Tips for Policymakers and Educators: A Review of English Language Education for Graduate Employment in Vietnam
In the archipelago areas like Maluku, there are multiple approaches to establishing an
academic structure for a groundbreaking English language education initiative. The
first step involves evaluating the program's objectives and the requirements for the
students. It is crucial to identify the challenges and opportunities that can support the
students in the region, including limitations in accessing high-quality English language
instruction and ineffective teaching methods. In addition, fostering partnerships
between academic institutions and the business sector is crucial to creating English
language curriculum programs that meet the demands of the market. This can be
achieved by establishing collaborations with businesses and offering apprenticeship
programs that are specifically designed to enhance the employability of recent
graduates. Moreover, educators of English as a second language should adopt innovative teaching methods and provide practical learning experiences to enhance
their students' English language skills. Additionally, students should be encouraged to
engage in extracurricular activities to develop their talents and interests. Lastly, it is
essential to continuously evaluate and adjust the academic plan to ensure its
effectiveness and relevance. By implementing these strategies, students will be better
equipped to navigate the complexities of the global job market, while also raising the
standard of English language education in island regions like Maluku

Arabic-Type Books Printed in Wallachia, Istanbul, and Beyond
This first volume of Collected Works of the ERC Project TYPARABIC focuses on the history of printing during the 18th century in the Ottoman Empire and the Romanian Principalities among diverse linguistic and confessional communities. Although "most roads lead to Istanbul," the many pathways of early modern Ottoman printing also connected authors, readers and printers from Central and South-Eastern Europe, Western Europe and the Levant. The papers included in this volume are grouped in three sections. The first focuses on the first Turkish-language press in the Ottoman capital, examining the personality and background of its founder, İbrahim Müteferrika, the legal issues it faced, and its context within the multilingual Istanbul printing world. The second section brings together studies of printing and readership in Central and South-East Europe in Romanian, Greek and Arabic. The final section is made up of studies of the Arabic liturgical and biblical texts that were the main focus of Patriarch Athanasios III Dabbās’ efforts in the Romanian Principalities and Aleppo
Patriarch Athanasios III Dabbās’ Gospel. Origin and Characteristics
This article examines the primary distinctions between the Gospel books published by Patriarch Athanasius III Dabbās in 1706 in two versions – a standard one (the Tetraevangelion) and one containing anonymous comments (the “Lectionary”). The author conducts research on Dabbās’s translation, investigating medieval and modern Patristic and Scriptural commentaries from both Orthodox and Catholic traditions to identify the sources of the printed commentaries and the specific editing contributions made by Dabbās. The primary objective is to discern Dabbās’ intent: whether it aimed solely at educating clergy or if it also sought to fortify them against the influence of Catholic missionaries. This article presents the preliminary findings of the research
