Mineralni sastav hibridne sorte paprike Bibic F1
Wealthy chemical composition of peppers with excellent organoleptic properties (taste, color, smell) makes it almost indispensable in the daily diet. The subject matter of this paper is hybrid variety of fresh pepper Bibic F1. Content of each component chemical composition: dry matter (5.78%), total ash (0.36%), total acidity (0.13%) and vitamin C (70.4 mg per 100g), was determined by AOAC methods and was in agreement with literature data. Content of some minerals determined by atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The amount of each element in 100 g of fresh pepper hybrid variety Bibic F1 was: sodium (3.3 mg), potassium (180.2 mg), magnesium (9.8 mg), calcium (12 mg), phosphorus (23.2 mg), iron (0.72 mg), copper (0.04 mg), zinc (0.2 mg) and manganese (0.11 mg). Fresh pepper hybrid variety Bibic F1 is not a significant source of minerals in the diet.Bogat hemijski sastav paprike sa izvanrednim senzornim svojstvima (ukus, boja, miris) čini je gotovo nezamjenjivom u svakodnevnoj ishrani. Predmet ispitivanja u ovom radu je hibridna sorta Bibic F1. Sadržaj pojedinih komponenti hemijskog sastava: suve materije (5,78%), ukupnog pepela (0,36%), ukupne kiselosti (0,13%) i vitamina C (70,4 mg u 100g), određen je standardnim AOAC metodama i bio je u skladu sa literaturnim podacima. Sadržaj pojedinih elemenenata određen je atomskom emisionom spektrometrijom (ICP OES). Količina pojedinih elemenata u 100 g svježe paprike hibridne sorte Bibic F1 iznosila je: natrijum (3,3 mg), kalijum (180,2 mg), magnezijum (9,8 mg), kalcijum (12 mg), fosfor (23,2 mg), gvožđe (0,72 mg), bakar 0,04 mg) cink (0,2 mg) i mangan (0,11 mg). Svježa paprika hibridne sorte Bibic F1 ne predstavlja značajan izvor za mineralne materije u ishrani
Antilisterijski efekat dodatog Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis tokom proizvodnje mekog belog sira
This study examined strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from Zlatar cheese produced by the traditional method. Conventional microbiological testing resulted in the isolation of 96 strains of lactic acid bacteria which were then subjected to molecular genetic tests. One of the isolates, designated as Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, showed a markedly antilisterial effect under laboratory conditions. Based on the results, further research involved determination of its potential antilisterial effect during soft white cheese production. During fermentation that lasted 21 days, in experimental cheeses inoculated with Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19111 combined with Lc. lactis spp. lactis culture, there was a reduction in Listeria cell count (by 3-4 log units), which can be considered important potential for biological control in soft white cheese production.U radu su ispitivani sojevi bakterija mlečne kiseline izdvojeni iz zlatarskog sira, koji je proizveden u skladu sa načelima tradicionalne proizvodnje. Primenom klasičnih mikrobioloških testova izolovano je 96 sojeva bakterija mlečne kiseline, koje su zatim podvrgnute molekularno genetskim ispitivanjima. Jedan od izolata, koji je označen kao Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis ispoljio je u laboratorijskim uslovima izražen antilisterijski efekat. Na bazi tih rezultata vršena su dalja istraživanja radi utvrđivanja njegovog potencijalnog antilisterijskog efekta tokom proizvodnje mekog belog sira. Tokom procesa fermentacije sira, koji je trajao 21 dan, u oglednoj grupi sira u koju je inokulisana Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19111 zajedno sa kulturom Lc. lactis spp. lactis došlo je do redukcija broja ćelija listerije u siru (za 3-4 log), što se može smatrati znаčајnim pоtеnciјаlom biоlоške zаštitе u njegovoj prоizvоdnji
Uticaj godine i primene molibdena na klijavost i krupnoću semena lucerke
The aim of these researhes was to examine the impact of year and foliar application
of molybdenum on germination capacity and absolute mass of alfalfa seed. In the
investigation year, meteorological factors showed large variations and great impact on
germination capacity and size of seed. Observed by years, absolute mass ranged from
1.82 g to 2.02 g. Germination ranged from 72.85% to 86.5%. Germination and 1000
seed weight were the worst in the year when high total precipitation and precipitation in
the period of flowering, pollination and seed filling were observed (June, July, August).
Foliar application of molybdenum showed no effect on size of alfalfa seed and
germination.Ispitivan je uticaj godine i folijarne primene molibdena na klijavost i
apsolutnu masu semena lucerke. U ispitivanim godinama meteorološki faktori su
pokazali veliko variranje i veliki uticaj na klijavost krupnoću semena. Posmatrano po
godinama, apsolutna masa se kretala u intervalu od 1,82 g do 2,02 g. Klijavost se
kretala u intervalu od 72.85% do 86.5%. Klijavost i masa 1.000 semena su najlošiji u
godini kada su zabeležene velike ukupne količine padavina i količine padavina u
periodu cvetanja, oprašivanja i nalivanja semena (jun, jul, avgust). Folijarna primena

The paper presents an overview of the most important aspects of the chemical crop
load regulation in the peach. Importance of crop load optimizing, strategies for flowers
and fruits thinning (inhibition of flower induction, killing of flower buds, prevention of
fruit set and stimulation of fruitlet abscission), the time of applications, concentration,
efficiency and adverse effects of the most often used chemicals are discussed.Rad prikazuje pregled najvažnijih aspekata hemijskog regulisanja prinosa kod
breskve. Obrađeni su: značaj dovođenja prinosa na optimalan nivo, strategije koje se
koriste za proređivanje cvetova i plodova (kočenje indukcije cvetova, ubijanje cvetnih
pupoljaka, sprečavanje zametanja plodova i podsticanje otpadanja mladih plodova), vreme
aplikacije, koncentracija, efikasnost i štetni efekti najčešće korišćenih hemijskih materija
Strukturni pokazatelji grozda i bobice klonova sorte Burgundac crni i njihov uticaj na hemijske karakteristike vina
Research were carried out in the vineyard of Experimental field “Radmilovac” at
Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade and included 3 Pinot Noir clones: R4, 115 and 667.
For the purpose of research the structural indicators of grape and berries by are selected
ten vines of each clone. Wine of the clones was prepared by procedure
microvinification. Of all the tested clones, clone R4 had the best relationship structure
of the bunch (bunch stem - 3.91%, and berries - 96.09%) and the highest concentration
of total phenolic compounds. A strong correlation between the skin in the berries and
the total phenolic compounds in all wine was founded.Istraživanja su obavljena na OD “Radmilovac” Poljoprivrednog fakulteta
Univerziteta u Beogradu i obuhvatila su tri klona sorte Burgundac crni: R4, 115 i 667.
Za ispitivanja strukturnih pokazatelja grozda i bobice odabrano je po 10 čokota svakog
klona. Vino od klonova je spravljeno postupkom mikrovinifikacije. Od svih ispitivanih
klonova, klon R4 je imao najpovoljniji odnos strukture grozda (ogrozdina - 3,91%;
bobice - 96,09%), kao i najveću koncentraciju ukupnih fenolnih jedinjenja u vinu. Kod
ispitivanih klonova je utvrđena jaka korelaciona zavisnost između udela pokožice u
bobici i količine ukupnih fenolnih jedinjenja u vinu
Antioksidativni potencijal anjona galne kiseline u reakciji sa različitim radikalima
In this paper antioxidative mechanisms HAT, SPLET and SET-PT of the
carboxylate anion of gallic acid (GA¯) with different radicals (OO−, OH, and CH3OO)
were investigated. For this reason were examined ΔHBDE, ΔHIP and ΔHPA values of the
corresponding reactions in water and pentyl ethanoate as solvents. For this purpose the
M052X/6-311++G(d,p) theoretical models was applied.
It was found that SET-PT is not favorable reaction path for all anions of GA (GA¯) in
both solvents. On the other hand, HAT and SPLET mechanisms are competitive in all
cases. Which of mentioned reaction path is predominant depends on the properties of
anions, radicals and solvents.U ovom radu su ispitani HAT, SPLET i SET-PT mehanizmi antioksidativnog
delovanja karboksilatnog anjona galne kiseline (GA¯) sa različitim radikalima (OO−,
OH i CH3OO). U tom cilju ispitane su ΔHBDE, ΔHIP i ΔHPA vrednosti odgovarajućih
reakcija u vodi i pentiletanoatu kao rastvaračima. Za to je korišćen M052X/6-
311++G(d,p) teorijski model.
Nađeno je da SET-PT mehanizam nije povoljan reakcioni put niti za jedan anjon
galne kiseline (GA¯) u oba rastvarača. S druge strane, HAT i SPLET mehanizmi su
konkurentni u svim slučajevima. Koji od reakcionih puteva je predominantan zavisi od
osobina anjona, radikala i rastvarača

In this study we investigated the potential probiotic properties of Lactobacillus
plantarum L 24 - 2, Lactococcus lactis biovar diacetylactis N 237 and strain
Micrococcus sp. It has been found that microbial species exhibited the ability to survive
under conditions of high concentrations of bile salts (2.0%) and low pH (2.0). This
ability varies for different types, but they will remain until the end of experiments

sposobnost varira kod različitih ispitivanih bakterija, ali sve one ostaju životno sposobne
do kraja eksperimenata. Ovo, zajedno sa dokazanom antimikrobnom aktivnošću čini ih
pogodnim za uključivane u sastav novih starter kultura, koje mogu efikasno poslužiti
kao antimikrobna barijera za razvoj patogenih bakterija u proizvodnji sirovih - sušenih
proizvoda od mesa
Zdravstveno-reproriduktivni problemi svinja na komercijlanim farmama
It is well known that good health is a prerequisite of good pig reproduction or
successful and profitable production of pig. The health status of the herd depends on
many factors, such as the maintenance technology, nursing, nutrition, organization, level
of staff training and the systematic implementation of health care. Today we are
witnessing a large number of bacterial diseases, viral etiology and certain parasites can
seriously affect the production of pigs in intensive farming. These diseases are applying
prophylactic and therapeutic measures, as well as increased surveillance of professional
services to keep under control. The aim of the intensive farming of pigs on commercial
farms to produce a large number of weaned piglets and fattening pigs per sow per year.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to establish a high reproductive efficiency of
breeding animals. This can be achieved by adequate health care, modern technology and
good organization of production with the use of appropriate procedures in the
technology of artificial insemination. Biosecurity, welfare, good manufacturing
practices and risk analysis at critical control points are very important elements in
intensive pig production and using of biosecurity measures is critical to protecting the
health and success of the production.Dobro zdravlje svinja predstavlja preduslov dobre reprodukcije, odnosno
uspešne i profitabilne proizvodnje u svinjarstvu. Zdravstveni status stada zavisi od
velikog broja činilaca , kao što su su tehnologija držanja, nege, ishrane, organizacija,
stepen obučenosti kadrova kao i sistematsko sprovođenje mera zdravstvene zaštite.
Danas smo svedoci da veliki broj oboljenja bakterijske,virusne etiologije kao i pojedine
parazitoze mogu ozbiljno ugroziti proizvodnju svinja u intenzivnom uzgoju. Ove bolesti
moguće je primenom profilaktičkih i terapeutskih mera, kao i pojačanim nadzorom
stručnih službi držati pod kontrolom. Cilj intenzivne proizvodnje svinja na
komercijalnim farmama je proizvesti što veći broj odbijene prasadi odnosno tovljenika
po krmači godišnje. Za postizanje ovog cilja neophodno je uspostaviti visoku
reproduktivnu efikasnost priplodnih životinja. To se može postići adekvatnom
zdravstvenom zaštitom, savremenom tehnologijom i dobrom organizacijom proizvodnje
uz primenu odgovarajućih postupaka u tehnologiji veštačkog osemenjavanja
Akutni inflamatorni odgovor krava u ranoj laktaciji i mogućnost njegove kontrole nesteroidnim antiinflamatornim lekovima
There is growing metabolic stress and signs of acute inflammation in cows in early
lactation. The acute inflammatory response and metabolic status of cows are related to
each other, so that dominance of homeorhetic process leads to the development of acute
inflammatory response, which further emphasizes homeorhetic adaptation. These
processes can significantly collapse state of health and the value of a productivity in
cows. In this paper we described the possibility of interruption of the feedback using
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in cows in early lactation. We have described
effects of flunixin, ketoprofen and acetyl salicylic acid of the inflammatory response
and the health of the cows.Kod krava u ranoj laktaciji postoji izražen metabolički stres i znaci akutne
inflamacije. Akutni inflamatorni odgovor i metabolički status krava su u međusobnoj vezi,
tako da dominacija homeretskih procesa dovodi do razvoja aktutnog inflamatornog
odgovora, koji dalje potencira homeoretsku adaptaciju. Navedeni procesi mogu značajno
da uruše zdravstveno stanje i produktivne vrednosti krava. U ovom preglednom radu
opisana je mogućnost prekida ove povratne sprege upotrebom nesteroidnih
antiinflamatornih lekova kod krava u ranoj laktaciji. Opisani su efekti fluniksina,

Da li Pseudomonas aeruginosa perzistira u biljkama?
Persistence of pathogenic bacteria in plants, is a major threat to human health,
especially in plants that are used in food with no heat treatment. The aim of this study
was to determine whether there is a possibility of persistence of human isolates of
Pseudomonas aeruginosa in cucumbers, cabbage, peppers and tomatoes. In cucumber
and cabbage P. aeruginosa was isolated from all 12 plants, tomato by 9 and 7 of pepper
plants. Based on the results, there is the possibility of persistence P. aeruginosa in the
above vegetables.Mogućnost perzistencije patogenih bakterija u biljkama, predstavlja veliku
opasnost po zdravlje ljudi, pogotovo kod biljaka koje se koriste u ishrani bez termičke
obrade. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi da li postoji mogućnost perzistencije humanog
izolata Pseudomonas aeruginosa u krastavcu, kupusu, paprici i paradajzu. Pseudomonas
aeruginosa izolovan je iz svih 12 biljaka krastavca i kupusa, iz 9 paradajza i 7 paprika. Na
osnovu rezultata rada, u navedenom povrću postoji mogućnost perzistencije P.
aeruginosa
