Get PDFNel suddetto report di campagna vengono presentate le attività di campionamento condotte dal Gruppo di Acustica applicata alla Valutazione delle Risorse del CNR-IAS (UOS di Capo Granitola), che ha avuto come principale obiettivo la valutazione della distribuzione ed abbondanza di piccoli pelagici (prevalentemente sardine e acciughe) nell’area dello Stretto di Sicilia, Mar Ionio e Paittaforma Maltese (GSA 15- 19 e 16) con l’impiego di strumentazione elettroacustica. In dettaglio vengono mostrate la metodologia di campionamento acustico, biologico e zooplanctonico con la rispettiva strumentazione e le mappe con i campionamenti effettuati

Get PDFIl volume è pubblicato (in edizione digitale ad accesso aperto con licenza Creative Commons) come secondo titolo della "Bibliotheca Umbra" ideata e diretta da Luigi M. Reale. Arricchito dalla presentazione di Gianni Oliva, che fornisce anche una calorosa testimonianza di antica amicizia, consiste in un’edizione dell’intera produzione poetica di Francesco Curto nell’arco di cinquantanni, a partire da quella che l’autore stesso considera la sua prima silloge organica, "Sono vivo". Ogni sezione, corrispondente alle diverse pubblicazioni in ordine di tempo, è preceduta da una scheda preliminare in cui si trascelgono citazioni dalle più significative osservazioni critiche e testimonianze sulle rispettive raccolte. In appendice, una bibliografia ragionata. - Francesco Curto è nato ad Acri (Cosenza) il 22 luglio 1949; dal 1969 vive a Perugia. Si è laureato in Lettere Moderne all’Università di Perugia discutendo una tesi su Cesare Pavese. Ha esordito come poeta nel 1968. Nel 2003 ha pubblicato un romanzo autobiografico. Le sue poesie sono state tradotte in lingua turca da Necdet Adabag e in inglese da Annalisa Saccà. Sull'insieme della sua opera sono state pubblicate due monografie di Carmine Chiodo e Sandro Allegrini

Get PDFSince 2012 the Istituto di Studi sul Mediterraneo Antico - CNR has been conducting an interdisciplinary research programme at the Roman villa of Cottanello (RI). The results of these investigations have been published in a recent work (Pensabene, Sfameni 2017). This paper presents some new studies on the villa, related, in particular, to the development of a website created with the CMS Museo and Web. The implementation of the website gave the opportunity to expand the research on the architectural terracottas, that represent one of the most important and conspicuous groups of ancient material found during the excavations. In particular, the article presents the online database of terracottas, their three-dimensional graphic reconstruction and some archaeometric analysis. The paper provides also an overview on other residential contexts, in which similar decorative terracottas were found

Get PDFThe author illustrates a research project aimed at making an important contribution to the topographical knowledge of the urban area inside the city walls of Roman ‘Telesia’, located near Benevento (S. Salvatore Telesino). The urban survey has involved topographical and archaeological research and a selected coverage of the western area of the city, near Porta Volturno, using satellite images and low altitude aerial photography. A Geographical Information System, based on the integration of aerial data, maps and the digitization of several negative cropmarks, has allowed the author to develop a database for the visualization and comprehension of the complex ancient site of Telesia and to interpret the urban planning of the Roman city

Thanks to the application of digital technologies during the visit, the quality and value of the archaeological exhibition has improved considerably. Recently, to complete the path of modernization, the virtual tour experience of the Museum has also been added on the web platform (http://goo.gl/maps/hqNw4). This window of innovation has stimulated a considerable increase in the number of visits which, at present, amounts to around two thousand people a year
