    L'impôt des personnes physiques - Édition 2025

Le texte est divisé en 11 parties abordant successivement l’assujettissement à l’impôt des personnes physiques, l’assiette de l’impôt, la fiscalité de la famille, la fiscalité immobilière, la fiscalité mobilière, la fiscalité professionnelle, la cessation d’activité et les pensions, les autres revenus imposables, les revenus d’origine étrangère, des notions de calcul de l’impôt et, nouveauté cette année, une partie consacrée à la fiscalité de la mobilité. Il est ainsi facile de s’orienter vers le sujet que l’on veut aborder. Pour chaque thème, l’analyse théorique est suivie de schémas explicatifs, d’exemples illustratifs et de références aux cadres de la déclaration à l’impôt des personnes physiques.     Comparative Study of two Biomechanics Frameworks for Upper Limb Exoskeleton Simulations

    The development of wearable assistive devices calls for advanced predictive simulation tools capable of modelling musculoskeletal systems incorporating closed kinematic loops, such as upper-limb exoskeletons. This study focuses on simulating arm movement with a shoulder exoskeleton in two scenarios: a forward dynamics simulation and an optimal control problem to determine the optimal muscle excitations and motor torque inputs required for a desired motion. Two computational frameworks are employed and compared: The first is OpenSim, which benefits from existing biomechanical models and optimal control capabilities with MOCO. The second framework is Odin, a state-of-the-art multibody simulation software in which biomechanics capabilities were integrated for this study. The comparison highlights the strengths and limitations of each tool in simulating biomechanical systems with complex kinematic topologies. While results were successfully obtained in OpenSim, challenges were encountered due to the presence of kinematic closed loops. In contrast, Odin’s general multibody framework simplifies the definition and numerical simulation of closed kinematic loops, demonstrating significant potential for future applications in exoskeleton design and analysis

    Quelques réflexions à propos de la fonction réparatrice de la responsabilité aquilienne dans la législation impériale du IIIe siècle

    Dans deux rescrits datant respectivement de 239 et 241 de notre ère, que nous lisons dans C. 3.35.2 et 3.35.3, l’empereur conseille aux requérants d’intenter l’actio legis Aquiliae « ut damnum sarciatur » et « damni sarciendi gratia ». Lors de cette présentation, nous nous concentrerons tout d’abord sur la signification de l’expression damnum sarcire, que l’on retrouve par ailleurs dans un fragment où Gaius cite la loi des XII Tables en matière d’incendium (Gai. 4 ad XII tab. D. 47.9.9). Nous nous demanderons notamment si les juristes impériaux qui rédigèrent ces rescrits entendaient affirmer que la responsabilité aquilienne remplissait désormais une fonction réparatrice. Ensuite, nous nous focaliserons sur le second rescrit, où l’empereur énonce que, lorsqu’une esclave est tuée, son propriétaire peut se prévaloir tant de la lex Aquilia que de la lex Cornelia de sicariis et veneficis. Plus précisément, nous comparerons cette constitution avec un extrait de Baldus de Ubaldis, où ce juriste affirme — onze siècles plus tard — qu’à chaque fois qu’un delictum concerne le patrimoine, une action civile et une action criminelle naissent du même acte illicite. Cette comparaison nous permettra de réfléchir à la fonction de la responsabilité aquilienne dans la législation impériale du IIIe siècle, afin d’y identifier d’éventuels points communs et divergences par rapport au cadre dessiné par la compilation de Justinien

    Three hot Jupiters transiting K-dwarfs with significant heavy element masses

Despite predictions from planetary population synthesis models indicating that such systems should be exceedingly rare, short-period gas giants do exist around low-mass stars (Teff< 4965 K), albeit at lower frequency than around hotter stars. Aims. By combining data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) and ground-based follow-up observations, we seek to confirm and characterize giant planets transiting K dwarfs, particularly mid- to late-K dwarfs. Methods. Photometric data were obtained from the TESS mission, supplemented by ground-based imaging and photometric observations, as well as high-resolution spectroscopic data from the CORALIE spectrograph. Radial velocity (RV) measurements were analyzed to confirm the presence of companions. Results. We report the confirmation and characterization of three giants transiting mid-K dwarfs. Within the TOI-2969 system, a giant planet of 1.16 ± 0.04 MJup with a radius of 1.10 ± 0.08 RJup orbits its K3V host in 1.82 days. The TOI-2989 system contains a 3.0 ± 0.2 MJup giant with a radius of 1.12 ± 0.05 RJup, which orbits its K4V host in 3.12 days. The K4V star TOI-5300 hosts a giant of 0.6 ± 0.1 MJupwith a radius of 0.88 ± 0.08 RJup and an orbital period of 2.3 days. The equilibrium temperatures of the companions range from 1001 to 1186 K, which classifies them as hot Jupiters. However, they do not exhibit radius inflation. The estimated heavy element masses in their interiors, inferred from the mass, radius, and evolutionary models, are 90 ± 30M⊕, 114 ± 30M⊕, and 84 ± 21M⊕, respectively. These heavy element masses are significantly higher than most reported heavy elements for K-dwarf hot Jupiters. Conclusions. These mass characterizations contribute to the poorly explored population of massive companions around low-mass stars

    Autistic traits, prototypes, phenotypes, spectrum, and identities: reevaluating autism with G.E. Sukhareva

Recent diagnostic shifts in defining autism, especially in the fifth edition of the Diagnos-tic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, have increased sensitivity but blurred boundaries between autism as a neurobiological condition and as a socially constructed identity. This ambiguity raises questions about how diagnosis shapes social labeling, access to support, and the framing of cognitive differences. Objective. This study aims to interrogate dominant deficit-based definitions of autism and to explore alternative historical and sociocul-tural frameworks that highlight cognitive strengths and non-pathological forms of alterity. Hypothesis. Current diagnostic models insufficiently capture the complexity of autism and reinforce reductive, medicalized paradigms. Re-examining neglected prototypes and sociocultural insights may help construct more inclusive and strength-based conceptions. Methods and Materials. This theoretical, interdisciplinary analysis draws from psychiatric classifica-tion systems, early clinical texts, contemporary autism studies, and phenomenological observations in educational contexts. It adopts constructivist epistemology, critical realism, and epistemological pluralism to question the ideo-logical underpinnings of diagnostic norms. Results. The analysis reveals a conceptual divide between “neurobiologi-cal autism” and “social autism.” It also identifies the diagnostic consequences of erasing early models such as Grunya Sukhareva’s, which offer explanations for gender differences and cognitive diversity often missed by current frame-works. Conclusions. Dominant classifications pathologize difference and neglect cognitive strengths. Rethinking the boundary between diagnosis, cognition, and social recognition can foster anti-discriminatory practices in education and healthcare policies
