The Effect of Social Media Marketing, Ewom, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image on Purchase Intention
This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, eWOM, brand
awareness, and brand image on purchase intention among @erigostore consumers. Data were
collected through a survey with 180 respondents from an online questionnaire. Respondents of
this study were Erigo consumers who had purchased within the last 6 months, those consumers
also had social media and followed the @erigostore social media account, and consumers who
had read or commented on Erigo products. This study used a Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM) approach using the AMOS application to analyze the data. The results of this study
indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on brand
awareness, brand image, and purchase intention, which confirms the strategic role of social
media in shaping consumer perceptions and behavior. Conversely, eWOM was found to have
a negative and significant effect on brand image and purchase intention, and had no significant
effect on brand awareness, which indicates that the spread of negative information online can
damage brand image and reduce purchase intention even though the level of brand awareness
remains high. In addition, brand awareness has a positive but insignificant influence on
purchase intention, while brand image is proven to have a positive and significant influence
Development and validation of the parental support scale for adolescent personal identity formation (PSS-APIF): A mixed methods approach
Parental support plays a critical role in adolescent personal identity development. However, the specific forms of support that are most beneficial to this process remain unclear. The purpose of this study was to identify and validate a scale to measure parental support for adolescent personal identity formation. This study used a mixed-methods exploratory sequential design involving parents with children aged 10–18 years in Indonesia. The first phase of the study included a sample of 169 parents, while the second phase included a sample of 324 parents. In the first stage, data were collected using open-ended questions and thematic analysis found five forms of parental support for adolescent personal identity formation: informational, exchanging thoughts, sharing alternative perspectives, mentoring, and self-development. In the second stage, the developed scale was evaluated for its internal structure which found that it has satisfactory factor structure, internal consistency, and measurement invariance. The findings of this study indicate that the developed scale can be used to measure multidimensional and specific forms of parental support for adolescent personal identity formation

The Influence of Live Commerce Platforms on Generation Z Impulse Buying in Java Island: Use and Gratification Theory Approach
This study explored the influence of live commerce platforms on impulsive buying in Java Island using the Use and Gratification Theory approach. The focus of the study was to analyze how variables such as perceived interactivity, perceived information usefulness, perceived affective gratification, perceived enjoyment, and the influence of social media affected positive attitudes towards live commerce and impulsive buying behavior. This study also compared the differences in results between previous studies related to hedonic browsing and utilitarian browsing. Java Island was chosen as the research location because it has the highest internet penetration rate in Indonesia, a significant contribution to online shopping, and the largest number of e-commerce entrepreneurs. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a survey technique through purposive sampling. Data were collected from 359 respondents who had used the live commerce platform at least once a month. The results showed that out of 10 hypotheses, perceived affective gratification and perceived enjoyment influenced attitudes towards live streaming, but not perceived interactivity and perceived information usefulness. Furthermore, attitude towards live streaming influenced hedonic and utilitarian browsing, but did not influence impulsive buying. Other hypotheses that influenced impulsive buying were hedonic browsing and EWOM, while utilitarian browsing was not supported
Upaya PT Z dalam Menjaga Profitabilitas Melalui Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a management approach that integrates sustainable values into business operations to address social and environmental well-being. Although commonly applied by large corporations, this study examines the efforts of PT Z, a Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprise (MSME) in the fashion sector, in maintaining profitability through CSR implementation. Drawing on CSR and sustainability theories, as well as previous research on CSR implementation in MSMEs, this study analyzes whether and how MSMEs implement CSR and its impacts on them. Conducted through a qualitative approach with a case study, this research examines PT Z's CSR practices and the challenges they face. The findings indicate that despite understanding the concept of CSR, PT Z only implements CSR at the economic responsibility level, with activities mostly aimed at enhancing profitability. Lack of commitment and financial challenges, as well as regulations, are the main barriers to broader CSR implementation. Overall, these findings depict that MSMEs, including PT Z, tend to focus on the economic aspects of business and overlook social and environmental impacts. The implication is the need for greater awareness and support from government, stakeholders, and external resources to assist MSMEs in effectively implementing CSR. This research contributes to the CSR literature by filling the knowledge gap on CSR practices in MSMEs and providing insights into the challenges and opportunities MSMEs face in implementing CSR
