Spicing Up Perceptions: Waiting Time Satisfaction in Indonesian Spicy Noodle Chains
This study examines how waiting time satisfaction influences overall customer satisfaction within the emerging 'Spicy Noodle Chain' segment, a localised evolution of Indonesia's fast-food industry. It focuses on cognitive and affective dimensions of waiting time. Data from 195 respondents across various Spicy Noodle Chain outlets were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings emphasise the critical role of cognitive aspects, such as perceived fairness and reasonableness, in shaping customer satisfaction. The attractiveness of the waiting area significantly impacts affective satisfaction, while experience evaluation influences cognitive satisfaction. However, experience evaluation does not significantly affect affective satisfaction, and the affective dimension has minimal influence on overall customer satisfaction. This study introduces the term "Spicy Noodle Chain" to categorise this unique fast-food variation and highlights the importance of cognitive dimensions over affective aspects in enhancing satisfaction. Practical recommendations include improving queue transparency to enhance fairness perceptions and optimising waiting environments to boost satisfaction. Future research could explore the effects of digital tools on waiting time experiences. Findings are culturally specific and may not generalise globally
The Impact of Physical Wellness, Physical Exercise and Adversity Quotient on Individual Performance and Self-Determined Goal Achievement
Physical wellness often neglected in management control systems (MCS) study. Organization tend to control its member using both administrative and cultural way without considering their members’ wellness aspect. This 2 х 2 experiment aims to explore the impact of individual physical wellness on individual performance, optimism, and achievement using physical exercise before go to work as treatment. The subjects of this study were 49 undergraduate accounting students from our university. Subjects’ physical wellness, represented by whole body composition metrics, were measured using bioelectrical impendance analysis tools. We are using cryptography translation task based on Libby (2001) as experimental task. Our results show physical and mental wellness significantly influence performance and optimism, with physical exercise and skeletal muscle linked to better outcomes, while adversity quotient emerges as a key predictor of sustained effort and achievement. This study contribute to everyone and every organizations to give broader understanding on the importance of physical wellness and call to develop a sustainable work culture. However, gender imbalance among subjects may limit generalizability, calling for further research with more diverse samples.

Parental Bereavement and Academic Resilience in Indonesian Adolescents: Emotion Regulation as Mediator and Social Support as Protective Factor
Parental bereavement represents one of the most profound emotional disruptions in adolescence, yet its academic implications remain underexplored, particularly in relation to how emotional regulation interacts with social support to sustain academic performance. This qualitative phenomenological study investigated the adaptive processes of two 18-year-old students in Surabaya who experienced parental loss, aiming to understand how they navigated grief while remaining engaged in learning. Data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews and classroom observation, then analyzed using thematic analysis. Four themes emerged: academic resilience, emotion regulation, social support, and negative emotional experiences. Findings reveal that despite emotional disruptions and social stigma, both students demonstrated perseverance, reflective help-seeking, and meaning-making abilities, supported by cognitive reappraisal and culturally grounded coping (e.g., sabar, ikhlas, prayer). Emotion regulation served as a mediatingmechanism linking bereavement to academic resilience, while peer and family support acted as protective buffers fostering motivation and emotional stability. Practically, this study underscores the need for grief-sensitive pedagogy and teacher training inemotional scaffolding to support bereaved students’adjustment. Theoretically, the study extends Academic Resilience Theory (Cassidy, 2016) by positioning emotion regulation as a mediating mechanism and social support as a key protective factor in the context of parental los
The Influence of Demographic Characteristics and Financial Literacy on Investor Behavioral Biases
This study examines the impact of financial literacy variables and demographic characteristics on investor behavioral biases. The behavioral biases used in this study are overconfidence, disposition effect, herding bias, and mental accounting. Demographic variables include gender, age, education level, employment status, income level, and investment experience. This study used the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that herding bias, disposition effect, and overconfidence are all significantly influenced by gender. Overconfidence, disposition effect, herding bias, and mental accounting are not significantly influenced by occupation, income level, or investment experience. Overconfidence, disposition effect, herding bias, and mental accounting are all significantly influenced by financial literacy. This study fills a gap in the literature by highlighting how demographic factors and financial literacy can influence investor behavioral biases. This study suggests that gender may influence overconfidence, the disposition effect, and ordinary herding. The results indicate that age influences the level of overconfidence and the disposition effect in investors. Therefore, older investors tend to be more overconfident. The older investors are, the more aware they are of investment losses, preventing them from experiencing the disposition effect. This study also demonstrates that good financial literacy can reduce investor bias in investment decisions

Inulin-coated Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) powder produced by spray drying
The aim of this study is to produce inulin-coated virgin coconut oil (VCO) powder using spray drying technology.
VCO, known for its high content of medium-chain fatty acids and antioxidants, has faced challenges in food and
pharmaceutical applications due to its susceptibility to oxidation thus reducing its shelf-life. Inulin as the encap-
sulating agent, presented an effective solution, offering not only encapsulation efficiency but also added health
benefits as prebiotics. The process parameters, such as inlet air temperature (110–180 °C), feed flow rate
(5–8 mL/min), aspiration rate (80–100 %), and air pressure at nozzle (1–1.8 bar) as well as total solid percentage
in the emulsion feed (45–55 %) were varied. The best conditions were identified as inlet air temperature 150 °C,
feed flow rate 5 ml/min, aspiration rate 100 %, air pressure at nozzle 1 bar, and 50 % total solid content to pro-
duce powder with high yield (∼88 %), low moisture content (2.9 %), and other desirable characteristics, such as
density, particle size, morphology, and flowability. This study provides a framework for producing scalable in-
ulin-coated VCO powder with enhanced shelf-life, functionality, and versatile applications in health-oriented
food and pharmaceuticals

Abstract
A psychological autopsy is a process designed to assess the various factors associated with the victim, both in behavior, in mind, in feeling, and in relation to the victim. Psychological autopsies are most often used to help coroner determine if death meets the criteria of suicide. The case of the writing is 687, with five foreign countries and one from Indonesia. Autopsies performed both abroad and in Indonesia have different destinations, but the most outstanding of these psychological autopsy studies is the study of risk factors in suicide cases. For the methods of data collection most commonly used using interview techniques, however, foreign research uses axis I's clinical interviews and DSM-IV personality disorders (SCID-II), while Indonesia still usesclinical interviews for the axis I.
