The Technological Development of Testing Methodology for Textile Zinc Oxide Coating Durability Determination
This article reflects one development stage of the
formation process of metal coated textile quality control
methodology based on the analysis of sewage electrograms. The
experiment has been carried out with the help of gas discharge
visualization camera. To determine how the electrogram
parameters reflect the presence of nanoparticles in water, the
ZnO nanoparticles have been added to five distilled water
samples in the following concentrations: 10%; 8%; 6%; 4%; 2%.
According to the experiment results, the electrography method
can be used for textile zinc oxide coating durability testing
Clothing Production Logistic Process Designing
Clothing style designing and mass production tasks
and regularities have been researched using average complexity
women coat designing tasks or the time sequence of events as the
basis, by means of the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review
Technique). On the PERT graph of the women’s coat designing
and production, three homogenous stages can be distinguished: I,
II, III.
The task execution process from the first event to a finished
prototype of style (stage I), in the case of classical designing work
organization, happens almost sequentially, adding about 45
working hours. Stage III – at the final stage after the preparation
of the markers to handing over the finished order to the
consumer a sequential task chain is accomplished, too. At stage
III, the total time of women’s coat assortment event process will
take up to 15 hours for one unit if a series of tests is produced in
advance, and only 2.5 hours if a series of tests is not produced.
At the stage II of the graph, three situations characteristic of
apparel producers have been analyzed: reception of raw
materials and control within two weeks during the model
production season; the distribution of model project carried out
during its production season; model project distribution, which is
not necessary any more (the designing of collections has begun
one season before the mass production of the model), and the
reception of raw materials. The average expectable duration of
stage II, based on the hypothesis on the working time distribution
law, is 59.74 hours. Useful free time reserves have been found in
the designing process of women’s coat of medium complexity and
mass production processes
Content of Hemp Fibres and Properties of Nonwovens
Results of fibre content of variety Bialobrzeskie
before and after hydrothermal treatment with NaOH solution
have been compared. The production and properties of hemp
nonwovens made by carding and hydroentangling also are
reported. The samples of hydroentangled hemp fibers (varieties
Purini, Bialobrzeski) have been characterised to determine their
dimensional properties, water vapour transmission, pore size
distribution, thermal properties in order to assess their suitability
as alternative insulation materials
To
termoregulācijas parametri salīdzināti ar tradicionāli lietotiem
sildošiem bērnu apakšērbiem. Secināts, ka funkcionālu
tekstildrānu pielietošana bērnu apakšģērbu izgatavošanā ir
lietderīga
Porous Corundum and Mullite Ceramics
In this paper are described some properties of porous
corundum and mullite ceramics depending from the used raw
materials. The investigated materials are produced by slip casting
technology and using chemical reaction for pore forming
Application of Integral Transforms for Solving Some MHD Problems
This paper describes the applications of Hankel and Fourier transforms for obtaining analytical solutions of some MHD problems. In particular, the problem on an inflow of conducing fluid through the round hole on channel’s lateral side is solved in Stokes and inductionless approximation by using Hankel transform. The application of Fourier transform is briefly shown for the similar MHD problem, but the channel has a plane split on its lateral side. On the basis of the obtained solutions, the velocity field of the flow is analyzed numerically by using the package “Mathematica”
Illumination Detection for LED Dimming Process Efficiency Evaluation
Light sources as LEDs are with high efficacy and have possibility of light dimming. A microprocessor controlled photo sensor array enables automatic measurement process of obtaining photometrical and electrical parameters, for preliminary testing of developed luminaries, existing products and analyzing data to evaluate lighting dimming process efficiency at different dimming levels
