Good Practices in Supporting Young Researchers at Shinshu University
Get PDF信州大学を含む多くの地方国立大学は，共通の課題を抱えている．第一に，若手研究者の研究エフォートが低下している点が挙げられる．相対的に学部教育や，入試等を含む大学運営活動の負担が大きく，研究者育成の基盤的な支援も，大都市圏の大規模大学と比較すると十分とは言えない．第二に，若手研究者の入り口である，博士課程への進学者数や進学率低下の幅が大きく，地方大学からみると，大都市圏の大規模大学へ研究者の卵が流出している現状がある．第三に，若手研究者が，自らの学術的知見について国際的プレゼンスを高める機会や手段が様々な点で限られている点が挙げられる． それら課題を踏まえ，信州大学における若手研究者支援の取組みである，エビデンスに基づくライジングスター教員選抜制度や，URA による国際学術プレスリリース支援の取組み等を題材に，研究者に対する独自のアンケート結果などを交えて，これまでの実績と今後の展望を議論する．This paper provides the achievements and future prospects of Shinshu University’s efforts to support young researchers, such as Rising Star Researcher system and improvement of international research visibility by URAs.リサーチ・アドミニストレーション協議会誌. 2 : 15-17 (2024)journal articl
