HUBUNGAN ANTARA KETERLIBATAN KERJA DENGAN TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN PT. GARDA TRIMITRA UTAMA, JAKARTA
Full text linkABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between job involvement with turnover intention to employee PT. Garda Trimitra Utama, Jakarta.The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 75,304 – 0,238X. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (5,94) > Ftable (4,03). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (1,54) < Ftable = (1.96), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is rxy = -0,231 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount(-1,73) < -ttable (-1,67). It means that there are significance and negative correlations between job involment with turnover intention.Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 5,34%, it means that turnover intention to employee variable determined by 5,34% job involvement variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a negative correlations between job involvement with turnover intention to employee.Keywords: correlation, job involvement, trunover intention, survey, regression

Islamic Banking of Indonesia lately grows so rapidly. The function of Islamic banking is as intermediary institution between the excess money parties (depositor) with the lacking money parties (borrower) by using a system of Islamic sharia. The operational purpose of Islamic banking is to participate actively in development process of social and economic life of the community in managing all assets for social welfare. In other side, the growth of small -medium enterprises in Indonesia are also very fast. These types of institutions are identified and proved to be the savior of the economic crisis in Indonesia. But, small and medium enterprises have difficulty constraints of capital and human resources that make these institutions are difficult to thrive. According to the operational purpose, Islamic banking and small-medium enterprises can be partners of mutual benefit. Both parties should build up a quality partnership with optimizing the role of empowerment and facilitation of the Islamic banking to small-medium enterprises using the principles of relationship, togetherness, and humanitarian. Coupled with improving the quality of human resources, services, and partnership, then the partnership is expected not only profitable for both parties, but also more broadly is expected to create social welfare for community.Keywords: Islamic Banking, Small and Medium Enterprises, Social Welfare, Empowermen
PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PENGANGGURAN DAN INFLASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DI KAWASAN TIMUR INDONESIA (KTI) PERIODE 2001-2010
Full text linkABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of education, unemployment and inflation on the level of poverty in Eastern Indonesia (KTI) in the period 2001- 2010 . This study uses a sampling techniques to sample the three provinces in Eastern Indonesia, the East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and Papua. The data used are secondary data is supported by the data panel, the combined time series and cross section data. The analysis shows that the unemployment variable does not affect the level of poverty in Eastern Indonesia. While the other two variables, namely education and inflation have a significant effect with 95% confidence level of the poverty level. Based on F test statistic, showed all the independent variables (education, unemployment and inflation) simultaneously had no significant effect on the level of poverty in Eastern Indonesia at 95% confidence level.Keyword: education, unemployment, inflation, level of povert

HUBUNGAN ANTARA HARGA DIRI (SELF ESTEEM) DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SMKN 48 DI JAKARTA TIMUR
Full text linkABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the correlation between self esteem with learning achievement on student 48 Vocational School in East Jakarta.This research have been done for 4 months since February 2012 until May 2012. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations of this research is all of employee in 48 Vocational School in East Jakarta, which reach population is 60 person and the sample is 30 person with 5% wrong ability. Technic for getting sample is simple random proportional. For getting the data of variaele data X and Y was used likert sacle. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ =56,60 + 0,165X. After that data normality test is done by using lilliefors formula and the result was Lcount = 0,068 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable =0,124 , so Lcount < Ltable. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X had normal distribution. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,94) <Ftable (2,11), showing that regression was linear. For regression significance test and the result was, Fcount (26,26)>Ftable (4,04). It shows it had significance regression. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test was rxy = 0,591 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result was, tcount = 5,12 while ttable = 1,68 and so, tcount > ttable. It means that there were significance and positive correlations between correlations self esteem with learning achievement. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test was 34,89%, it means that learning achievement variable determined by 34,89% self esttem of student variable. The conclusion of the research has shown that there was a positive correlations self esteem with learning achievement on student.Key Words: Self Esteem, learning achievemen
PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF) DAN BAGI HASIL
Full text linkABSTRACEconomic development in Indonesia require funding from many sources. One source of funding is from the Islamic banks in recent years experienced a very rapid expansion, both of the institution and the assets and the distribution of funds.This study aims to look at the link between non-performing financing (NPF) (X1) and the profit sharing ratio (X2) to the amount of mudharabah financing (Y) in Islamic banks and Islamic business units in Indonesia. But in the process of analysis, because of autocorrelation, then added the other explanatory variables are mudharabah financing at the previous period (X3). The results showed a significant effect of the profit sharing ratio received by the bank (X2), then the mudharaba financing at the previous period (X3) to the mudharaba financing at current period (Y), but the magnitude of the NPF last period had no significant effect to the amount of mudarabah financing at current period. The lack of effect of NPF to the meaninglessness of financing was indicated that the handling of non-performing loans (NPF) used rescheduling and reconditioning scheme and financing into qordhul hasan. Although partially NPF had no significant effect to the financing, but together these three explanatory variables have a significant impact on financing. The coefficient of determination indicates the amount of 0.991, which means that 99% more variation in the mudharaba financing can be explained by the threeexplanatory variables.

Full text linkThis research aims to determine the impact of training and creativity on business development at the industrial village of small and medium enterprises, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The research used survey method with correlational approach. Data were collected using questionnaire distributed to 33 business entities.Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results revealed that: 1) training had a significant impact on business development; 2) creativity had a siginificant impact on business development; and 3) training and creativity had significant impact on business development simultaneously.

Full text linkThis study aims to determine whether the Fiscal Decentralization that measured by revenue capacity and expenditure capacity have an impact on economic growth in East Java 2010-2014. The research method used in this study is shaped Time Series of the 2010-2014 and the cross section amounts to 12 regency and 4 city in East Java Province, with ex post facto method. The data presented annually obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of the Ministry of financial. This study uses panel data regression model Fixed effect. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis, revenue capacity and expenditure capacity significantly influence on economic growth of 16 regency/city in East Java. Based on the results of the analysis the revenue capacity giving impact significantly positive on economic growth of 16 regency/city in East Java. The expenditure capacity have negative impact and significant to economic growth of 16 regency/city in East Java

Full text linkABSTRACTThe Influence of Activity Quality Teacher Organization toward Economic Teachers Profesionalism at Public Senior High School in Jakarta.This research conducted to describe the activity quality teacher organization toward economic teachers profesionalism at public senior high school in Jakarta. This research was conducted during two months from May to June 2012. This research used survey method with the corelational approach. The observation using 20% from reach population to become sample. Data recording questionnaire are research technique. Before use, test the validity of the constructs (constructs validity) through a validation process is the calculation of correlation coefficient score points with the total score and the test of reliability with Cronbach alpha formula. Results instrument reliability variable X (Activity Quality teacher organization) of 0.919, while for variable Y ( teacher profesionalism) of 0.860. test requirements analysis is to find the regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 49.13 + 0.558 X. result of normality test resulted liliefors Laccount= 0.128 while for n=30, at the level of significance (α = 0.05) is 0.161. Because Laccount<Ltable the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with the significance test of regression produces Faccount (14.12) >Ftable (4.12) which means significant regression equation. Linierity test F values of regression produce Faccount (-0.47) <Ftable (2.98) thus conclude that the linier regression equation. The result of product moment correlation coefficient produce rcalculate = 0.579. furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test was done using t-test, resulting in taccount (3.76) > ttable (1.70). the result of product moment correlation coefficient quality teacher organization have positive and significant influence on the teacher profesionalism at public senior high school in Jakarta.Keyword : Activity quality teacher organization, teacher profesionalismshows tha the activit
