No full textThe text points out that the current legislation in Spain is insufficient for the integral protection of the cinematic heritage and that only a film law with an intangible cultural heritage approach could successfully safeguard the "ritual" and "living experience" of cinema, as a human and artistic phenomenon. It is distinguished between the artifact and the building, currently contemplated, and the “ritual”, which would be the great legal challenge that the regulations must address from precedents already established as the Law of safeguarding the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Causal layered analysis of the current state of inter-organizational knowledge sharing in Tehran smart city: the study of information and knowledge organizations
Get PDFThe current research aims to analyze the causes affecting the formation of inter-organizational knowledge (assets) sharing in the information and knowledge organizations located in Tehran's smart city. In terms of the purpose, this research is applied research with a descriptive nature, which was conducted with a mixed-method approach. In the qualitative part, the causes affecting the current state of inter-organizational knowledge sharing of organizations in the field of information and knowledge, such as the National Library and Archives of I.R. Iran, the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc), the organizations in charge of the public libraries and the university libraries of the country in Tehran was gathered through a semi-structured interview with 14 managers of information and knowledge organizations; In the quantitative part, the identified causes were validated using a researcher-made questionnaire using the Delphi technique (in two rounds) and the consensus opinion of 22 experimental experts. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part using layered causal analysis, and in the quantitative part, descriptive statistics indicators and Excel and SPSS software were used. The analysis of the data from the interviews led to the formation of 104 causes in the form of 39 causes in the litany layer, 25 causes in the systemic layer, 20 causes in the discourse layer, and 19 causes in the metaphor layer; After the second round of Delphi, 90 causes were validated in the form of 31 causes in the litany layer, 25 causes in the systemic layer, 19 causes in the discourse layer and 8 causes in the metaphor layer. In total, the causes of “Bipolar or hierarchical knowledge”, in the metaphor layer and “inability of organizations to resolve conflict of interests” and “lack of necessary infrastructure” in the systemic layer had the highest mean; The causes of “selection of senior managers of information and knowledge centers based on political orientation”, “lack of attention to becoming knowledge-based” and “viewpoint and approach of the organization leader” in the discourse layer had the next mean; The causes of “lack of common/centralized data and knowledge base and platform” and “non-implementation of knowledge management and interorganizational communication” in the litany layer were ranked third in terms of the mean. To solve the problems and challenges of the current state, it is necessary to design and implement scenarios with the priority of creating discourse and changing the metaphors of the actors in this field, focusing on solving the problems caused by the bipolar or hierarchical knowledge metaphor and the discourses of the leadership approach of organizations, the selection of managers, and the knowledge-based approach
Transformación digital en la educación superior desde la perspectiva internacional: mapeo sistemático de la literatura
No full textThe objective of this study was to characterize publications from international organizations regarding digital transformation in higher education. For this purpose, a systematic literature mapping was employed through searches in the digital libraries of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Economic Commissionfor Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Organization of Ibero-American States (OIS), the United Nations (UN), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Based on language criteria, topic of interest, and relevance to higher education without limitation on date or type of resource, twenty-three out of 356 publications were selected as relevant. In the results report, the years, countries, and languages with higher production were identified. Moreover, types of material, geographical contexts of study, keywords, and thematic lines were also determined. The main findings indicate that it is a complex framework that involves aspects of public policy, educational models, emerging technologies, infrastructure, educational management, and the development of digital skills, competencies, and abilities. Additionally, the analysis dimensions converge from technological, organizational, pedagogical, and social perspectives. The conclusion of the present study is that digital transformation represents a process of change within educational institutions, necessitating a holistic analysis
K-núcleo: Una herramienta para detectar la estructura conceptual de los campos de investigación. El caso práctico de las Altmetrías
Get PDFEn el Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS), la descomposición k-núcleo se utiliza para la detección de las capas jerárquicas en las redes complejas. La aplicación de la medida k-núcleo a una red de palabras clave permite representar la estructura conceptual de un campo de investigación. El objetivo de este trabajo fue proponer la aplicación de la métrica k-núcleo para mostrar la jerarquía temática y la evolución de la estructura conceptual del campo de investigación de la Altmetría. La metodología se desarrolló en las siguientes fases: recopilación de datos, selección de palabras-clave, elaboración de una matriz de co-ocurrencia de palabras-clave, generación de una red de palabras-clave, descomposición k-núcleo y visualización de la estructura jerárquica. El resultado fue la detección de cinco capas diferenciadas. Una capa central con conceptos básicos y densamente interconectados, que formaron la base de conocimiento del campo. Una capa intermedia con conceptos mediadores, que mostraron la evolución del conocimiento en el campo. Una capa lateral con conceptos que indicaron la
especialización del campo de investigación. Una capa borde con conceptos periféricos y aislados, que representaron los frentes conceptuales en vías de desarrollo. La conclusión fue que la división jerárquica de la red de palabras-clave logró una comprensión más profunda de la estructura conceptual

The lack of specific systems for audiovisual content is notable, especially considering its growing importance in sectors such as education, entertainment, and culture. Efficient management of these archives can not only increase productivity but also significantly contribute to their preservation against technological challenges and digital degradation. No full textThe study delves into the evolving services of University Libraries to meet the diversity of the university community that enters higher education through the quota system, that is, through affirmative action policies within the context of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. To identify the information services tailored for students entering higher education via affirmative actions, contextualized within the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. The research was based on a theoretical framework carried out in Information Science databases covering the literature from 2012 to 2023. Some actions are already being developed by libraries, reinforcing their pivotal social role. There are a variety of user groups served by inclusive information services. However, while some of these services are offered by non-academic libraries, the potential exists for adaptation and incorporation within the university library environments. Studies centered on affirmative actions within the scope of the inclusive university library, the Sustainable Development Goal and the 2030 Agenda are gaining traction.
