Manfaat Musik pada Penanganan Demensia
Introduction: People with dementia can experience depression, anxiety, and agitation due to memory loss. This can also lead to loss of independence and isolation from family and friends. Music has been proven to be an effective non-pharmacological treatment option in reducing depression, anxiety, and agitation caused by dementia. This article provides an overview of the benefits of music in treating dementia. Methods: This article is a literature review with the keywords "cognitive function," "dementia," "music," and "psycho-behavioral," which were searched through the Google Scholar database. Inclusion criteria include scientific works originating from international journals in the period 2016-2025, which can be accessed online in full-text form. Results: The search for articles discussed in this research was 6 international journals. Music can reduce depression, anxiety, and agitation caused by dementia. In addition, music has benefits for both people with dementia and their caregivers. Conclusion: Music is a non-pharmacological therapy that is beneficial for dementia patients and their caregivers. It also helps improve thinking and behavior in people with dementia. Music can be considered as another option for treating dementia, but these benefits still require further research
Bakti untuk Negeri 80 Tahun RI: Pemanfaatan AI untuk Penguatan Kapasitas Ilmiah
The demand for training in artificial intelligence (AI) to assist academics in their
research is one of the compelling reasons for undertaking this community
service project. This article describes the community service activities carried
out by the Mendeley Advisor Community Indonesia entitled "Service to the
Nation 80 Years of the Republic of Indonesia: Utilizing AI to Strengthen
Scientific Capacity." This program aims to improve digital literacy and research
capacity by artificial intelligence (AI) in an academic context. A total of 230
participants consisting of students, lecturers, and researchers from various
provinces took part in this training. The training material covered theoretical
and practical aspects of AI use, particularly in literature review, reference
management, scientific writing, and research efficiency. This study used a
participatory research method through data collection both pre- and post-
training surveys, structured observations, and interviews. The results showed
a 70% level of participant satisfaction and engagement, 75%-time efficiency,
85% depth of material, and a 70% increase in practical skills. Although
knowledge retention was moderate (60%), this training successfully
encouraged the integration of AI into academic practice. Overall, this initiative
shows that community-based AI training can strengthen digital competencies
and academic productivity, as well as contribute to closing the digital literacy
gap in Indonesia
Social media fatigue in emerging adulthood: exploring the role of fear of missing out and upward appearance comparison
This study aimed to determine 1) the role of fear of missing out (FoMO) on social media fatigue (SMF) and 2) the role of upward appearance comparison (UAC) as a mediator between FoMO and SMF in 369 emerging adults in Indonesia. Using convenience sampling techniques, the data were analyzed using SPSS, which included descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis with a mediator, as assessed by the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that FoMO has significant direct and indirect roles, namely, through UAC mediation, in predicting increased SMF in emerging adulthood. UAC can fully mediate the role of FoMO in predicting SMF in male participants but only partially mediates in female participants. Future research can explore the same phenomenon more inclusively by including emerging adults who identify as transgender, agender, gender queer, or gender fluid, thereby clarifying the relationship patterns of FoMO, UAC, and SMF across broader gender representations

Sinergi Edukasi Gizi dan Sanitasi Sebagai Upaya Menurunkan Angka Stunting dan Dysbiosis di Kelurahan Pagerluyung, Kabupaten Mojokerto
Angka kejadian stunting dan dysbiosis yang tinggi di Kelurahan Pagerluyung, Kabupaten Mojokerto menunjukkan dua permasalahan utama: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang batas pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif dan makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI), serta (2) kurangnya sanitasi lingkungan. Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi pengaturan gizi anak serta pendirian fasilitas pengolahan air menggunakan sistem filtrasi menjadi upaya yang dirasa mampu untuk mengatasi stunting dan dysbiosis tersebut. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang pengaturan gizi anak hingga 24 poin, dimana peningkatan ini diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kejadian stunting di Kelurahan Pagerluyung di masa depan. Kombinasi sumur bor kedalaman 32 meter sebagai sumber air dan pengolahan air sistem filtrasi yang baru dibangun, terbukti mampu menyediakan air bersih yang memiliki kualitas lebih baik, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai TDS rendah, untuk masyarakat. Air bersih ini nantinya diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kejadian dysbiosis di wilayah ini di masa depan

In an era that has so many demands, people tend to find a way to find a lot of money to fulfill those demands. People will
search for any jobs that generate a lot of money, accountant for example. Accountants are needed in every company, that’s why the job
vacancy for accountants will always be there. But many people work as accountants only for money, not based on their capability. In
the end, many people are stressed in working as an accountant and can’t stand their work. The purpose of this research is to know how
accountants pursue their Ikigai. The method of this research is qualitative with implementation Interpretive Research. The data is
collected from deep interviewing accountants regarding Ikigai with data collection technique observation, interview, and document
analysis. Through research, the result is that three types of accountant professions have found their Ikigai and they really enjoy their
work

Identification of Early Operational Defects in Photovoltaic Modules: A Case Study of a 24.9 MWp Solar PV System in Sumatra, Indonesia
This study investigates early operational defects in a 24.9 MWp solar PV system located in Sumatra, Indonesia, within its first two years of operation. The primary objective is to identify key issues affecting performance, reliability, and energy output. Field observations revealed several critical defects, with hotspot formation being the most dominant issue. Hotspots, caused by partial shading, cell mismatches, or module damage, result in excessive localized heating, leading to material degradation and significant power losses. Additional defects included glass cracking (282 cases), primarily linked to hotspots and mechanical impacts, and 350 cases of junction box failures due to improper sealing, which pose long-term risks of moisture ingress and diode malfunction. Instances of foggy or discolored glass (delamination) were also identified, reducing light transmission and overall efficiency. Shading from external objects and self-shading between PV arrays exacerbated these problems. The study highlights that half-cut modules outperform full-cell modules in mitigating hotspot risks due to their lower current per cell and enhanced bypass diode configuration. Reducing the number of modules per string further minimizes hotspot severity. Recommendations include regular maintenance, shading mitigation strategies, and optimized system design to enhance performance and reliability. These findings provide valuable insights for improving large-scale PV system durability in real-world condition
Studi Literatur Psychological Well-Being Employee
Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset penting dalam organisasi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well-being) karyawan berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta produktivitas. Kesejahteraan psikologis tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental, tetapi juga aspek penerimaan diri, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, serta tujuan hidup. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kebersyukuran (gratitude) terhadap psychological well-being karyawan melalui metode studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat dan positif dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, adil, dan mendorong pertumbuhan individu. Selain itu, sikap bersyukur berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan membantu individu lebih menerima diri, berpikir positif, serta mengelola stres dengan lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, organisasi disarankan untuk memperkuat budaya kerja yang positif serta mendorong praktik kebersyukuran guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan
