀灭大肠杆菌和变形杆菌;辐照对3种微生物的SOD活性有较显著的影响
Nucleon 3PF2 Superfluid Pairing Gap in Asymmetry Nuclear Matter
The 3PF2 superfluidity of neutron and proton is investigated in isospin-asymmetric nuclear matter within the Brueckner–Hartree–Fock approach and the BCS theory by adopting the Argonne V14 and the Argonne V18 nucleon-nucleon interactions. We find that pairing gaps in the 3PF2 channel predicted by adopting the AV14 interaction are much larger than those by the AV18 interaction. As the isospin-asymmetry increases, the neutron 3PF2 superfluidity is found to increase rapidly, whereas the proton one turns out to decrease and may even vanish at high enough asymmetries.As a consequence, the neutron 3PF2 superfluidity is much stronger than the proton one at high asymmetries and it predominates over the proton one in dense neutron-rich matter
Design of slow extraction system for therapy synchrotron
<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">Based on the optimized design of the lattice for therapy synchrotron and considering the requirement of radiation therapy, the third order resonant extraction is adopted. Using the momentum-amplitude selection method, the extraction system is designed and optimized. An extraction efficiency of more than 97% and a momentum spread less than 0.11% are obtained.</span
The Study of thick GEM with resistive electrodes

Fe/Nb多层膜中离子辐照效应研究(英文)
采用磁控溅射技术在Si衬底上沉积Si/[Fe(10 nm)/Nb(4 nm)/Fe(4 nm)/Nb(4 nm)]2/ [Fe(4nm)/Nb(4 nm)]4多层膜。用2 MeV的Xe离子在室温下辐照多层膜。采用俄歇深度剖析、X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计分析辐照引起的多层膜元素分布、结构及磁性变化。AES深度剖析谱显示当辐照注量达到1 .0×1014ions/cm2时,多层膜界面两侧元素开始混合;当辐照注量达到2 .0×1016ions/cm2时,多层膜层状结构消失,Fe层与Nb层几乎完全混合。XRD谱显示,当辐照注量达到1 .0×1014ions/cm2时, Nb的衍射峰和Fe的各衍射峰的峰位相对于标准卡片向小角方向偏移,这说明辐照引起Nb基和Fe基FeNb固溶体相的形成;当辐照注量大于1 .0×1015ions/cm2时,辐照引起非晶相的出现。VSM测试显示,多层膜的磁性随着结构的变化而变化。在此实验基础上,对离子辐照引起界面混合现象的机理进行了探讨
静态存储器单粒子翻转率预示的在轨验证
SRAM型FPGA配置区的单粒子翻转可能对系统的功能产生严重的影响,因此必须进行针对性的加固措施,而加固的重要依据之一是在轨翻转率结果。文章将地面获得的Hitachi 4Mb SRAM HI628512单粒子翻转率预示结果与搭载在极轨卫星SAC-C等上的飞行试验的结果进行了比较。分析表明基于国内地面试验数据和FOM方法预示的在轨翻转率与国外的在轨监测数据接近,多位翻转的试验结果也得到了在轨试验数据的验证。这些结果表明我国在单粒子翻转的模拟试验技术和在轨翻转率预示方面取得了相当的进展,可以为卫星电子系统抗辐射加固设计提供有力的保障
新核素~(263)Hs,~(260)Bh及其α衰变链上核素的半衰期
运用推广的液滴模型(GLDM)并结合量子力学中的WKB方法计算了新核素~(263)Hs和~(260)Bh及其α衰变链上各核素的势垒贯穿概率,对该链上各原子核的α衰变半衰期进行了研究。计算结果表明:利用推广的液滴模型结合WKB方法计算出的α衰变半衰期可以很好地符合在超重核区的实验值,验证了推广的液滴模型在超重核区的适用性,能够很好地描述超重核的α衰变。同时,计算表明新核素~(260)Bh和~(263)Hs的合成及其半衰期的测量是可靠的
Research and Design of Scanning Power Supply for Deep Tumor Therapy Facility With Heavy Ions Accelerator in Lanzhou
阐述了用于兰州重离子深层治癌装置的扫描电源的技术指标和工作原理,为保证该电源输出电流的精度,采用滞环控制策略,将跟踪误差限制在设计要求的误差范围内。研制了1台扫描电源样机,并给出了电路仿真和测试结果。测试结果显示各项指标均达到了设计要求,表明所选电路结构和滞环控制方案是切实可行的
