The development of my course file: A contribution to the digital database management system at Universiti Malaysia Sabah
This study aims to introduce my course file as a digital course file database management system at the Centre for the Promotion of Knowledge and Language Learning (CPKLL), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). My course file was developed to help the Centre in managing and handling course files digitally. This innovative solution enhances departmental efficiency and significantly benefits all parties. It aligns with e-government towards the goals of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0), empowering educational institutions through the digital transformation of course files. This study employs Design and Development Research (DDR) and qualitative research methods. A mixed-method approach was adopted to incorporate user feedback, which is essential for assessing the products or systems' usefulness, particularly for UMS. The unique feature of my course file is its ability to provide a digital database management system equivalent to an existing system. As technology evolves, the importance of digital literacy in educational information systems becomes increasingly crucial. This study highlights the courage to develop large databases, which is a rare study. The fact that only a small number of educational institutions are moving forward with digital course file development proves the advancement of this educational management system
Expert validation of a qualitative interview protocol for esl instructors’ digital assessment literacy in Malaysian higher education: A Delphi study
The integration of technology into educational assessment is a critical component of modern pedagogy, yet many educators lack proficiency in digital assessment methodologies. This study addresses the need for a validated instrument to explore the digital assessment literacy (DAL) of English as a Second Language (ESL) instructors in the Malaysian higher education context. The primary objective was to validate a qualitative interview protocol designed to investigate instructors' assessment practices and their level of technology integration. The protocol consists of two instruments, one guided by the Teacher Assessment Literacy in Practice (TALiP) framework and the other by the Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition (SAMR) model. A Delphi method was employed to achieve consensus on the instrument's content validity. Six experts in the fields of digital assessment and ESL, holding PhDs with over five years of relevant experience, were selected to evaluate the interview items. Inter-rater reliability was calculated using the Fleiss' Kappa statistic. The results indicated an "almost perfect" level of agreement among the expert validators, with a Kappa value of 0.81 for the TALiP instrument and 0.83 for the SAMR instrument. Based on expert feedback, several items were refined for clarity, including the separation of double-barreled questions and the rephrasing of complex terminology, which increased the total number of items in the TALiP protocol from 10 to 15. The study concludes that the validated interview protocol is a robust and reliable instrument for exploring the multifaceted dimensions of DAL among ESL instructors. This tool can be effectively utilized by researchers and educational institutions to inform the design of targeted professional development programs aimed at enhancing digital assessment practices in higher education

Gross pathological changes included hepatic swelling (34.5%), yellowish discoloration (27.5%), hemorrhagic lesions (11.5%), bile duct dilation (9.5%), necrosis (7.0%), cirrhosis (5.5%), and exudative lesions (4.5%). Histopathological analysis revealed frequent features such as tissue infiltration (25.5%), lymphocytic infiltration (18.1%), granuloma formation (13.5%), eosinophilic infiltrates (13.0%), necrosis (11.2%), abscess formation (8.3%), inflammation (7.1%), fibrosis (4.2%), and hepatocellular necrosis (2.4%). These findings highlight the pathological burden of platyhelminth infections in camels and underscore the potential zoonotic risks associated with their transmission
Peranan model sintesis teologi Stephen b.

Terdapat tiga bentuk terjemahan ‘Fic l Al-Amr iaitu i) kata kerja dasar +lah, ii) kata kerja berimbuhan +lah dan iii) kata bantu modalitas +lah.
Enhancing digital technology graduates' employability in the fourth industrial revolution from employers' perspective
The Fourth Industrial Revolution has resulted in a significant digital skill gap between employees' current skills and job demand, requiring new skills to correspond with technological changes. Unfortunately, there is a scarcity of studies that address both direct and indirect indicators in the employability of digital technology graduates, particularly in Malaysia. The objective of the study is to forecast the indicators of employability, such as industry specific knowledge, digital skills, and the mediating effect of professional network and adaptability of digital technology graduates. In terms of methodology, the current study employed the purposive sampling method to collect data from 180 respondents throughout Malaysia, and PLS-SEM 4.0 was used to analyze data. The results show that human skill that encompasses industry-specific knowledge and Digital Skills into the higher education system are critical for improving the employability of Digital Technology Graduates in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, from the perspective of employers, both professional network and adaptability, which represent the competitive advantages, were found to be insignificant in terms of digital technology graduates' employability. Furthermore, the current study discovered that only professional networks had a mediating effect on both industry-specific knowledge, digital skills, and the employability of digital technology graduates. The current study concludes that both digital skills and industry-specific knowledge have a significant impact on digital technology graduates' employability in the fourth industrial revolution from the employers' perspective. This is followed with the final section of this study, which includes recommendations for future research
Unheard voices: Smokers' support for anti-smoking campaigns
Tobacco use remains a significant global public health challenge, with considerable health, social, and economic consequences. In Malaysia, anti-smoking campaigns like the long-standing "Tak Nak Merokok" and the 2019 "Speak Out" campaign have raised awareness about smoking dangers, with "Speak Out" empowering non-smokers to reprimand smokers and protect themselves. However, understanding smokers' attitudes toward these campaigns is essential for improving their effectiveness. This study aims to investigate smokers' perception of anti-smoking campaigns that encourage people to stand up, reprimand smokers who smoke around them, and protect themselves from secondhand and thirdhand smoke, as well as the factors that influence these perceptions. Data were collected from a survey conducted by the Health Education Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia, in 2019, involving 3,453 respondents aged 18 and above, with 217 identifying as smokers. The survey examined respondents' smoking behaviours, awareness of secondhand and thirdhand smoke, and their outrage to reprimand smokers who smoke in public places spaces. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results revealed significant differences in attitudes based on demographic factors and smoking behaviours. Younger respondents were more likely to support reprimanding smokers in public, while those with family members or housemates who smoked were less willing to take action. Awareness of the dangers of secondhand and thirdhand smoke significantly influenced respondents' likelihood to reprimand smokers. Logistic regression analysis identified key predictors, with respondents who perceived secondhand smoke as harmful being six times more likely to reprimand smokers in public. These findings emphasize the importance of considering demographic and behavioural factors in the design of future anti-smoking campaigns, offering valuable insights to enhance their reach and impact in reducing smoking prevalence in Malaysia
