No full textCastelblanco Marbles and Granites is a Bogota microenterprise that faces the need to adapt to changes in the environment to stay in a highly competitive market. This work addresses the development of a strategic plan for the purpose of improving the competitiveness of microenterprises. The study involves strategic diagnosis and strategic formulation based on the perspectives of the balanced scorecard. The mission, vision and values, the organizational strategic initiatives, strategic objectives and indicators for each perspective are defined, as well as the design of the organizational strategic map. The results show the applicability of the scorecard for the strategic management of microenterprises. The plan is expected to generate significant changes in the organizational culture and provide a competitive advantage.Castelblanco mármoles y granitos es una microempresa bogotana que se enfrenta a la necesidad de adaptarse a los cambios del entorno para mantenerse en un mercado altamente competitivo. Este trabajo aborda el desarrollo de un plan estratégico con fines de mejora en la competitividad de la microempresa. El estudio involucra el diagnóstico estratégico y la formulación estratégica basado en las perspectivas del cuadro de mando integral. Se define la misión, visión y valores, las iniciativas estratégicas organizacionales, objetivos estratégicos e indicadores por cada perspectiva, así como el diseño del mapa estratégico organizacional. Los resultados muestran la aplicabilidad del cuadro de mando para la gestión estratégica de la microempresa. Se espera que el plan genere importantes cambios en la cultura organizacional y proporcione una ventaja competitiva

No full textThe following document focused on defining the operating conditions for the production of black soldier fly larvae (Hermetia illucens). Larvae were fed with organic residues of pre-consumer foods obtained from the Secretariat of Social Integration of Bogotá and residues obtained from the brewing industry, at different proportions which guarantee different carbon/nitrogen ratios, in a system controlling the temperature and relative humidity of the air. Operating ranges, incubation system, hatching technique, counting technique and initiation substrate were defined. For the culture system, the construction of the bioreactor was explained, which has a temperature and relative humidity control system, larval density, C/N ratio and substrate conditioning.El siguiente documento se centró en definir las condiciones de operación para la producción de larva de mosca soldado negra (Hermetia illucens). Se alimentaron larvas con residuos orgánicos de alimentos pre-consumo obtenidos de la Secretaría de Integración Social de Bogotá y residuos obtenidos de la industria cervecera, a diferentes proporciones las cuales garantizan relaciones carbono/nitrógeno distintas, en un sistema controlando la temperatura y humedad relativa del aire. Se definieron rangos de operación, el sistema de incubación, técnica de eclosión, técnica de conteo y sustrato de iniciación. Para el sistema de cultivo se explicó la construcción del biorreactor el cual cuenta con un sistema de control de temperatura y humedad relativa, densidad larval, relación C/N y acondicionamiento del sustrato

No full textThis paper presents the analysis and results of a mathematical model describing an indirectly heated fixed-bed reactor for the reduction of the concentration of tars present in the synthesis gas generated in biomass gasification by catalytic cracking. The reactor performance is evaluated by varying parameters such as it, mass flow, syngas temperature and reactor geometrical conditions, generating information to determine design parameters that increase the reactor performance. The model is developed in Python and was solved by the finite difference method in 2 dimensions. As a result of the simulation, the appropriate synthesis gas temperature to reduce the tar concentration by 99% is 550 °C.Este artículo presenta el análisis y los resultados de un modelo matemático que describe un reactor de lecho fijo de calentamiento indirecto para la reducción de la concentración de los alquitranes presentes en el gas de síntesis generados en la gasificación de biomasa por medio del craqueo catalítico. Se evalúa el rendimiento del reactor variando parámetros como él, flujo másico, temperatura del gas de síntesis y las condiciones geométricas del reactor, generando información para determinar parámetros de diseño que incrementan el rendimiento del reactor. El modelo es desarrollado en Python y se solucionó por el método de diferencias finitas en 2 dimensiones, como resultado de la simulación, la temperatura adecuada del gas de síntesis para reducir la concentración del alquitrán en un 99% es de 550 °C

As a proposal For a more efficient implementation, it is sought through this research, to show the equivalence of NTC-ISO 19650:2001 with ISO 9001:2015, this, since organizations in the country have on their radar the Quality procedures that These promulgate and allow them to be a reference for the appropriation of the standards that BIM has established, allowing us to see how the BIM methodology promotes a quality-oriented organizational culture from the parameters of the standard in the different stages of construction in Colombia.Bajo la referencia de la Cámara Colombiana de la Construcción – CAMACOL se han establecido documentos que buscan la estandarización de la implementación BIM en las empresas colombianas, teniendo como meta que el 50% de las empresas del sector estén usando BIM para el 2022. Como propuesta para una implementación más eficiente, se busca a través de esta investigación, mostrar la equivalencia de la NTC-ISO 19650:2001 con la ISO 9001:2015, esto, ya que las organizaciones en el país tienen en su radar los procedimientos de Calidad que estas promulgan y permiten que sean una referencia para la apropiación de los estándares que el BIM tiene establecidos, permitiéndonos ver cómo la metodología BIM promueve una cultura organizacional orientada a la calidad desde los parámetros de la norma en las diferentes etapas de la construcción en Colombia

No full textIn the present degree work, the design of a chemical wastewater treatment system for the elimination of excess nitrates from the water source of the Subachoque river is developed as a proposal, thus being this source that is contaminated by anthropogenic influence throughout of all its course. One of the pollutants that generates the greatest impact due to its effects on the environment and human health is nitrate, a pollutant that is sought to be reduced for this water source, in such a way that a degree of use is obtained from it in order to supply a water need in a given geographical area. Through a bibliographic review, the implementation of the technology to be used is proposed. To this end, this study reviews some of the latest advances and management of technology in the removal of nitrates by chemical methods, in such a way that the most appropriate process is proposed. through economic, technical and design perspectives for the relative application of the method, analyzing the costs of investment, operation and the proposed alternative.En el presente trabajo de grado se desarrolla como propuesta el diseño de un sistema de tratamiento químico de aguas residuales para eliminación de exceso de nitratos de la fuente hídrica del rio Subachoque, siendo así esta fuente que se encuentra contaminada por la influencia antropogénica a lo largo de todo su cauce. Uno de los contaminantes que mayor impacto genera por sus afectaciones al medio ambiente y a la salud humana es el nitrato, contaminante que se busca reducir para esta fuente hídrica, de manera que tal que se obtenga un grado de aprovechamiento de la misma en función de suplir una necesidad hídrica en una zona geográfica determinada. Por medio de revisión bibliográfica se plantea la implementación de la tecnología a utilizar, con este fin este estudio repasa algunos de los últimos avances y manejos de la tecnología en la remoción de nitratos por métodos químicos, de manera tal que se propone el proceso más adecuado mediante perspectivas económicas, técnicas y de diseño para aplicación relativa del método, analizando los costos de inversión, operación y de la alternativa propuesta

No full textThe present document consists of proposing the Occupational Health and Safety System (SG-SST) with Biosafety Protocol in the company Ecoparque Canaán S.A.S, in accordance with the Colombian regulatory framework in the municipality of La Mesa, Cundinamarca. The development of the SG-SST is of vital importance, since it seeks compliance with the norms, requirements and procedures for employers and contractors established by law, with the objective of anticipating, identifying, evaluating and controlling the risks that may affect the safety and health of employees in the performance of their duties. The implementation of the Biosafety Protocol seeks to protect the population, for which compliance is mandatory, thus taking measures to reactivate the tourism sector, with the goal of mitigating the risk of contagion of pathological agents, in this case, SARS. -CoV-2, (Covid-19).El documento presente consiste en proponer el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) con Protocolo de Bioseguridad en la empresa Ecoparque Canaán S.A.S, de conformidad con el marco normativo colombiano en el municipio de La Mesa, Cundinamarca. Based on these designs and the search for an automated process, the pertinent simulation of bar code readings is elaborated according to the type of sensor used, in addition to mentioning the decoding of patterns and selecting the appropriate sensor for the activity to be performed. perform, then the programming and equipment to be able to carry it out according to the design parameters and equipment used so that the machine fulfilled the main objective of the work, together with these activities different software was used in order to involve a simulation of some of these processes, as well as plans corresponding to the design of the conveyor and other mechanisms involved in the correct operation of the machine.Para llevar cabo el proyecto de diseñar una máquina automatizada, para clasificación y distribución de paquetes orientada al sector logístico, la cual tiene el fin brindar una herramienta de competitividad y automatización a las pymes dedicadas al servicio de mensajería o logística, se desarrolló un trabajo teórico en el cual incluye: cálculos correspondientes para el diseño de una banda transportadora con sus componentes mecánicos y cálculos pertinentes para la selección de las partes que actúan en el funcionamiento del mismo, el diseño del chasis y perfil que soportara los esfuerzos sobre el transportador mediante métodos estáticos y análisis estructurales. En base a estos diseños y a la búsqueda de tener un proceso automatizado, se elabora la simulación pertinente de lecturas de códigos de barras según el tipo de sensor que se utilizó, además de mencionar la decodificación de patrones y seleccionar el sensor adecuado para la actividad a realizar, seguidamente la programación y equipos para poder llevarla a cabo según los parámetros de diseño y equipos utilizados para que la maquina cumpliera con el objetivo principal del trabajo, junto con estas actividades se hizo uso de diferentes software con el fin de involucrar una simulación de algunos de estos proceso, además de planos correspondientes al diseño del transportador y demás mecanismos que intervienen en el correcto funcionamiento de la máquina
