A QUALITATIVE EXPLORATION OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP APPROACHES: NAVIGATING CHALLENGES FACED BY PHILIPPINE SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN THE TURBULENT TIMES OF COVID-19 - A CORRESPONDENCE ARTICLE
This qualitative study builds on Cahapay's (2021) ideas to examine how Filipino school principals in grades K -12 dealt with the COVID-19 problem. The study uses a literature review method to bring together what is already known about how educational leaders led during the pandemic. Findings show six main themes that show how principals have changed how they lead: navigating with adaptive leadership, developing crisis management skills, dealing with reliance on technology, freezing traditional standards, encouraging inclusivity in remote learning, and putting essential needs first. These changes show how strong and creative school directors are when things go wrong, and they point the way toward more caring ways of leading. The study stresses how important it is for school leadership programs to adapt to modern needs by focusing on skills like adaptable leadership, handling crises, and integrating technology.
Overall, this study adds to our knowledge of being a good leader in an educational setting during a crisis. It also gives us a starting point for policy suggestions and future research

Cell Fate and Signaling Pathways
Cell fate determination is a fundamental aspect of development and tissue homeostasis, orchestrated by intricate signaling pathways. Signaling pathways act as molecular highways, relaying information from the cell's external environment to its internal machinery, guiding decisions related to proliferation, differentiation, and survival
THE PERSPECTIVES OF ANTI-BULLYING
In today's environment, bullying is a widespread issue that impacts a great number of people. Bullying is when someone is unfairly, abusively, or demeaningly treated in a way that undermines their confidence. UNESCO assessed in 2019 that more than thirty percent of students have experienced mental and physical abuse. This number was rising in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bullying has a severe detrimental effect on the mental health of both the bully and the targeted party, frequently resulting in anxiety, despair, and suicidal thoughts. Power control, social dynamics, and a lack of empathy could be the root of this. However, other essayists have written extensively about how they affect school children, but they haven't gone into as much length about how they affect bullying in the home, workplace, or public spaces. Thus, those gaps are examined in this essay. We'll discuss the causes, forms, and approaches to dealing with these problems. Therefore, this research is important to eradicating bullying from our bullying.

Research Activity: Office of Phosphorus
This guide outlines a collaborative research activity that introduces students to the governance challenges associated with phosphorus management at both the state and federal level in the United States, through open-ended, exploratory research that allows them to practice identifying, using, and evaluating publicly available resources related to governance. The activity materials include a fictional “Executive Order” establishing the Office of Phosphorus, and a set of step-by-step instructions and questions to investigate public information on governance of phosphorus at the federal level and in North Carolina. This activity can be readily modified to investigate state and local governance structures in other states. This research activity is appropriate for 10th graders through college students. Modified versions of this activity could be used for advanced 8th and 9th graders who have taken at least one course in civics or American government. This activity could be used in a variety of courses related to government, political science, and civics that have a unit focused on environmental regulation and governance. The activity could also be used in classes on environmental science, sustainability, and organizational communication
