This research discusses the events of code switching and code mixing in the dialogue of the film Mars: Mimpi Ananda Raih Semesta by Sahrul Gibran. The purpose of this study is to describe the variety of code-switching and code-mixing languages, as well as to explain the determinants of code selection. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection stage uses the listening method with basic techniques in the form of tapping techniques, while advanced techniques in the form of free listening and conversational techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out by transcribing the dialogues of the cast of the film Mars: Mimpi Ananda Raih Semesta by Sahrul Gibran. Then, describe the data related to the form of code switching and code mixing. The last stage is to analyze the determinants of code selection.
The results of this study are: (1) Internal code switching in the form of BJ Ngoko Lugu, BJ Ngoko Alus, BJ Krama Alus, BI Informal, and BI Formal. Insertion in code switching is reduplications and sentences. (2) Variety of internal code mixing in the form of BJ Ngoko Lugu, BJ Ngoko Alus, BJ Krama Lugu, BJ Krama Alus, BI Informal, and BI Formal. While the variety of external code mixing in the form of Bing and BA. The insertion found in code mixing is in the form of words and phrases. (3) Factors that influence code selection based on SPEAKING theory are settings, participants, act sequences, and ends.

Pengaruh Senam Aerobik terhadap Kadar Trigliserida pada Mahasiswi Obesitas
Latar Belakang : Obesitas dapat memicu peningkatan kadar trigliserida. Olahraga aerobik sangat bermanfaat untuk menurunkan kadar trigliserida darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh senam aerobik terhadap kadar trigliserida pada mahasiswi obesitas.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian non randomized controlled trials. Subjek penelitian adalah 18 mahasiswi dengan rentang usia 21-24 tahun dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Setiap kelompok teridiri dari 9 subjek yang diambil menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Kelompok perlakuan diberi senam aerobik virtual 60 menit dan edukasi gizi, kelompok kontrol diberikan edukasi gizi selama empat minggu. Analisis statistik menggunakan paired t-test, independent t-test, dan Mann-Whitney.
Hasil : Hasil uji beda masing masing kelompok menemukan terjadinya penurunan kadar trigliserida pada kelompok perlakuan (-74,1 ± 72,2 mg/dL) signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (-32,7 ± 73,7 mg/dL). Namun hasil uji beda antar kelompok menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan perubahan kadar trigliserida yang bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p>0,05) sesudah intervensi.
Simpulan: Pemberian senam aerobik 60 menit dengan frekuensi tiga kali dalam seminggu selama empat minggu dapat menurunkan kadar trigliserida pada mahasiswi obesitas. Akan tetapi, Tidak ada perbedaan perubahan kadar trigliserida darah yang bermakna antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan (p>0,05) sesudah intervensi.

PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI TEPUNG DAUN KELOR (MORINGA OLEIFERA) TERHADAP STATUS ANTIOKSIDAN PADA TIKUS SPRAGUE DAWLEY YANG DIBERI DIET TINGGI LEMAK
Latar Belakang: Daun kelor banyak mengandung kadar quercetin yang dapat menjadi sumber antioksidan eksogen. Bersama dengan antioksidan endogen, kedua antioksidan tersebut akan mampu melawan kondisi stres oksidatif.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suplementasi tepung daun kelor terhadap kadar antioksidan total pada serum tikus Sprague Dawley yang diberi High Fat Diet (HFD).
Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain post-test control group. Sebanyak 24 ekor tikus Sprague Dawley jantan dipilih secara acak dan dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol sehat (K1), kontrol HFD (K2), kelompok suplementasi tepung daun kelor dosis 100 mg/100 g BB/hari (K3) dan dosis 200 mg/100 g BB/hari (K4). Setelah 28 hari suplementasi, kadar antioksidan total dalam serum dianalisis menggunakan metode ELISA. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired t-test, One Way ANOVA dan uji lanjut Post-Hoc Bonferroni.
Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan bermakna kadar antioksidan total serum (p=0,000) antar kelompok suplementasi. Perbedaan bermakna kadar antioksidan total dalam serum juga ditemukan pada kelompok suplementasi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol HFD.
Simpulan: Suplementasi tepung daun kelor selama 28 hari pada dosis 200 mg/100 g BB/hari meningkatkan kadar antioksidan total serum lebih tinggi dibandingkan dosis 100 mg/100 g BB/hari.

Toponimi Desa di Kabupaten Batang (Kajian Antropolinguistik)

Toponymy can be a starting point for tracing the historical content of a place. However, some people do not pay much attention to it. In fact, many people do not understand the origin of their own birthplace. This phenomenon is one of the causes of the extinction of toponymy in modern society. Therefore, this study aims to preserve the history in the toponymy of villages in Batang Regency. This linguistic anthropological research also aims to categorizes and describes the toponymy of the village, explains the cultural meaning in it, and identifies the cultural values contained in the naming of the village. The theories used include anthropolinguistic theory, toponymy, cultural meaning, and cultural values. In-depth interview techniques and literature study are used in data collection. The analytical method used is descriptive ethnographic. Furthermore, the data are presented in an informal method. Triangulation of previous sources was also carried out to test the validity of the data. The results showed that from the 76 village data, there were 30 villages that met the naming system for the embodiment aspect, 23 for the toponymy of the social aspect, and the cultural aspect of 23 villages. Overall, the majority of village toponyms in Batang Regency consist of environmental aspects of flora and aspects of culture. Based on the results of the study, described 15 villages that contain cultural meanings such as mindset, advice on how to behave, ascetic, and an advice to achieve the benefits of life related to Javanese culture and philosophy that was passed down. In addition, there are cultural values of peace and prosperity contained in the toponymy of villages in Batang Regency.

ANALISIS KESTABILAN MODEL SEQDITR PADA PENYEBARAN COVID-19 DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA
Penyakit Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah penyakit pernapasan akut yang menyebar dengan cepat ke berbagai negara sejak 2020. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang muncul dalam penyebaran COVID-19 yaitu mengetahui model penyebaran COVID-19 dan mengetahui penyakit menjadi tetap atau hilang dalam populasi. Tahapan yang dilakukan berupa mengembangkan model penyebaran COVID-19 berupa SEQDITR (susceptible, exposed, quarantined, discarded, infected, treatment, recovered). Dari model tersebut didapatkan dua titik kesetimbangan yaitu endemik dan non endemik. Untuk menganalisis kestabilan di sekitar titik kesetimbangan digunakan bilangan reproduksi dasar (R_0). Jika R_01 maka titik kesetimbangan endemik akan stabil asimtotik lokal. Dari simulasi numerik didapatkan nilai untuk R_0=1.432>1 berarti model penyebaran COVID-19 stabil asimtotik lokal pada titik kesetimbangan endemik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk jangka waktu tertentu COVID-19 akan tetap ada pada populasi. Hasil simulasi numerik menjelaskan perilaku penyebaran COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran COVID-19 naik karena bertambahnya infeksi pada individu terpapar dan turun saat tingkat vaksinasi individu rentan bertambah
Metode Modifikasi Q. S. Ahmad Pada Masalah Transportasi Tidak Seimbang Untuk Menentukan Solusi Fisibel Awal
Dalam masalah transportasi terdapat beberapa hal penting, yaitu adanya sumber, juan persediaan din permintaan, biaya distribusi, dan adanya keseimbangan antara jumlah persediaan pada sumber dengan jumlah permintaan dari tujuan. Keseimbangan antara jumlah persediaan dengan jumlah permintaan berarti bahwa masalah transportasi harus dalam bentuk seimbang. Pada penerapannya banyak dijumpai kasus dimana jumlah persediaan tidak sama dengan jumlah permintaan atau disebut masalah transportasi tidak seimbang. Tugas akhir ini membahas penyelesaian masalah transportasi tidak seimbang menggunakan metode. modifikasi yang dikenalkan oleh Q. S. Ahmad untuk mendapatkan solusi fisibel awal agar biaya distribusi yang dikeluarkan minimum. Metode modifikası Q SAhmad terdiri dari empat langkah reduksi yang dalamnya menerapkan Metode Goyal dan Metode VAM. Kemudian melakukan uji optimalitas pada solusi finibel awal yang didapatkan untuk memperoleh solusi optimal. Selanjutnya hasil solusi fisibel awal dari Metode Q. S. Ahmad Uji Optimalitas akan dibandingkan dengan hasil solusi fisibel awal dari Metode VAM Uji Optimalita
ANALYSIS OF PREMIUM RESERVES WITH FULL PRELIMINARY TERM METHOD ON SINGLE LIFE STATUS FOR FRACTIONAL AGES
During life, humans experience various unexpected events that can cause
risks, such as death. One of the efforts to reduce this risks is join the life insurance.
The customer is required to pay a premium and the insurance company provide
compensation in the event of death. Insurance companies must prepare premium
reserves as savings funds so that the company does not difficulties when a claim
occurs. The amount of premium reserves is influenced by the value of the annuity,
net single premium, and annual premium. One method that can be used on the
calculation of premium reserves is the full preliminary term method. The
calculation of the full preliminary term method assumes that the first year's reserves
are zero, so negative reserves are not found. In calculating the premium reserve
value on single life status for fractional age, it is necessary to modify the life
chances in the mortality table by making a fractional age probability formula using
linear interpolation. The results of this study is the premium reserve of the full
preliminary term method has smaller value than prospective method, so insurance
companies choose the prospective method to get a bigger profit.

Strategi Komunikasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Nasabah Pada Layanan Kartu Kredit Bank Mega Regional Jawa Tengah
Bank Mega's credit service is considered to have done something unsatisfactory to credit card customers. Credit card customers at bank mega, feel that the bank makes collections that are not in accordance with the rules issued by Bank Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy steps carried out by the credit card division in an effort to increase customer trust, in addition to knowing the bank's decision making in responding to customers who were disappointed with the Mega bank credit card service, and to determine the work evaluation process carried out by the Card Division. Credit in overcoming existing cases. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with 3 (three) Bank Mega employees and 5 (five) Bank Mega credit card customers. This study uses the theory of image repair or image repair theory. The results showed that with the implementation of the communication strategies that have been implemented by Bank Mega since the crisis occurred, namely 3 strategies of Reducing Offensiveness of Event; by way of compensation that provides relief to customers who experience unsatisfactory collection actions. Corrective Actions; Bank Mega has made improvements to the performance of its employees. Mortification: During the crisis, Bank Mega carried out a mortification strategy, namely, apologizing and admitting mistakes. This communication strategy can overcome the crisis in mega bank credit card services. It can be proven by statements from the 5 customers who say that Bank Mega is currently better in its services
Strategi Manajemen Media Alternatif Serat.id Bertahan di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19
This study aims to find out how the Serat.id alternative media management strategy is to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. This topic is worthy of research because the Covid19 pandemic also has an impact or loss to alternative media. As a not profit-based media and does not have strong financial support, of course, this situation threatens their existence, which in this case is Serat.id. Therefore, this kind of media requires a media management strategy to save their idealism and existence. This study uses classical management theory, participatory culture (participatory culture), and two other concepts such as alternative media and media management strategies belonging to Comedia and Siregar with 5 categories studied, namely finance, newsroom, human resources, technology, and marketing. Then the research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research data were collected through nonpartisan observation; an in-depth interview with Serat.id consisting of the General Manager, Editor in Chief, Social Media Officer, and contributors; reviewing documents as well.
The results of this study indicate that in the financial category, the media management strategies are planned and carried out by Serat.id is (a) submitting donations to the Google News Initiative; (b) applying for scholarships to independent institutions/organizations such as environmental, pro-democracy institutions, to other international non-governmental organizations; (c) capturing advertisements professionally. In the newsroom category, the formulated media management strategies are (a) re-learning the target audience and compiling two new rubrics, and (b) relying on Kilas news production. Then in the HR category, Serat.id developed strategies including (a) developing the capacity of members/internals for various special training such as marketing and business; (b) striving to provide a working climate that is democratic, fair, and transparent. In the technology category, Serat.id develop strategies which include (a) utilizing Progressive Web App (PWA) to encourage technology readers; (b) planning to use Google analytics and other Google data tools such as Google search console, news consumer insight, news tagging guide, real-time content insight; (c) optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO); (d) take advantage of the Learning Management System (LMS). Lastly, in the marketing category, the media management strategy was developed by Serat.id is to hold a roadshow in the form of free journalism training to the public; (b) conduct an internship program “Learning Together with Fiber”; and (c) take advantage of partner media access. Of the five concepts of media management strategy planned by Serat.id in maintaining its existence and ideology during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is known that in practice, Serat.id only prioritizes 4 strategic concepts, namely finance, newsroom, HR, and marketing. This is based on the Covid-19 pandemic situation which puts their situation under pressure so that in the interviews and observations made by researchers, the four categories/concepts of media management strategies continue to be maximized by Serat.id. Although these efforts only came from one person, namely Serat.id’s General Manager itself. Meanwhile, due to limited human resources, technology management in its application has not been maximized
Pengaruh Promosi Pemasaran, EWOM Dan Brand Image Terhadap Revisit Intention Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Wisata Sidowayah Klaten Jawa Tengah
Sidowayah Tourism Village implements the marketing promotion strategy in order to create a positive image so that tourists are willing to repeadly visit the Village after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the 7p marketing theory, EWOM, and mediation of brand image to prove how marketing promotions by publishing information through Instagram can create a positive image from tourists to affect the attitudes and intentions of tourists to revisit. This study uses 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having Instagram account and having visited Sidowayah Tourism Village more than once. Statistical results show that the partial marketing promotion variable has a positive effect on the brand image and revisit intention variable, Marketing promotion activities carry out by the Sidowayah Tourism Village manager such as advertising through Instagram, billboards, posters, jamming sessions, and also the intensity of publications related to Sidowayah Tourism Village information proved successful, the EWOM activities proved to have a positive influence on variable brand image and revisit intention, positive experiences of tourists were shared on their Instagram accounts, they discussed to the other tourists on Instagram and gave positive comments. In this study, it was found that the brand image variable had a significant partial effect on the revisit intention variable, this could be due to tourist facilities, accessibility and the tourist environment that matched the expectations of tourists who came to visit, supported by psychological evidence, processes and people that could be the cause why brand image in this study has a significant effect on revisit intention
