Perancangan Produk Bench Press Gym Menggunakan Sistem Hidrolik Untuk Meminimalisir Cedera Saat Latihan Angkat Beban
Penelitian ini menganalisis penyebab cedera pada alat gym upperbody yang berfokus pada otot dada. Olahragawan yang berlatih di tempat gym tidak jarang mengalami cedera mulai dari cedera ringan hingga cedera serius, bahkan tidak sedikit juga orang mengalami kematian ketika sedang berolahraga. Studi ini berfokus pada apa yang menjadi penyebab cedera apakah disebabkan oleh penggunanya atau memungkinkan terjadi karena alat yang kurang baik untuk meminimalisir cedera tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data adalah double diamond desain thingking process, yang mencangkup observasi produk eksisting, wawancara kepada 4 Personal Trainer gym, Tukang yang ahli dibidang pembuatan alat gym dan penulis sebagai pengguna alat-alat gym lansung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang positif untuk olahragawan dalam melakukan latihan angkat beban, sekaligus dapat menambah wawasan mengenai penyebab terjadinya cedera, apa yang harus dilakukan dan tidak boleh dilakukan, serta menerapkan prinsip ENASE pada produk alat gym

Pupuk Daun sebagai Media Alternatif untuk Induksi Kalus Porang (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume.)
Foliar fertilizer with an affordable market price can be utilized as an
alternative medium for callus induction in Amorphophallus
muelleri Blume. This study aims to compare the concentration of foliar
fertilizer used as an alternative medium. This study used different
concentrations of foliar fertilizer as culture medium: full strength (3,0
g/L) and half strength (1,5 g/L) as substitutes for Murashige and Skoog
(MS) medium. The media were supplemented with plant growth
regulators (PGRs) 2,4-D (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) at 1,0 mg/L
and BAP (6-Benzylaminopurine) at 0,5 mg/L for callus induction, and
the study aimed to assess the effect of foliar fertilizer (Gandasil D)
instead of MS (Murashige-Skoog) medium. The study used a completely
randomized design with three treatments, and the data were analyzed
using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). If the ANOVA was significant at
α=5%, the DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) was used to
determine differences. The results showed that the formulation was
Gandasil D (3,0 g/L) + 2,4-D (1,0 mg/L) + BAP (0,5 mg/L). However,
it had a lower average increase in callus diameter than the Gandasil D
(1,5 g/L) + 2,4-D (1,0 mg/L) + BAP (0,5 mg/L) treatment. Still, it
provided a higher average increase in fresh weight and a lower
browning percentage. Foliar fertilizer (Gandasil D) can be used as a
substitute for MS medium to induce porang callus, but further
optimization is needed by adding vitamins and organic compounds to
achieve growth comparable to that in MS medium

Proses Kultivasi Akar Jahe Merah dalam Medium Cair pada Bioreaktor Skala Laboratorium Kultivasi akar jahe merah dalam medium cair pada bioreaktor skala laboratorium dilakukan dengan kultivasi akar jahe merah yang diperoleh dari kultur pucuk jahe merah dalam medium Murashige & Skoog (MS) pada bioreaktor Balloon-Type Bubble bioreactor (BTBB) 500 mL steril, yang telah ditambah dengan dengan zat pengatur tumbuh IAA 1 mg/L dan sukrosa 30 g/L. Kultur akar jahe merah dikultivasi dalam kondisi gelap selama 18 hari pada suhu + 25ºC dengan kecepatan aerasi 0,1 vvm. Selama proses kultivasi dilakukan pengamatan beberapa parameter yang dianalisis meliputi indeks pertumbuhan dan laju pertumbuhan akar. Invensi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi biomassa akar jahe merah pada skala laboratorium sehingga selanjutnya dapat ditingkatkan pada skala industri, dengan adanya pengendalian terhadap kondisi lingkungan dan kontaminan, yang memungkinkan adanya manipulasi selanjutnya terhadap jalur metabolisme akar jahe merah untuk peningkatan produksi senyawa berkhasiat obat secara cepat. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan performa pertumbuhan kultur akar dengan nilai indeks sebesar 0,4366 dan laju pertumbuhan 0,0201 per hari
Beyond Peaceful Purposes: How Indonesia and India Drive Toward Space Security Architecture
The accelerating militarization of outer space has transformed the Indo-Pacific into a strategic frontier where technological advancement and security imperatives converge. As regional powers recalibrate their defense postures, space is no longer viewed solely as a domain for scientific progress but as a crucial element of national security strategy. This article explores how Indonesia and India, two emerging spacefaring nations in the Indo-Pacific, interpret and operationalize the principle of “peaceful purposes” under international space law amid growing regional security competition. Framed within the context of the Indo-Pacific as a new theatre of space and defense politics, the study investigates why both countries perceive the need for military space capabilities, how they legally justify such measures under the Outer Space Treaty (OST) 1967, and what implications these developments hold for regional security architecture. Using a normative juridical method with statutory, historical, and comparative approaches, the article examines the evolving legal and institutional frameworks that underpin Indonesia’s and India’s approaches to space security. Indonesia’s space governance remains primarily civilian under BRIN and the Ministry of Defense, yet recent regulations such as Government Regulation No. 7/2023 and Defense Ministry Regulation No. 1/2024 indicate a shift toward dual-use and defense-oriented applications. India, conversely, has institutionalized its military space capability through the Defence Space Agency and the development of anti-satellite (ASAT) systems while maintaining a legal interpretation of “peaceful use” as “non-hostile use.” Comparative analysis reveals that both states rely on “defensive justification” to reconcile space militarization with their treaty obligations. While India exhibits strategic maturity and technological readiness, Indonesia’s evolving policy framework reflects a cautious but emerging awareness of space as a defense domain. The paper concludes that both countries’ trajectories signify a gradual move toward a regional space security architecture, potentially bridging ASEAN and QUAD perspectives in shaping Indo-Pacific space norms
Community Empowerment in Tanjungan Village through a Medicinal Plants Showcase for Health Independence
Tanjungan Village in Mojokerto Regency has
an ecotourism area consisting of a reservoir and a forest,
which has not been optimally utilized. The local
community also faces limitations in managing their
health independently. This community empowerment
program aims to enhance health self-sufficiency through
the development of a family medicinal plants (TOGA)
showcase at Tanjungan Ecotourism. The program
involves guidance on designing the layout of the
showcase, medicinal plant cultivation techniques, and
the implementation of a sprinkler irrigation system to
improve water use efficiency. The results indicate a 17%
increase in the community’s knowledge and improved
skills in planting and maintaining medicinal plants.
Additionally, the use of sprinkler irrigation has reduced
water consumption by up to 30%, significantly enhancing
plant growth. In addition to providing health benefits, the
presence of the TOGA showcase also has the potential to
boost the village’s tourism appeal. Therefore, the
sustainability of this program needs to be maintained
through the optimization of medicinal plant utilization
and further assistance in post-harvest processing
Video vs Image: Roles in Fashion Students' Practicum Learning
In fashion practicums, lecturers generally use learning media for students to help them quickly grasp the material being explained. However, the role of the chosen learning media is often overlooked. Furthermore, this study examined the roles of video tutorials and technical illustrations with images used by fashion students in sewing practicum courses, focusing particularly on the operation of four-thread overlock machines. With a case study and qualitative approach, the researchers explored in-depth data by conducting interviews with fifteen fashion students and observing them operating four-thread overlock machines during the sewing practicum course at the university. Using a thematic analysis, this study found that video tutorials effectively contribute specifically to the learning of fashion students with visual learning styles. On the other hand, technical illustrations with images are effective in facilitating the learning of fashion students with auditory learning styles. In conclusion, lecturers should consider the characteristics of their students when providing learning media, so that those media can be tailored to help achieve learning objectives optimally and facilitate the understanding of media users more efficiently
Pembuatan Tisu Wajah Dari Kulit Jagung Dengan Satu Tahap Delignifikasi
Kebutuhan tisu yang bersifat ramah lingkungan sangat dibutuhkan dan biasanya tisu digunakan sekali pakai sehingga dalam pembuangan, sampah atau limbah yang dihasilkan dapat bersifat mudah diuraikan oleh mikroba (biodegradable). Penambahan aditif pada tisu ditujukan untuk memperbaiki sifat fisis tisu terutama kekuatan tarik dan daya serap air, namun penggunaan aditif dengan resin berbasis bahan kimia dapat menyebabkan limbah tisu yang berpotensi sulit diuraikan oleh mikroba (non-biodegrabable). Pada invensi ini menyediakan metode pembuatan tisu menggunakan bahan alami yang berasal dari kulit jagung yang bersifat biodegradable atau ramah lingkungan. Untuk menghilangkan kandungan lignin dilakukan dengan satu tahap delignifikasi menggunakan larutan NaOH konsentrasi 4-8% (b/v) dengan rasio terhadap serat kulit jagung 30:1 (ml/gr), Pada suhu 80-90°C selama 1-1,5 jam dengan kecepatan pengadukan 250 rpm. Hasil delignifikasi berupa pulp, dilakukan perendaman dengan larutan aditif bersifat ramah lingkungan menggunakan pati dengan konsentrasi 4- 5% (b/b), atau larutan kitosan 1% dengan komposisi 8-10% dari berat kering pulp tisu. Hasil perendaman dilakukan pencetakan, tisu yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi memenuhi standar tisu wajah menurut SNI 173-2017 meliputi kekuatan tarik dan daya serap air
The Influence of Online Trust and Risk Perception on Online Purchase Intention Among E-Commerce Users in Surabaya City
This study analyzes the influence of Online Trust on Risk
Perception, Attitude, and Online Purchase Intention among e-
commerce users in Surabaya City, using Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) with 160 respondents. Results show that
Perceived Size and Perceived Reputation positively and
significantly affect Online Trust. Online Trust significantly
influences Attitude and Purchase Intention but has no effect on
Risk Perception. Risk Perception does not influence Attitude or
Purchase Intention. Attitude significantly affects Purchase
Intention. These findings highlight Online Trust as a key driver of
consumer attitudes and purchasing behavior in e-commerce,
while Risk Perception plays a limited role
