Get PDFCoffee B.R.E.A.K.S. è stato un progetto ideato e sviluppato con l'intento di dare voce alle istanze dei dipendenti su un argomento molto delicato come quello della misurazione e valutazione della performance lavorativa. In tal modo, il personale ha avuto l’occasione di essere realmente coinvolto in un processo organizzativo di grande rilevanza e di essere ascoltato dal management dell’Ente. Il presente rapporto tecnico ripercorre le fasi del progetto Coffee B.R.E.A.K.S., partendo da un’analisi della normativa sul tema della misurazione e valutazione della performance nelle pubbliche amministrazioni (con un focus sugli Enti Pubblici di Ricerca) e sulle sue evoluzioni negli ultimi dieci anni. Quindi, viene ripercorsa la genesi
e il framework metodologico del progetto. Infine, vengono presentati i risultati raggiunti, potenzialmente implementabili nei futuri aggiornamenti del sistema di misurazione e valutazione del personale del CNR

Get PDFChemotherapy usually causes complications affecting several tissues such as oral mucosa. In this case report, a soft palate oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy was treated by ozone gas. This kind of treatment is known for its antimicrobial, regenerative and analgesic proprieties. The results show a complete resolution of the lesion within 2 weeks of treatment. Ozone therapy demonstrates greater effectiveness with respect to this kind of oral lesion compared to traditional therapy. Considering this evidence, ozone therapy should be considered as a useful tool for the adjuvant therapy of oral complications in oncologic patients

The authors report a case of a female patient who was admitted due to chest pain. Due to the bluish skin pigmentation, other causes of amiodarone toxicity were investigated, and hyperthyroidism was detected. In our patient, who was highly suggestive clinically and radiologically for COVID-19, we had two false-negative results for nasopharyngeal and oral swab reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assays for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
