Maximizing the Use of e-Wallet (Ovo) for SMEs in Jakarta
Get PDFThis activity is entitled "Maximizing the Use of E-Wallets OVO for UMKM in Jakarta". The object (target audience) of this activity is the UMKM players who have businesses in the Jakarta area. The activity was held in September 2020. The speakers who attended were representatives of the OVO platform. There are still many UMKM players who do not know the procedure or the use of digital wallets (especially OVO) in order to realize a cashless society. In addition, it was also found that UMKM players were not able to maximize the use of OVO to develop their own businesses. The solution offered is in the form of training for UMKM players regarding the OVO digital wallet, which is a procedure that can be done to become a merchant (if they are not already using it), as well as strategies that can be done to maximize the use of OVO in transactions (if they are already using OVO). The output target of this activity is a publication on journals and social media (YouTube and Facebook).Kegiatan ini diberi judul “Memaksimalkan Pemanfaatan Dompet Digital OVO bagi Pelaku UMKM di Jakarta”. Objek (khalayak sasaran) kegiatan ini merupakan para penggiat UMKM yang memiliki usaha di area Jakarta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2020. Narasumber yang hadir merupakan perwakilan dari pihak platform OVO. Masih banyak para pedagang kaki lima yang tidak mengetahui prosedur maupun pemanfaatan dompet digital (terutama OVO) demi mewujudkan cashless society. Selain itu, ditemukan pula para pedagang yang belum mampu memaksimalkan pemanfaatan OVO untuk mengembangkan usaha yang dimiliki. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa pelatihan bagi para pedagang kaki lima tersebut mengenai dompet digital OVO, yaitu prosedur yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjadi merchant (jika mereka belum menggunakan), serta strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan OVO dalam bertransaksi (jika pedagang kaki lima sudah menggunakan OVO). Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berupa publikasi di social media (Facebook)
Item Analysis Training Problems with Software to Improve Teacher’s Competencies in Blitar
Get PDFOne of the demands of a professional teacher is being able to make quality questions. Item analysis is one way to obtain quality questions. Therefore, in this community service, the PKM team conducted an item analysis training held at Campus 3 of Malang State University in Blitar City, which was attended by 19 teacher participants from three sub-district representatives in Blitar City. The purpose of this dedication is to: (1) increase the awareness of teachers the importance of analyzing items, (2) provide insight about compiling good instruments and analyze items so that they get quality instruments, (3) assist to teachers in analyzing items using ITEMAN, Anates, and Excel. The method of carrying out this dedication activity is carried out with lectures, demonstrations, and practices, assignments, discussions, and presentations. The training was held for four days and was attended by all participants in a disciplined and orderly manner. PKM results show that all participants were able to (1) compile a good test instrument, (2) understand the importance of analyzing items, (3) analyze items using software using ITEMAN, Anates, and Excel
Implementation of Digital Archives for Teachers and Administrators
Get PDFThe purpose of this community service is training and workshop to guide and assist teachers, employees and students in introducing and understanding and implementing digital archive management with Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word and PHP MYSQL.. The resulting output is a digital archive book that will be useful in guiding teachers and as one of the teaching materials in carrying out education and teaching in vocational high schools. The methodology used in the implementation of this community service activity is action research activities consisting of Planning, Preparation, Implementation (actions), Observation and Evaluation and Reflection. The conclusion of community service is the implementation of community service activities through guidance and assistance with the results of increased knowledge about digital archives, skills in managing digital archives, expertise in using digital information technology and being able to apply digital archives management and support for the course of an organization

In the process of analyzing the situation, the PKM team found a problem in the Segara Jaya Village business actors, namely that they had not yet separated the notes on their business activities with their personal needs. This has an impact on the difficulty of business actors to know the profits from their business activities. From the analysis of the situation, the servant carries out the service. The method used is a workshop with a simple recording simulation of their business activities.

ABSTRAK
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaporan keuangan oleh pelaku usaha Desa Segara Jaya. Pada proses analisis situasi, tim PKM menemukan permasalahan yang ada di pelaku usaha Desa Segara Jaya yaitu mereka belum memisahkan catatan atas kegiatan usahanya dengan keperluan pribadinya. Hal tersebut berdampak pada kesulitan pelaku usaha untuk mengetahui laba dari kegiatan usahanya. Dari analisis situasi itulah, pengabdi melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dengan simulasi pencatatan sederhana dari kegiatan usaha mereka.

Proper financial management will be very helpful in fulfilling current and future life needs. By structuring a systematic business, entrepreneurs can view and analyze their capital turnover and take corrective steps of deviations from the original plan. Unfortunately, not all entrepreneurs have awareness about the importance of good business management.
The community service activities are conducted in Matraman and Pulogadung sub-district to improve understanding and capability in business productivity, simple financial recording and reporting and business management . This community service is integrated into Student Study Service (KKN).
The community service activities are conducted by providing training and mentoring/assistance to the entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the questionnaire can be concluded that participants satisfied with training and mentoring. This activity is expected to increase business productivity, financial management and business management.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan keterampilan bagi seluruh pengusaha UMKM dalam memahami produktifitas usaha, membuat pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan sederhana serta melakukan manajemen usaha. Pola manajemen keuangan yang baik akan sangat membantu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup saat ini dan akan datang. Dengan menyusun bisnis yang sistematis, pelaku usaha dapat melihat dan menganalisa perputaran modalnya serta mengambil langkah korektif jika terjadi penyimpangan dari rencana semula. Sayangnya, belum semua pelaku usaha memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan bisnis yang baik.
Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di kecamatan Matraman dan Pulogadung guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam produktifitas usaha, pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan sederhana serta manajemen usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN).
Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta puas dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan. Accountability in Managing Business Funds through Budgeting to SME's
Get PDFThe classic problem that is still inherent in SME’s activities is the lack ofcapital. This is also felt by SMEs in the Tarumajaya sub-district, North Bekasi,West Java. So, there is a need for appropriate fund management andbudgeting. Therefore, this activity aims to provide workshops related toaccountability, good procedures for managing business funds, as well asproviding budgeting practices for SMEs. The method of implementing PKMactivities consists of 3 stages, namely: planning, implementation, andevaluation. The workshop was held in the Hall of TPI PALIJAYA Segara JayaVillage and was attended by 54 business people with different business objects.The material was delivered in the form of theory and practice, followed by adiscussion and question and answer session with the participants. Based on theresults of the questionnaire survey, it was found that before this training, only23% of the trainees stated that they had planned a business activity budget.Only 17% stated that they used to record transactions related to their businessactivities routinely. After this training, the participants increasingly understoodthe importance of budgeting in business. Thus, an assessment of 90% ofparticipants stated that the business budget was an important matter. As for theparticipant's assessment of the whole set of activities, 83% stated that thematerial presented by the service team was important, and 77% stated it wasuseful. As many as 73% of participants stated that the material had beendelivered by the service team clearly, and 87% of participants expressedsatisfaction with the community service activities carried out by the communityservice team from FE UNJ

Based on the results of evaluations of the community service activities, it was found that: 97% of participants were able to explain the concepts of administrative management and bookkeeping able to master the material well, 85% of participants were able to explain the management of business and business administration systems well, and 97% were able to demonstrate the skills of marketing strategy management good business. In terms of teaching, good teaching skills in a lecturer are of course an absolute must for a lecturer. Likewise with the obligations in research (making scientific papers), a lecturer must be able to make research that can be published both at the national and international levels. However, the scientific works produced by lecturers in Indonesia and published internationally are still relatively few. This is partly because lecturers are not given enough encouragement and support to be motivated in making scientific works. There should be various trainings and journal access facilities as a form of strategy to increase lecturer competence in writing scientific articles. Therefore, the PKM team took the initiative to carry out community service related to training on scientific work preparation skills to assist lecturers in improving the quality and quantity of their scientific publications.
