No full textCOVID-19 has had worse health, education, and labor market effects on groups with low socioeconomic status (SES) than on those with high SES. Little is known, however, about whether COVID-19 has also had differential effects on noncognitive skills that are important for life outcomes. Using panel data from before and during the pandemic, we show that COVID-19 affects one key noncognitive skill, that is, prosociality. While prosociality is already lower for low-SES students prior to the pandemic, we show that COVID-19 infections within families amplify the prosociality gap between French high school students of high and low SES by almost tripling its size in comparison to pre–COVID-19 levels

No full textLe ministère de la transition écologique et le ministère de l’économie, des finances et de la relance ont demandé au GRIDAUH d’analyser la manière dont les éléments de l’aménagement commercial sont intégrés dans les documents d’urbanisme. Sur le plan méthodologique, le présent rapport d’étape s’est appuyé sur une analyse du volet commercial de huit schémas de cohérence territoriale (SCOT), reproduite en annexe. Il
s’articule autour de trois parties :
- la première présente l’état du droit positif dans une perspective historique ;
- la seconde analyse l’impact du droit de l’Union européenne sur la législation relative à l’aménagement commercial ;
- une troisième partie fait la synthèse de l’analyse des 8 SCOT examinés
