Este texto pretende llenar ese vacío y brindar a los lectores de habla hispana una comprensión integral los RR. HH. y financieros de las empresas, a pesar de esto, la mayoría de las PYMES latinoamericanas generan altas tasas de empleo y contribuyen al mercado exportador del país. Recientemente, ha habido un gran interés por las PYME, sin embargo, todavía falta una comprensión integral de las PYME y los desafíos que enfrentan, como procedimientos hostiles, impuestos altos, falta de financiamiento y marcos constitucionales desfavorables. Este texto está diseñado para facilitar una comprensión óptima tanto a estudiantes de administración como a ejecutivos, emprendedores y hombres de negocios que buscan conocimientos prácticos de los RR. HH. y financieros en las PYME. Los temas presentados en este texto son rigurosos, pero entretenidos, lo que permite a los lectores simplificar y estructurar la información. Israel’s priority in Old Testament missiology
Get PDFThe present article challenges Walter C. Kaiser, Jr’s influential proposal for evangelical Old Testament missiology. Out of concern to avoid an understanding of “Israel as God’s favored or pet nation,” Kaiser argues that God’s promise to Abraham in Gen 12:3 is for the sake of all nations, and as such, “the first Great Commission mandate of the Bible.” In its three exegetical sections, the article seeks to overturn Kaiser’s Gentile-centric interpretation of the apostle Paul; his reading of the Primeval History in Genesis as a story of universal curse; and his understanding of the blessing of Abraham as remedial. BLENDED LEARNING AND ITS IMPACT ON LEARNERS’ LEARNING PROGRESS IN MATHEMATICS
Get PDFThe basic research aimed to identify learners learning progress in Mathematics
through blended learning. There were twenty-two respondents in this study. It is
qualitative with descriptive analyses. A self-made survey questionnaire for the factors
affecting the learner’s progress and Early Grade Mathematics Assessment was used as
a tool to measure the current learning ability of the learners in this particular subject. It
showed that 32.64% of the items were answered correctly by the respondents from the
result of the EGMA. It indicates that not half of the class has prior knowledge of
mathematical concepts. In the survey, with a mean of 2.68 (0.16 SD), it manifested that
respondents agreed with the factors indicated. It also shows the positive impact of
blended learning as they have enough time to understand the lessons during in-person
classes. It was recommended to provide manipulative materials for grade one learners
who need to learn first with their senses before learning it through abstract
One Data Indonesia Policy Adoption for University Data Warehouse Framework
Get PDFThe Indonesian government has implemented a data warehouse named One Data (Satu Data) Indonesia (ODI) to support its operations since 2019. However, the implementation of this concept in universities has been limited, with only a few universities adopting it. Telkom University is one of the few universities in Indonesia that has already taken steps to implement ODI at the university level. The adoption of ODI at Telkom University is known as the One Data Telkom University (ODTU) project. This project aims to create a platform for universities to share data and collaborate more effectively. This paper thoroughly examines the implementation of the ODI policy and data warehouse framework at Telkom University, focusing on the ODTU data warehouse design and architecture. This paper discusses the implementation of ODTU into several applications, including the One Data Portal, One Data Dashboard, and One Data Market. Moreover, it identifies the challenges encountered during the implementation process, such as data integration, data privacy and security, standardized data models, and the promotion of a shared vision among stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy. Our analysis results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ODTU framework in improving data management practices at Telkom University. The customer satisfaction index (CSI) shows that across key reliability, assurance, and responsiveness measures, Telkom University experienced average score improvements of 3-6% after implementing ODTU. This study contributes to the existing literature on ODI policy adoption in the context of higher education institutions, providing insights for institutions seeking to improve their data management practices
