Get PDFThe article presents an analysis of the concept and methods of civil protection of rights to the means of individualization. The study provided grounds to identify common features of liability and protection measures: aimed at their impact on the offender; aim to protect the rights and interests of the victim; can be implemented both voluntarily and compulsorily; directly enshrined in law; have a retrospective character; can be used alone or in combination. Distinctive features are also available. The following criteria are defined: the first criterion is the presence of non-equivalent property deprivations in civil liability; the second criterion: invariability of protection measures and variability of liability measures; the third criterion is the temporal (temporal) criterion; the fourth criterion for distinguishing between liability and protection measures are the forms of their implementation. Проведене дослідження дало підстави виділити спільні риси заходів відповідальності і заходів захисту: спрямовані за своїм впливом на правопорушника; мають на меті захист прав та інтересів потерпілого; можуть бути реалізовані як в добровільному порядку, так і примусовому; прямо закріплені в законодавстві; мають ретроспективний характер; можуть використовуватися як поодинці, так і у сукупності. Відмінні риси також наявні. Визначено наступні критерії: першим критерієм є наявність при цивільно-правовій відповідальності позаеквівалентних майнових позбавлень; другий критерій: незмінюваність заходів захисту і змінюваність заходів відповідальності; третій критерієм є часовий (темпоральний) критерій; четвертим критерієм для розмежування заходів відповідальності і заходів захисту є форми їх реалізації. Отже, проведене дослідження дає підстави виділити спільні риси заходів відповідальності і заходів захисту: спрямовані за своїм впливом на правопорушника; мають на меті захист прав та інтересів потерпілого.Ключові слова: цивільно - правовий захист прав; засоби індивідуалізації; інтелектуальна власніть; недобросовісна конкуренція; заходи відповідальності і захисту.
Аналіз енергетичної, економічної та екологічної ефективності систем кондиціонування повітря з прямим та непрямим випарним охолодженням
Get PDFThe article is devoted to the analysis of energy, economic and environmental efficiency, which are achieved by using indirect adiabatic cooling of air in the central air conditioner instead of direct cooling. Two corresponding schematic diagrams of air conditioning systems are considered. As a result of the calculations, it was found that indirect adiabatic cooling of the air makes it possible to reduce the consumption of cold and electricity by 65%. The monetary equivalent of reducing energy consumption can reach UAH 14,760 for 4 months of operation of the air conditioning system in cooling mode. Also, the use of this mode of operation of climatic equipment makes it possible to obtain a certain environmental effect in the form of reducing carbon dioxide emissions at the level of 5.15 tons per season.Keywords: indirect evaporative cooling, refrigeration capacity, irrigation chamber, economic efficiency, ecological effectСтаття присвячена аналізу енергетичної, економічної та екологічної ефективності, які досягаються при застосування непрямого адіабатичного охолодження повітря в центральному кондиціонері замість прямого адіабатичного охолодження. Розглянуто дві відповідні принципові схеми систем кондиціонування. В результаті проведених розрахунків встановлено, що непряме адіабатичне охолодження повітря дає можливість скоротити споживання холоду та електричної енергії на 65%. Грошовий еквівалент скорочення енергоспоживання може досягти 14 760 грн за 4 місяці роботи системи кондиціонування повітря в режимі охолодження. Також застосування даного режиму роботи кліматичного обладнання дає можливість отримати і певний екологічний ефект у вигляді скорочення викидів діоксиду вуглецю на рівні 5,15 т за сезон. Проблема соціальності у німецькій класичній філософії: між свободою і необхідністю
No full textThe article argues that the contradiction between mathematical necessity and the philosophical concept of freedom becomes a real road stone of idealist philosophy. Based on the inherent German classical philosophy of the absolutization of the subject, extends to the internalization of universal concepts of culture as the social nature of reason and rationality. It is proved the understanding of culture as an explication of activity, which based on ethical and axiological norms, and is consolidated in a single human community. The author argues that in the dialectic of the abstract and the concrete, the essence and the existing beginning of life is completed in the forms of thinking, and this is specifically the human, cultural way of being. That is, the personification of culture in the face of the subject is a process of forming a culture of personal thinking, and universal heritage (historical memory) in the communicative space of society is extrapolated to individual consciousness, which in turn becomes the driving force of the cultural process.Key words: culture, sociality, freedom, necessity, subjectivity, thinking, transcendental apperception.В статті стверджується, що протиріччя між математичною необхідністю та філософським поняттям свободи стає справжнім наріжним каменем ідеалістичної філософії. Виходячи із притаманної німецькій класичній філософії абсолютизації суб’єкта, обґрунтовано інтеріоризацію універсальних концептів культури як соціальної природу розуму та раціональності. Доведено розуміння культури як експлікації активності на засадах етико-аксіологічних нормативів, що консолідують в єдність людську спільноту. Автор аргументує, що в діалектиці абстрактного та конкретного, сутності та сущого начала буття знаходять завершення в формах мислення, і в цьому полягає специфічно людський, культурний спосіб буття. Тобто, персоніфікація культури в особі суб’єкта є процесом формування культури мислення особи, а загальнолюдське надбання (історична пам’ять) в комунікативному просторі соціуму екстраполюється в індивідуальну свідомість, яка, в свою чергу, стає рушієм культуротворчого процесу.Ключові слова: культура, соціальність, свобода, необхідність, суб’єктивність, мислення, трансцендентальна апперцепція

MODELS OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP IN THE ANCIENT EAST

The accent has been made on the specific features of political power in ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, China and India. It has been concluded that any leadership model has its own social and cultural context and reflects the ideological and cultural specifics of the era. The common feature of ancient oriental models of leadership is bright mystical-religious character – the personality of the leader is deified and endowed with special, supernatural qualities which are often opposed to natural and social being. The personality of the ruler is always a kind of sacred authority that is worshiped and which guarantees the integrity and stability of the cosmic order. Довговічність зварної ферми при дії циклічних навантажень
Get PDFThe paper presents the results of experimental studies of the durability of a rectangular welded truss. The truss is made of profile pipes with butt joint nodes. A concentrated cyclic load is adopted for the construction, which corresponds to the operating mode of the roof truss with the ways for the bridge crane. The study was performed using the method of semi-natural and computer simulation experiment in ANSYS Workbench 17 environment. It was found that the loss of bearing capacity by the truss during operation occurs due to the fatigue crack initiation in the K-shaped node on the upper chord of the truss. The durability of the truss is determined by the ratio of the parameters of force and time of operation of the truss. The results of the semi-natural and computer simulation experiment were verified and the fatigue damage indicators coincided at the level of 5.7%.Keywords: welded truss, fatigue damage, truss nodes, durability of the truss.В роботі наведено результати ексериментальних досліджень довговічності прямокутної зварної ферми. Ферму виготовлено з профільних труб з безфасонковими вузлами. Для конструкції прийнято зосереджене циклічного навантаження, що відповідає експлуатаційному режиму підкроквяної ферми з шляхамим для мостового підіймального крана. Дослідження виконано за методикою напівнатурного і комп’ютерного моделюючого експерименту в середовищі ANSYS Workbench 17. Виявлено, що втрата тримкості фермою впродовж експлуатації відбувається за рахунок формування втомної тріщини в К-подібному вузлі на верхньому поясі ферми. Визначено довговічність ферми за співвідношенням параметрів силового впливу і часу експлуатації ферми. Виконано верифікацію результатів напівнатурного і комп’ютерного моделюючого експерименту і отримано співпадання показників втомної пошкоджуваності на рівні 5,7%.Ключові слова: зварна ферма, втомне пошкодження, вузли ферми, довговічність ферми
Особливості передачі синтаксичних засобів вираження модальності художнього тексту в інтерсеміотичному перекладі
No full textThe article analyzes the peculiarities of construction and functioning of modal constructions present in the works of world classics. Attention is paid to the specifics of the presentation of accompanying educational texts, at the syntactic level cannot convey subjective-modal and objective-modal aspects of artistic imagery in the presentation of a brief content and descriptive characteristics by means of inter-semiotic translation. It is noted that Ukrainian linguists traditionally support the approach to the analysis of syntactic categories, according to which the general syntactic structure of the Slavic sentence is considered as a complex unity of syntactic relations. It is illustrated that on the grammatical level modality is expressed by actual, imperative, conditional verbs, and is realized, respectively, in narrative, inducement, and negative sentences. At the lexico-grammatical level both modal words and modal verbs are used to express modality. Keywords: modality, syntax, construction, subjective-modal, objective-modal, modal meaning, objectivity, irreality, interlinguistic translation, inter-semiotic translation.У статті проаналізовано особливості специфіки побудови та функціонування модальних конструкцій, що присутні у художніх творах світової класики. Звернено увагу на специфіку викладу супровідних навчальних текстів, які на синтаксичному рівні не можуть передати суб’єктивно-модальний та об’єктивно-модальний аспектів художньої образності при викладенні короткого змісту та описової характеристики засобами інтерсеміотичного перекладу. Наголошено, що українські мовознавці традиційно підтримують підхід до аналізу синтаксичних категорій, відповідно до якого загальна синтаксична структура слов’янського речення розглядається як складна єдність синтаксичних відношень. Проілюстровано, що на граматичному рівні модальність виражається дійсним, наказовим, умовним способом дієслова, що реалізується, відповідно, у розповідних, спонукальних та заперечних реченнях. На лексико-граматичному рівні для вираження модальності слугують як модальні слова так і модальні дієслова. Get PDFThe paper deals with the etymological interpretation of presumably Alanian personal names, mentioned in works of ancient historians and ancient legal documents. Earlier these anthroponyms either did not become visible to other researchers (Croat. Skorsur, Old Russ. *Валгасъ) or got another explanation in specialized literature (Goth. Kandak, Old Pol. Bagakard). Results of etymological analysis enable the author to reconstruct Alanian prototypes for four anthroponyms: Gothic Candac (in Jordan) = Alan. *Kand-ak ʻyoung manʼ < Proto-Iran. *kanta-ka-, which correlates with *kantī-ka- ʻgirl, little girlʼ; Croat. Skorsur = Alan. *skar-rasur[a] ʻthe one who chase beast, preyʼ, ʻchaserʼ; Old. Pol. Bagakard = Alan. *Kard[a]-baγ < Proto-Iran. *kṛta-baga- ʻcreated by godʼ along with inverted West. Iran. *Baga-kṛta-; Old Russ.. *Валгасъ = Alan. *wal[i]-gas, cf. Osset. wælygæs, wæligæs ‘herdboy tending lambs’.Etymological analysis is closely linked to formulation and developing of the questions of ethnic history and particularly the question of infiltration Alanian tribes in Pannonia and (at a later period) into the territory of Lithuania as part of Tatarian faction in service to the Lithuanian Duke Gediminas.Key words: etymology, word formation, derivative, prototype, Alanian.В статье предложена этимологическая трактовка группы предположительно аланских личных имён из сочинений древних историков и памятников деловой письменности. Эти антропонимы ранее либо не попадали в поле зрения исследователей (хорв. Skorsur, ст.-рус. *Валгасъ), либо получили иное толкование в профильной литературе (гот. Kandak, ст.-пол. Bagakard). По результатам лингвистического анализа предложены аланские архетипы для четырёх антропонимов: готское Candac (у Иордана) = алан. *Kand-ak ʻюноша, молодойʼ < иран. *kanta-ka- – коррелят к *kantī-ka- ʻдевушка, девочкаʼ; хорв. Застосування мінімаксного підходу для сегмениації судин сітківки
Get PDFThe paper presents the results of work neural network for segmentation of the fundus vessels using the Tensorflow machine learning library. Training and testing takes place on the public DRIVE data set. The results of work model, namely the recognized blood vessels are presented.When considering binary cross-entropy as an indicator of efficiency, which is demonstrated in the article, it was determined that the U-Net model with 8x8 tiles is a solution to the problem of minimax ML. In the first step, the value of the loss function is compared for all considered models. In the second step, it is determined that the value of binary cross-entropy for the U-Net model with 8x8 tiles will be the minimum among the maximum characteristics.When considering training time as an indicator of efficiency, as shown in the relevant table, the U-Net model with 25x25 tiles is a solution to the minimax ML problem. In the first step, we first compare the values of the training time of all the models under consideration. In the second step, it is determined that the time value for the U-Net model with 25x25 tiles will be the minimum among the maximum values.У роботі представлені результати роботи нейронної мережі для сегментації судин очного дна з використанням бібліотеки машинного навчання Tensorflow. Навчання і тестування відбувається на загальнодоступному наборі даних DRIVE. Результати роботи моделі, а саме розпізнані кровоносні судини є представлені.При розгляді бінарної крос-ентропії як показника ефективності, що є продемонстровано у статті, визначено, що модель U-Net з плитками 8x8 є рішенням проблеми minimax ML. На першому кроці, відбувається порівняння значення функції втрат для всіх розглянутих моделей. На другому кроці визначено, що значення бінарної крос-ентропії для моделі U-Net з плитками 8x8 буде мінімальним серед максимальних характеристик. При розгляді часу навчання як показником ефективності, що продемонстровано у відповідній таблиці, модель U-Net з плитками 25x25 є рішенням проблеми minimax ML. На першому кроці, спочатку відбувається порівняння значення часу тренування всіх моделей, що розглядаються. На другому кроці визначено, що значення часу для моделі U-Net з плитками 25x25 буде мінімальним серед максимальних показників.Ключові слова: сегментація судин сітківки, нейронна мережа, машинне навчання, мінімаксний підхід, бібліотека машинного навчання.
