Construyendo y reconstruyendo la identidad narrativa
No full textDer vorgestellte Arbeitsschwerpunkt der Autorin ergibt sich aus der Erarbeitung eines psychologischen Phänomenbereichs – der subjektiven Erfahrung von chronischer Krankheit und Behinderung, insbesondere von Hirnschädigung – mit Hilfe eines spezifischen methodischen Zugangs, dem autobiographischen narrativen Interview. Im Mittelpunkt der Nutzung und der methodischen Weiterentwicklungen des Ansatzes steht die Frage nach der "narrativen Identität" und ihrem empirischen Niederschlag in den generierten Erzähltexten. Narrative Identität wird hierbei als situierte, pragmatisch bestimmte, autoepistemische und interaktiv gestaltete Leistung im Forschungskontext auf dem Hintergrund kulturell vermittelter Erzähltraditionen verstanden. Es wird ein systematischer Analyseansatz erarbeitet, der interaktive und kontextuelle Aspekte des Interviews wie rhetorische und Positionierungsstrategien des Erzählens berücksichtigt. Ebenso wird der Frage nach der häufig zitierten "narrativen Bewältigung" von Krankheit und Behinderung nachgegangen. Ein weiterer Arbeitsschwerpunkt ist den autobiographischen Erzählungen von Partnern zum Problemfeld Behinderung und die Verschränkung von Identität und Alterität im Vergleich der entstandenen Erzähltexte gewidmet. Die Arbeit läßt sich somit im Überschneidungsbereich von autobiographischer Erzähl-, Identitäts- und Bewältigungsforschung im Rahmen einer qualitativen Methodologie verorten.
URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0002189The research work done by the author investigates a phenomenological field—the subjective experience of chronic illness and disability—by means of a specific research instrument, the autobiographical narrative interview. It focuses on the concept of narrative identity and its empirical substrate in the scientifically generated texts. Narrative identity is regarded as a situated, pragmatic, autoepistemic and interactive activity drawing on culturally transmitted narrative conventions which is performed within the research context. We have been working with a systematic analytic approach which covers interactive and contextual aspects of the interview situation as well as rhetoric and positioning strategies in the act of telling. Other research questions concern the concept of "narrative coping" and the comparison of partner's narratives on problems of illness and disability, especially on scrutinizing aspects of identity and alterity (self and other) in the texts. This work can be understood as combining aspects of the research domains of narratology, identity and coping on the background of a qualitative methodology. URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0002189Se investiga un campo fenomenológico, la experiencia subjetiva de la enfermedad crónica y la incapacidad, a través de un instrumento de investigación específico que es la entrevista narrativa autobiográfica. Se focaliza en el concepto de identidad narrativa y su sustrato empírico generados científicamente en los textos. La identidad narrativa que se manifiesta en el contexto de la investigación, es considerada como una actividad situada, pragmática, autoepistémica e interactiva que se nutre de las convenciones narrativas trasmitidas culturalmente. Se trabaja con un enfoque analítico y sistemático que cubre los aspectos interactivos y contextuales de la situación dee entrevista así como las estrategias retóricas y de posicionamiento presentes en la conversación. Otras preguntas de la investigación se refieren al concepto de "coping narrativo" y a la comparación de pares narrativos sobre problemas de la enfermedad y la incapacidad, pero especialmente en los aspectos de la indagación de la identidad y la alteridad (el sí mismo y el otro) en los textos. Entendemos nuestro trabajo como la combinación del estudio de aspectos del domínio de la narratología, la identidad y los mecanismos de lucha en el marco de una investigación cualitativa.

Psicología Crítica: Metodología del punto de vista del sujeto
No full textKritisch-psychologische Methodik, fundiert im kategorial begründeten Zusammenhang von Psychologie- und Gesellschaftskritik, hat sich in der Realisierung der Einheit von Erkennen und Verändern und in der emanzipatorischen Relevanz der empirischen Resultate zu erweisen. Angesichts der Persistenz und Systematik kapitalistischer Produktion von Ungleichheit ist die situationsenthobene Abstraktheit quantitativ orientierter Psychologie nicht durch die Auflösung gesellschaftlicher Struktur in ein Sammelsurium von pseudokonkreten Situationen zu überwinden. An den methodischen Konzepten der Bedingungs-Bedeutungs-Begründungs-Analyse und der Entwicklungsfigur wird gezeigt, wie der Zusammenhang gesellschaftlicher und individueller Reproduktion und Entwicklung konkret-psychologisch fassbar und verallgemeinerbar gemacht werden soll. Dazu ist erforderlich, Theorien nicht als Bedingungs-Ereignis-Relationen, also im kontrollwissenschaftlichen Bedingtheitsdiskurs, sondern als Prämissen-Gründe-Zusammenhänge, also im subjektwissenschaftlichen Begründungsdiskurs, zu formulieren. Gegenstand einer Psychologie vom Standpunkt des Subjekts sind nicht die Subjekte, die nämlich selber auf der Forschungsseite stehen; Gegenstand ist vielmehr die Welt, wie die Subjekte sie erfahren.
URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0002196Critical-psychological methodology, based upon the conceptually grounded connection between a critique of psychology and of society has to prove successful in realizing the unity of cognition and practical change and through the emancipatory relevance of its empirical findings. Considering the persistent and pervasive capitalist production of inequality, any attempts to overcome the abstract focus of traditional "quantitative" psychology on "de-contextualized" individuals by means of a "contextualism" that waters down complex societal structures to a conglomeration of (immediate) situations are bound to fail. By contrast, the methodical concepts of an "analysis of conditions, meanings, and grounds-for-action" ("Bedingungs-Bedeutungs-Begründungs-Analyse") and of the "course of development" or "developmental trajectory" ("Entwicklungsfigur") demonstrate how it is possible to grasp psychologically and put in general explanatory terms the connections between societal reproduction and individual life activities and developments. To accomplish this, theories are not understood as contingent relationships between conditions and behavioral effects (as the "control-scientific discourse of conditionedness" would have it), but rather as relationships between objective premises and subjective grounds for action (briefly labeled as "subject-scientific discourse of grounded action"). While treating other individuals as an integral part of the research team, a "psychology from the standpoint of the subject" is concerned with the world-as-experienced by the subjects.

Considerando la producción capitalista, persistente y penetrante, de la desigualdad, cualquier tentativa de vencer el foco abstracto de la Psicología tradicional "cuantitativa" sobre los individuos "descontextualizados" mediante una "contextualización" que reduce las complejas estructuras sociales a un conglomerado de situaciones (inmediatas) está condenada al fracaso. En cambio, los conceptos metodológicos de análisis de las condiciones, significados, y territorios-para-la-acción" ("Bedingungs-Bedeutungs-Begründungs-Analyse") y del curso del desarrollo" o de la trayectoria del desarrollo" ("Entwicklungsfigur") demuestran como es posible comprender psicológicamente y poner en condiciones generales explicativas las conexiones entre la reproducción social y las actividades y acontecimientos de la vida individual. Para lograrlo, las teorías no han de ser entendidas como relaciones contingentes entre las condiciones y los efectos de la conducta (como lo entendería el discurso del control científico del condicionamiento"), sino más bien como relaciones entre premisas objetivas y bases subjetivas para la acción (designado de forma breve como el "discurso subjetivo científico de la acción fundamentada"). Considerando a otros individuos como parte íntegra del equipo de investigación, "una Psicología desde el punto de vista del sujeto" está preocupada por el mundo-como-experiencia del sujeto.

No full textDer Beitrag beschreibt einen Ansatz systematischer, regelgeleiteter qualitativer Analyse von Text, der methodische Stärken der quantitativen Inhaltsanalyse teilweise übernimmt und zu einem qualitativ orientierten Instrumentarium ausweitet. Dazu werden historische Entwicklungslinien der Inhaltsanalyse aufgezeigt und die Grundlagen der Technik (Analyseeinheiten, Schrittmodelle, Arbeiten mit Kategoriensystemen, Gütekriterien) expliziert. Schließlich werden an Techniken Qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse die induktive Kategorienentwicklung und die deduktive Kategorienanwendung näher dargestellt. Es wird gezeigt, wo Computerprogramme diese qualitativen Analyseschritte unterstützen können, es werden Ansatzpunkte quantitativer Auswertungsschritte festgemacht und abschließend die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Ansatzes diskutiert.
URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0002204The article describes an approach of systematic, rule guided qualitative text analysis, which tries to preserve some methodological strengths of quantitative content analysis and widen them to a concept of qualitative procedure. First the development of content analysis is delineated and the basic principles are explained (units of analysis, step models, working with categories, validity and reliability). Then the central procedures of qualitative content analysis, inductive development of categories and deductive application of categories, are worked out. The possibilities of computer programs in supporting those qualitative steps of analysis are shown and the possibilities and limits of the approach are discussed. URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0002204El artículo describe un enfoque del análisis de texto cualitativo sistemático y guiado por reglas, que trata de preservar algunas de las fortalezas metodológicas del análisis de contenido cuantitativo, pero que las amplía al procedimiento cualitativo. Primero se describe el desarrollo del análisis de contenido y se explican los principios básicos (unidades de análisis, modelos de pasos, elaboración de categorías, validez y confiabilidad). Luego se desarrollan los procedimientos centrales del análisis de contenido cualitativo: desarrollo inductivo de categorías y aplicación deductiva de las mismas. Se presentan, además, las posibilidades de los programas de computación para apoyar los pasos del análisis cualitativo. Por último se discuten las posiblidades y limitaciones del enfoque.

Crimen y control social como campos de investigación cualitativa en las ciencias sociales
No full textDie Eigenschaft "kriminell" wohnt einem Vorfall nicht inne, sondern ist Resultat sozialer Beurteilungsprozesse – "Kriminalität" wird in Interaktions- und Aushandlungsprozessen in und mit den Instanzen sozialer Kontrolle und in gesellschaftlichen Diskursen konstituiert. Daher kann "Kriminalität" sinnvoll nur qualitativ untersucht werden. Der Beitrag nennt Beispiele der Anwendung qualitativer Forschung (Ethnographie, hermeneutische Wissenssoziologie, Ethnomethodologie/Konversationsanalyse, Diskursanalyse und Erzählmodell) vor allem zu devianten Subkulturen, Anzeigeverhalten und polizeilicher Ermittlung und Strafgerichtsprozeß.

"Crime" is constructed and negotiated in social discourses and processes of social interaction in and with institutions of social control. Therefore only qualitative inquiries of "crime" make sense. This paper reports examples of qualitative studies (from ethnography, hermeneutical sociology of knowledge, ethnomethodology/conversation analysis, discourse analysis and narrative analysis) especially of deviant subcultures, reporting conflicts to the police, police inquiries and interrogations and criminal court procedures.

Handlungen, die in sich widersprüchlich sind, behindern die Entfaltung von Lernprozessen bei den Schüler(inne)n. Unterschiede hinsichtlich Raum, Zeit und Sinnwelten führen zu falschen Annahmen und zu Entscheidungen und Handlungen, die von den jeweils Betroffenen nicht verstanden werden und unter Umständen konflikthafte Interaktionen zur Folge haben.

Particular acts, contradictory in themselves, hinder the development of pupils' learning processes. Differences in space, time and worlds of meaning lead again and again to false suppositions and to decisions and behavior which cannot be understood in the right way and which then result in failing interactions.
