This community service set out to improve the sustainability of Mr. Lamiran's
Jamu Kudu-Laos SME through improved product quality, diversification, and
marketing strategies. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR)
method to address key challenges by training on hygiene and measuring tools
for consistent production, developing powdered jamu to extend shelf life, and
redesigning packaging for better market appeal. An Increase in
understanding of product diversification showed a 50% increase and a 16.7%
increase in production techniques. Interestingly, hygiene practices and the use
of measuring instruments were consistently applied. 30% of sales increase
within three months of the training further demonstrated the program's
impact. SWOT analysis highlighted product diversification as a key strength,
while low public trust in herbal products remains challenging. Further

RIBATS: RSSI-based adaptive tracking system with ASEKF for indoor WSN
Wireless indoor tracking systems face challenges due to environmental conditions and signal attenuation, affecting location accuracy, crucial in wireless sensor network (WSN) applications. Many tracking techniques rely on specific path loss models proposed by previous researches, but these models are susceptible to changes in environmental conditions, impacting estimation outcomes. In order to solve these problems, this paper propose adaptive tracking system using received signal strength indicator (RSSI) measurement parameter called as RIBATS. Adaptive in this system refers to the reliability of an algorithm for obtaining the accurate location without any path loss modelling at dynamic indoor environments. The enhancement of weighted centroid localization (eWCL) scheme calculates the location estimation only using RSSI data measurement without propagation characterisic determination. However, estimation result from eWCL still have high error at certain area. Hence, by defining a multiplier factor as adaptive scaled to the covariance matrix of EKF can eliminate distortion effects from eWCL called as adaptive scaled extended Kalman filter (ASEKF) algorithm. An effective variance estimation algorithm for adaptive indoor tracking system using eWCL and ASEKF combination achieve 0.82 meters mean square error (MSE) value with 55.67% error reduction. Then, without using multiplier scale factor at EKF algorithm only reduce previous eWCL at 3.78% with 1.78 meters MSE value
Pengolahan Limbah Serbuk Kayu Melalui Eksperimen Tekstur untuk Menemukan Material Baru
The growth of the wood processing industry in
Indonesia, which reached 8.04% in 2021, also
increased the amount of sawdust waste that
has not been optimally managed. This waste is
generally produced from the process of cutting
and sawing wood, and can reach tens of tons
per day in industrial centers such as Jepara
and Pasuruan. If not utilized, sawdust can
cause air pollution, pollute the surrounding
environment, and become a source of material
waste. In fact, sawdust has the potential as an
alternative raw material in the manufacture of
building materials and design products. This
study aims to explore the utilization of sawdust
waste by mixing it with adhesives, such as resin
and white glue, to produce solid materials that
have utility value and durability. Experiments
were carried out with various compositions to
study material performance, especially in
terms of heat resistance. The results of this
study are expected to be a creative and
applicable solution in the processing of
sawdust waste, while supporting the
development of environmentally friendly and
economically valuable sustainable designs in
the future.

Differentiating the quality of friendships among students from other regions and local students based on multicultural personality
Indonesia is a country rich in diverse cultures, ethnicities, races, and religions. Migration for educational purposes is a common phenomenon, with many young people pursuing higher education in different regions. This quantitative study investigates differences in the quality of friendships between migrant and non-migrant university students, examined through the lens of multicultural personality. Participants were 184 active students at the University of Surabaya, aged 18–25, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Multicultural Personality Questionnaire–Short Form (MPQ-SF), the McGill Friendship Questionnaire–Friend’s Functions (MFQ-FF), and several open-ended questions developed by the researchers. Data analysis used ANCOVA and independent t-tests via SPSS. The results showed that multicultural personality significantly influenced friendship quality, but there were no significant differences in either friendship quality or multicultural personality between migrant and non-migrant students. Open-ended responses revealed that students choose friends based on shared tasks, hobbies, and personal traits rather than migration status. These findings suggest the need to consider other influencing factors and expand future research to diverse university settings to better understand

HTP, and WZT), Rorschach, Hare, dan SPM.

Cultural Differences in the Efficacy of Group Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety Disorder: A Meta-Analysis Comparing Asia and Western Countries
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group-based psychotherapy interventions in reducing social anxiety. This meta-analysis included 12 articles involving 539 participants (323 in the intervention group and 216 in the control group). This study hypothesized that group psychotherapy is effective in reducing the symptoms of social anxiety disorder. Data analyzed included sample size (N), mean (M), and standard deviation (SD) to calculate the effect size using a random-effects model. The results showed a Hedge’s g effect size of -0.809 (95% CI -1.202 to -0.416) with moderate heterogeneity (I² = 73.84%). Moderator analysis based on country of origin revealed a difference in effect size of -1.217 (95% CI -2.109 to -0.325) with lower heterogeneity (I² = 61.28%). These findings indicate that group-based psychotherapy is significantly effective in reducing social anxiety. Furthermore, Asian countries demonstrated greater effectiveness compared to Western countries in using group psychotherapy to alleviate social anxiety symptoms. This study highlights the importance of incorporating cultural contexts into the development of group psychotherapy interventions
menjamin kualitas hidup narapidana setelah dibebaskan.

The Influence of Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Perceived Behavioral Control of Taxpayers on the Improvement of Individual Tax Compliance
The study examines the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on taxpayer behavior
in Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires to 150 taxpayers aged
20-50 years. A total of 141 valid responses were collected, which were then analyzed using partial least squares. The
findings of this study indicate that attitude affects taxpayer compliance, but subjective norms and perceived behavioral
control do not have a significant impact. An interesting finding is that conceptually, perceived behavioral control
should have a significant influence, because taxation has high law enforcement. However, since the respondents are
taxpayers in rural areas, tax officers often do not enforce the law strictly, but rather take a more nurturing approach
towards the taxpayers. This study is helpful in validating the theory and in proving empirically that tax
implementation often varies between regions; therefore, further studies can be conducted by comparing tax
compliance in rural and urban areas
