    Memasukan modal saham dalam perusahaan berbentuk lain berupa barang tidak bergerak (hak atas tanah) dibuat sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan, dibuat dalam bentuk hibah dengan imbalan saham, berakhir gugatan pembatalan hibah ke Pengadilan. Permasalahan: Apa keabsahan perjanjian memasukkan ke dalam perusahaan (inbreng) dan Analisis ratio decidendi putusan hakim yang menyatakan Akta Hibah No. 22/2016 tertanggal 1 Maret 2016 tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat dan akibat hukumnya terhadap penghibah. Penelitian dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep (penelitian normatif) diperoleh kesimpulan: Penyetoran modal berbentuk hak atas tanah dibuat sesuai ketentuan UUPT, PP No. 24 Tahun 1997 dan PP PPAT. Pasal 34 UUPT berupa hak atas tanah, peralihannya dibuat dalam bentuk akta di hadapan PPAT (Pasal 37 ayat (1) PP No. 24 Tahun 1997). PPAT mempunyai wewenang membuat akta pemasukan ke dalam perusahaan (inbreng), sebagaimana Pasal 2 ayat (2) huruf d) PP PPAT. PPAT meskipun mempunyai wewenang membuat akta hibah Pasal 2 ayat (2) huruf c PP PPAT, jika akta hibah yang mensyaratkan diberikan secara cuma-cuma sebagaimana Pasal 1666 KUH Perdata, jika akta hibah disertai imbalan saham adalah batal. Ratio decidendi putusan hakim yang menyatakan Akta Hibah No. 22/2016 tertanggal 1 Maret 2016 tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat dan akibat hukumnya terhadap penghibah, akibat hukum akta hibah tanah sebagai modal pemasukan dalam perusahaan (inbreng) yang dibatalkan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan, tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum karena hibah tanah menyimpang dari ketentuan yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan

    Formulating a comprehensive model for the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) awards: the higher education category

    Purpose – This paper aims to develop an Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Award model that follows university business operations while still considering the National Standard for Higher Education (NSHE) as mandatory standards and SNI standards based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as voluntary standards (SNI ISO). Design/methodology/approach – We used the case study method to investigate the phenomenon of completing the SNI Award questionnaire, interviewing informants and conducting remote observations on a sample of the university that had completed the desk and remote evaluation stages. Findings – The SNI Award questionnaire responses revealed that they satisfactorily addressed only a portion of the SNI ISO questions. However, they typically alluded to the NSHE, internal quality assurance systems and university accreditation in their responses to the standard inquiries. To address this, we suggest a concept in which the SNI Award for higher education incorporates statutory and optional standards. As a result, universities may now more readily comprehend the questionnaire and its completion correctly and precisely using the model’s results. Additionally, we supplement the proposed model with a quality roadmap that outlines how universities attain national and worldwide excellence through standardization. Research limitations/implications – This study is limited to the higher education SNI award category, which has a different set of educational standards than other educational organizations like elementary schools, junior and senior high schools and non-educational categories. Practical implications – The development of the SNI Award model offers leaders a pathway to enhance their organization’s SNI Award assessment score. This involves integrating mandatory standards and relevant SNI ISO standards, leveraging accreditation outcomes, international program accreditations and university rankings for the result criterion and, finally, utilizing a quality roadmap aligned with SNI ISO standards to attain organizational excellence and global competitiveness. Originality/value – This paper’s findings bridge the existing research gap by offering empirical insights into assessing the SNI award model within the higher education framework

    Validation of Short Form Social and Loneliness Scale for Adults (SELSA-S) Indonesian Version

    Dissatisfaction in a relationship leads to both emotional and social loneliness. The emergence of loneliness stems from a mismatch between the quality of the relationship and expectations. A study was conducted to evaluate the validation of the Short Form Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults (SELSA-S) Bahasa Indonesian version, based on internal structure and its relationship with other variables. Using secondary data from 155 active students, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) grouped 14 SELSA-S items. The grouping of social, romantic, and family dimensions in the Indonesian SELSA-S aligned with the initial design and the validity of SELSA-S in Brazil, Slovakia, and Turkey. All dimensions correlated significantly with the neuroticism variable, indicating that loneliness is positively associated with anxiety, depression, and emotional instability. The validation was supported by consistent reliability tests, confirming that the Indonesian version of SELSA-S is reliable in accurately measuring loneliness

    Laporan Kerja Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan pengetahuan ilmu ekonomi dalam meningkatkan kinerja reporter magang di PT Trans News Corpora. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experiential learning, yaitu pembelajaran melalui pengalaman langsung di lapangan, di mana penulis terlibat secara aktif dalam proses peliputan berita ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman teori, konsep, dan istilah ekonomi memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendukung kualitas penyajian berita, baik dalam ketajaman analisis maupun kuantitas berita yang dihasilkan. Pemahaman yang baik tentang aspek-aspek ekonomi memungkinkan reporter menyampaikan informasi secara akurat dan relevan, memberikan nilai tambah pada berita yang dipublikasikan. Laporan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai pentingnya dasar pengetahuan ekonomi dalam mendukung profesionalisme kerja seorang reporter dalam bidang jurnalisme ekonomi

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan strukural antara Event Quality, Destination Image, Pervieved Value, Touris Satisfaction, dan Destination Loyalty pada Event DBL Indonesia di Surabaya. Penelitian ini memakai Teknik Non-Probaility Sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel. Kuesioner disebar kepada 127 responden secara online memlalui Google form. Dengan target responden mulai umur 15-23 tahun dan minimal pernah menyaksikan event DBL dalam waktu 2 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini memakai Software SPSS dan AMOS. Sudah dilakukan Uji Validitas dan Uji Realibilitas. Setelah itu analisi Deskriptif pada data sebelum dilakukan penelitian. Untuk menentukan Pengaruh antara variable endogen dan eksogen. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat dampak signifikan dan kuat dari Event Quality, Destination Image, dan Pervieved value dan Tourist satisfaction pada Event DBL di Surabaya

    The kinetics of the epoxidation reaction of sunflower oil utilizing peroxyformic acid generated in situ

    Sunflower oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, is a promising renewable resource for bioplasticizers and biopolyols. While extensive research has been conducted on vegetable oil epoxidation, the kinetics of sunflower oil epoxidation using in situ-generated peroxyformic acid remains insufficiently explored. Most studies focus on peroxyacetic acid, leaving a gap in understanding the reaction kinetics and key parameters for peroxyformic acid epoxidation. This study investigates the kinetics of sunflower oil epoxidation using in situ-generated peroxyformic acid with a sulfuric acid catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, time, and the molar ratio of double bonds to hydrogen peroxide were examined. A kinetic model was developed, and key parameters were determined, including reaction rate constants and activation energy. Results showed that temperature, reaction time, and reactant ratios significantly influenced iodine and oxirane conversions. While higher temperatures and prolonged reaction times initially increased oxirane conversion, excessive heat led to side reactions, reducing efficiency. The optimal conditions for epoxidation were found to be 60 °C, a reaction time of 3 hours, and a 1:2.0 molar ratio of double bonds to hydrogen peroxide, yielding the highest oxirane content. The reaction rate constants ranged from 7.7 to 14.6 × 10−6 liter/mol·s, with an activation energy of 19.4 kJ/mol. These findings provide critical insights into optimizing sunflower oil epoxidation, facilitating its potential use in sustainable biopolyol and bioplasticizer production

Laporan kerja lapangan ini menggunakan metode praktik kerja lapangan yang dilakukan G-Suites Hotel Surabaya yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Gubeng No.43, Gubeng, Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 6028. Selama melakukan praktik kerja lapangan hasil yang didapatkan bahwa G-Suites Hotel Surabaya berupaya untuk meningkatkan penerapan social media marketing khususnya pada Instagram dan Tiktok.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Food Quality, Service Quality, Convenience dan Ambience Terhadap Customer Revisit Intention Yang Dimediasi Oleh Customer Revisit Intention pada Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga belas dimensi dari variabel Food Quality, Service Quality, Convenience, Ambiance, Customer Overall Satisfaction dan Customer Revisit Intention. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk mendukung variabel awal didistribusikan kepada pelanggan Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya melalui 300 responden kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 4 karena ketahanan dalam melakukan pengujian model prediksi. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana pengaruh Food Quality, Service Quality, Convenience dan Ambience Terhadap Customer Revisit Intention Yang Dimediasi Oleh Customer Revisit Intention pada Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan, kenyamanan, dan suasana Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat pelanggan untuk berkunjung kembali. Kenyamanan dan niat untuk berkunjung kembali mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya. Disamping itu, kualitas makanan, kenyamanan, dan suasana tempat dari Jatinangor House Kota Surabaya memberikan pengaruh pada niat pelanggan untuk berkunjung kembali yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan Jatinangor House di Kota Surabaya

    Institutionalized digital sustainability in aquaculture: end-to-end digitally enabled innovation

    Purpose – This study aims to explore the role of technological innovation in promoting digital sustainability within the aquaculture sector, which is increasingly becoming a crucial source of protein in the fight against hunger, with a focus on institutionalizing digitally enabled innovation for environmental, economic and social sustainability. Design/methodology/approach – The study uses a qualitative case study approach, investigating an Indonesian aquaculture tech startup. The tech startup provides end-to-end digital services to empower small- scale fish and shrimp farmers in Indonesia. Data was collected from diverse sources, including interviews, videos, publicly available documents and field observations of fish and shrimp farms, then they were analyzed using a grounded theory approach. Findings – Digitally enabled innovations are revolutionizing traditional aquaculture practices. These innovations have led to an inclusive sustainability outcomes that optimize feed usage and reduce waste, boost efficiency and profitability and empower small-scale fish farmers. Originality/value – The study underscores how digitally enabled innovations can drive the institutionalizing of sustainability in aquaculture. A “Fish Farmers-first” approach cultivated a culture of innovation through strategic partnerships and collaboration, creating a digitally enabled ecosystem that connects various stakeholders in the aquaculture value chain
