Get PDFThe article is aimed at substantiating the definition of “socio-professional maturity of personality” and explaining its content on the basis of scientific research analysis. Socio-professional maturity, as a quality of personality in a broad sense – is primarily an indicator of its individual characteristics, which characterizes the individual as a manager of mental, physical strength, able to transform their own lives into creative productive transformation, adequately assess goals, objectives, results, make adjustments, reflection, self-control in the process of life. It has been concluded that the development of socio-professional maturity of the future pedagogue in the process of master's training is a systemic new formation, which is developed under the influence of the integrative activity of the future pedagogue as an individual, personality and subject of activity. PHILOSOPHICAL UNDERSTANDING OF LEADERSHIP IN THE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL ASPECTS
Get PDFThe article is devoted to the investigation of development of philosophical ideas of leadership. The accent has been made on the historical and cultural specific features of interpretation of the phenomenon of leadership in Antiquity, Middle Ages, Renaissance, Modern Age and contemporary time. It has been concluded that leadership research can be divided into three main areas: 1) the first direction comes from the interpretation of leadership as a social and cultural universal as an activity inherent in society at all stages of its development and having general patterns of manifestation in all spheres of social life; 2) the second direction is based on the identification of leadership and management; 3) the third direction of inquiries singles out leadership as a separate social and cultural phenomenon with various aspects which it is not reducible either to the sphere of management, or to psychology, or to the activities of state authorities or individual political leaders.Key words: Leader, Leadership, Hero, Power, Society, Culture.
Якість освітньої діяльності університетів у контексті забезпечення її ефективності
Get PDFThe subject area of the article is divided into three components: first, the function of a university as a generator of knowledge; secondly, the quality of education offered by a university in general and quality indicators in particular; third, the efficiency and effectiveness of educational activities in universities. The purpose of the article is to clarify the substantive features of the subject area. A complementary set of methods, including comprehensive comparative analysis, analogies and extrapolations were selected as the optimal methodological tools for understanding the subject area and achieving the goal of the study. The obtained results and a number of factors that determine the efficiency and effectiveness of educational activities in universities can be used in the organization and management of such activities in universities. The key conclusion is to use the results of the study, including the outlined subject area of complex and systemic nature, which corresponds to the problems and challenges of educational activities in modern universities.Key words: quality level of education activities, idea, content of universities' mission statements, effective teaching, criteria and indicators of efficiency, efficiency of educational activity as a component in delivering the highest quality higher education.Предметну сферу статті утворюють три складові: по-перше, функціональне покликання університету; по-друге, фактор якості вищої освіти загалом і її університетського рівня зокрема; по-третє, ефективність освітньої діяльності університетів. Мета статті полягає в увиразненні змістовних ознак предметної сфери. Оптимальними методологічними засобами для осмислення предметної сфери і досягнення мети дослідження є взаємопотенціююча сукупність насамперед таких методів, як системний, компаративного аналізу, аналогій та екстраполяцій. Результати проведеного дослідження полягають в увиразненні змістовного рельєфу предметної сфери, а також в узагальненні сукупності факторів, що визначають ефективність освітньої діяльності університетів сучасного формату. Сфера застосування результатів – організація і управління освітньою діяльністю університетів на основі врахування факторів і чинників, що визначають ефективність такої діяльності. Ключовий висновок полягає в наданні дослідженням окресленої предметної сфери комплексного й системного характеру, адекватного проблемам і викликам, з якими доводиться мати справу освітній діяльності університетів сучасного ґатунку. ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF VOCALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER MUSIC EDUCATION OF CHINA AND UKRAINE: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS
Get PDFThe article presents a comparative analysis of the organizational forms of vocalists’ professional training in the system of higher music education in China and Ukraine. It is found out that both individual (individual classes) and group forms of work (lectures, workshops, competitions, festivals) are used in both countries. Moreover, in China, group or collective forms of education are more common, while in Ukraine more time is devoted to individual classes. In addition, in Ukraine there is a greater variety of forms of education in the process of professional training of vocalists in the system of higher music education. Get PDFThe paper defines the classes of cyclic functional relations and their taxonomy, which allowed to formalize and organize the theory according to the axiomatic-deductive strategy. A set of cyclic attributes, a set of domains of definition, a set of types of rhythm of cyclic functional relation are formed, which forms a taxonomy of models of cyclic signals, which in turn are a component of the theory of cyclic functional relations. A method for generating a set and taxonomy of classes of cyclic functional relations has been developed. The taxonomy of models’ classes, methods, algorithms and software for processing and simulation (generation) of cyclic signals within the theory of cyclic functional relations is developed.Keywords: induction method, class taxonomy, cyclic functional relations, axiomatic-deductive strategy.У роботі дано означення класам циклічних функціональних відношень та їх таксономії, що дозволило формалізувати та організувати теорію за аксіоматико-дедуктивною стратегією. Сформовано множину атрибутів циклічності, множину областей визначення, множину видів ритму циклічного функціонального відношення, що формує таксономію моделей циклічних сигналів, які у свою чергу є складовою теорії циклічних функціональних відношень. Розроблено метод генерування множини та таксономії класів циклічних функціональних відношень. The data are analyzed in the context of consideration of the general laws concerning the selection of the performing repertoire for musical design of classical choreography lessons, their importance, expediency and correspondence to the students' age characteristics, their level of musical perception. Структура та зміст німецької вищої педагогічної школи у другій половині ХХ століття
Get PDF In the article, the authors aim is to highlight the changes in the field of German higher education in the second half of the twentieth century. The publication identifies two periods in the development of German higher education in the second half of the twentieth century: the first period – 1945–1989, the second period – 1990–1999 – the period after German unification. The authors conclude that the development of teacher education in Germany after the Second World War was characterized by the following changes: differentiated training for educational institutions of different degrees was introduced, the correlation between theoretical and practical training was discussed, and full integration of teacher education took place. In Germany, the special functional role of the teacher was conditioned by their responsibility for the implementation of the processes of humanization and democratization of education as well as individualization and differentiation of the learning process both that were also initiated in Germany. У публікації виокремлюються два періоди у розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти Німеччини у другій половині ХХ ст.: перший період – 1945–1989 рр. – розділення країни на дві держави НДР та ФРН; другий період – 1990–1999 рр. – період після об’єднання Німеччини. Автори приходять до висновку, що розвиток педагогічної освіти в Німеччині після Другої світової війни характеризувався наступними змінами: впроваджувалася диференційована підготовка для навчальних закладів різних ступенів, дискутувалося співвідношення теоретичної та практичної підготовки, відбулася повна інтеграція педагогічної освіти.Особлива функціональна роль учителя обумовлювалась його відповідальністю за втілення в життя розпочатих у Німеччині процесів гуманізації та демократизації освіти, індивідуалізації й диференціації процесу навчання.Ключові слова: Німеччина, структура німецької вищої педагогічної школи, зміст німецької вищої педагогічної освіти, педагогічні інститути, університети, професійна підготовка майбутніх учителів
