    Pengelolaan Sampah Di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Berbasis Startup Digital

    Waste is one of the problems that often arise in every major city. Poor waste management is the main cause of the problem. If it is not dumped in a certain area, waste management generally only reaches the combustion stage. This management makes waste into a pile that is endless and has no value. In the current era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, waste management can be customized so that waste becomes more useful and worth selling. This research was conducted in terms of building a digital startup that focuses on waste management. For the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) feature in this research, the Channel (media communication between users and digital startup) used in the form of Landing Page. The waste to be managed is grouped into organic waste and inorganic waste. Organic waste is managed using a composter media to produce fertilizers, and inorganic waste is managed so as to produce recycled goods that have a selling value. The focus of this research is digital based waste management in one of the big cities in Indonesia, Medan City. Research on Waste Management in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 Based on Digital Startup is done so that people in Indonesia, especially in Medan City are aware of good waste management, so that one of the problems that often arise due to waste can be minimized.     Three dimensional animation is one of the technologies that developed nowadays. Using three-dimensional animation, we can describe something we want to convey to others and the wider community. Green screen is a special effect used to combine two images. This technique is also known as Chroma Key, color-keying, Color Separation Overlay (CSO) or blue screen. Chroma Key or blue screen / green screen, also called color keying, color separation overlay is a technique used in film and television, to change the background color with another background image using the Chroma Key technique, background of objects recorded with a video camera can be replaced with other desired backgrounds.     Penerapan QR Code dan Vigenere Cipher Dalam Sistem Pelaporan Juru Parkir Ilegal

    The number of illegal parking attendants creates problems around us, especially the losses received by the regional government. Parking money that should have contributed to regional income, but because of the presence of illegal parking attendants did not make the slightest contribution to the local government. Another problem is that the parking attendant often gives tariffs outside the normal tariff, so that the people are harmed. Therefore, with the development of current technology, it can help the public to report the illegal parking attendants, the system created in this study provides a solution where the parking lot business card will be given a QR Code marker, the public can scan the QR Code on the id card the parking attendant. If the parking attendant is indicated to be illegal, the public can report it directly using the application on their smart phone. In addition, the information contained in the QR Code is encrypted using vigenere cipher cryptography, it is intended that the information is guaranteed authentic and cannot be falsified by certain parties that aim to take advantage.Keywords:  QR Code, Parking Attendant, Smart Phone, Cryptography, Vigenere Ciphe

    The study program is organized based on the curriculum so that students capable the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior accordingly. Accreditation is a comprehensive process of evaluation and assessment of commitment to the quality and capacity of implementing a tertiary Tridarma program, to determine the feasibility of a study program to hold its academic program. Decisions regarding quality are based on evaluation and assessment of various evidence with the standards set by Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). Accreditation is a reflection of the totality of conditions and input characteristics, processes, outputs, results, and impacts, or performance. Study Program Accreditation Information System of Mulawarman University's Faculty of Computer and Information Technology (FKTI) is an application that is used to facilitate assessment based on BAN-PT forms standards and effort to readily implement study program accreditation to improve the quality value of accreditation. This research developed information system accreditation study program that facilitates the assessment and preparation of data internally as well as being able to store, distribute and adjust evidence according to quality standards BAN-PT forms instruments. With existence of an accreditation information system, it is expected to increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency to achieve good quality accreditation numbers.     Analisis Noise Sinyal Bluetooth Pada Sistem Pintu Otomatis Berbasis Smart Home

    Automatic doors are generally developed by RFID cards or use cards with barcode labels. According to [1] the weakness of RFID is that the reading distance of the RFID Card is around 5 cm. According to [2] cards with barcode labels still have weaknesses such as barcode labels that are scratched, so that it cannot be identified. From RFID and barcode labels weaknesses, then an automatic door was designed using Arduino Uno with the Bluetooth module and controlled using an application on a smartphone instead of a card. Automatic doors with Android-based smartphone locks have several advantages, namely the ease, practically and relative security of losing keys. This technology is not yet commonly used by the people of Indonesia and is expected to be an alternative going forward as a solution in applying the concept of housing with smart technology. The purpose of this study is to design an automatic door using a Bluetooth signal connection and analyze the signal strength connected with a smartphone. The Bluetooth module used is the HC-05 module which operates at 2.4GHz frequency. According to [7] to produce a good Bluetooth connection, it is necessary to control and filter noise. The method in this research is to design an automatic door and then analyze the signal strength and signal range from the smartphone to the door. Smart home-based door systems with Android smartphone door locks can be used normally up to 9 meters and are considered sufficient for the size of a house in general.Keywords: automatic door, RFID card, Arduino Uno, bluetooth, smart hom

    Implemetasi Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Untuk Mendeteksi Serangan DDoS Pada Forensik Jaringan

    Network attacks that are often carried out including using Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) have caused significant financial losses and require very large recovery costs to reach double. Activities that damage, interfere with, steal data, and anything that harms the system owner of a computer network is illegal and can be legally sanctioned in court. Network forensics mechanism to find criminals in order to be ensnared by law. Investigators usually use network monitoring systems such as Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for forensics purposes. The use of IDS allows the detection of errors or changes in traffic and new types of attacks because attacks are carried out using syn packages, where the syn protocol is considered legal because it is needed in the authentication process of communication between devices in the Internet network. Signature-based detection and notification systems are also not strong enough to be used as evidence in the trial. An analysis mechanism is needed to test the accuracy of DDoS attacks that have been detected by the intrusion detection system. Testing the accuracy of DDoS attacks can be done using the neural network classification method using statistical calculations. Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out found an accuracy value of 95.23%. These results can be used to support and strengthen the evidence of findings in the trial.Keywords: DDoS, IDS, network forensics, JST

    Today's business people have generally used information technology for business activities, one of which is the use of a website as a medium to facilitate the promotion of business activities to a wider market. There are many ways that business people can use to promote the website pages they have for potential customers, the most common methods used include using email blast, advertising using third party services, the use of social network media and media blog. One very effective way is to utilize search engine optimization techniques, this is because internet users often search for information through search engines like Google. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a series of processes carried out systematically and aims to increase the volume and quality of traffic visited by search engines to certain websites by utilizing the search engine algorithm, which is called PageRank. The purpose of SEO is to place a website on the top position of search results based on certain keywords targeted. This research will apply SEO techniques to increase the number of visitors to the Bima Utomo Waterpark website through the Google search engine.     A driver has different personalities in serving passengers. Many passengers always complain to the online and non-online drivers because of the lack of facilities in the selection of professional drivers and drivers who do not carry out procedures determined by the transport company. This study aims to implement an interactive online application liaison between the transport company with consumers. Information technology is very important as an expansion of learning opportunities and information acquisition in Indonesia so that this research utilizes online systems as the development of information and communication technology that can be used in the satisfaction of the Indonesian people. Based on observations, the solution offered is the Best Online And Non Online Supply Selection Application.     Pengaruh Mobile Customer Relationship Management Pada Bidang Perbankan

    Currently, Customer Relationship Management underwent a paradigm shift from a single channel relationship (organizational-to-customer relationship) to multi channels of relationships (customer-organization-organization customer- machines) with an emphasis on integration and collaboration. The relatively recent development of Information and Communication Technology, particularly in smartphones and big data applications, has been a key driver of this paradigm shift. Mobile Customer Relationship Management (mCRM) system is one of the latest advances in this CRM system. Mobile CRM promotes customer satisfaction through mobile media, especially in banking. In the context of mCRM, the presence of m-banking applications, contributes to improving and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to determine whether the use of mobile banking is an easy and effective way as a strategic tool mobile CRM system to communicate with customers. This research uses quantitative research approach and literature study from previous research. A self-administered questionnaire using Likert scale was developed and tested. The results prove that the use of mBanking on mCRM is an effective strategy that will improve customer satisfaction and improve the level of trust and customer satisfaction through the provision of mobile communications marketing services better. Keywords: mobile banking, customer relationship management, mobile CRM 

    Pengukuran Kepuasan Pengguna Situs Web Dengan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)

    This research conducted to determine the level of user satisfaction of Universal University website so that the website administrator can get an overview of the level of user satisfaction as well as future evaluation materials. Measurement of user satisfaction used End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Measure of user satisfaction are two methods, End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and User Information Satisfaction (UIS). Based on the research of Seddon & Yip [4] who conducted a comparison between the EUCS and UIS methods it was found that the EUCS method was more useful than the UIS method. The variables in this research are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The samples in this study collected from 168 respondents consisting of 3 staffs, 17 lecturers and 148 students. The data collection used a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 question for the five variables being studied. From the data obtained, concluded that the overall level of user satisfaction is in the average value of 2.64 at level 3 (neutral), which means that according to the general respondents’ perception, Universal University website not said satisfactory but also not disappointing. Variables that have assessed as good enough are accuracy and ease of use, while for content, format, and timeliness are still considered for more improvement and developed again. Keywords: user, satisfaction, eucs, websit
