PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF BORDER GUARDS IN THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA
Get PDFOn the basis of analysis of scientific pedagogical literature we have investigated the notions of «professional competence» and «professional military competence», also defined the category of professional competence of border guards in the Republic of India which is combination of professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes; and determines readiness of an expert of border agency to carry out professional activities efficiently. The essential condition of formation of professional competence of border guards is an integration of all its structural components described in the article. Having found that there are similar threats at the border in Ukraine and the Republic of India we have come to the conclusion that it is important to investigate the system of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India, professional competence of border guards in the Republic of India in particular, in order to reveal its strength with possible creative implementation in Ukraine
FINANCIAL PARTNERSHIP OF THE STATE AND BUSINESS
Get PDFThe subject of the study is to highlight the appropriateness of financial cooperation between public authorities and business entities in order to finance projects in social infrastructure and strategically important sectors of the economy. To this end, the peculiarities of the formation and development of financial relations of public-private partnership in the domestic practice have been clarified. The research uses methods of dialectical analysis and synthesis, as well as methods of logical generalization, comparison and formalization. The main factors hindering the effective implementation and development of projects with the participation of the state and business are identified, in particular: the underdeveloped legal framework, the ineffectiveness of competitive selection of programs and projects; distrust of business and people to power; insufficient transparency of project implementation stages; fuzzy distribution of responsibilities and risks of participants. The directions of improvement of financial partnership of the state and business are outlined with the help of creation of favorable legislative, economic and managerial environment for development and implementation of socially important projects.Key words: public-private partnership, financial resources, programs and projects, social infrastructure, branches of economy.кандидат економічних наук, Шулюк Б. З цією метою з’ясовано особливості формування і розвитку фінансових відносин державно-приватного партнерства у вітчизняній практиці. При проведенні дослідження використано методи діалектичного аналізу та синтезу, а також методи логічного узагальнення, порівняння та формалізації. Визначено основні фактори, що стримують ефективне впровадження і розвиток проектів за участю держави та бізнесу, зокрема: нерозвиненість правової бази, неефективність конкурсного відбору програм і проектів; недовіра бізнесу і населення до влади; недостатня прозорість етапів реалізації проектів; нечіткий розподіл відповідальності та ризиків учасників. Окреслено напрями удосконалення фінансового партнерства держави і бізнесу завдяки створенню сприятливого законодавчого, економічного та управлінського середовища для розроблення й реалізації суспільно важливих проектів.Ключові слова: державно-приватне партнерство, фінансові ресурси, програми і проекти, соціальна інфраструктура, галузі економіки.
POST-METAPHYSICAL CHANGING IN METAPHYSICS
Get PDFThe relation of atheism as a form of negation of metaphysics and Christian theism, in particular their interpenetration, genesis and interdependence, is investigated. The development of post-metaphysical discourse in the philosophical theology of the XX-XXI centuries is highlighted. It was analyzed that the atheological and anti-metaphysical types of arguments for the refutation of the religious worldview are perceived as worldview fundamentals of the worldview in Christian theology. It is proved that atheism is implicitly contained in Christianity as a mandatory methodological principle. Emphasizes the methodological necessity of atheism in Christianity and important parameters of Christianity in atheism. Висвітлено освоєння постметафізичного дискурсу в філософській теології ХХ-ХХI століть. Проаналізовано, що атеологічний та антиметафізичний типи аргументації щодо спростування релігійного світогляду сприймаються як світоглядні основи картини світу в християнській теології. Доведено, що атеїзм імпліцитно міститься в християнстві як обов'язковий методологічний принцип. Акцентується на методологічній необхідності атеїзму в християнстві і важливих параметрах християнства в атеїзмі. Виділено детеїзацію як загальний метод, що знімає традиційне протиставлення атеїзму і християнського теїзму. JUSTIFICATIO OF THE CONCEPT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Get PDFA theoretical analysis of conceptual ideas in pedagogy was conducted. The key aspects of modern concepts of training future professionals in the field of vocational education are considered and highlighted. The subject of the study was the system of psychological and pedagogical training of specialists in the field of knowledge 01 Education/Pedagogy of specialty 015 «Professional education (by specialization» of the educational degree «Bachelor» at the National Pedagogical Drahomanov University. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the conceptual provisions of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of professional training on the principles of transparency, participatism and diversification. The theoretical and empirical research methods were used.
