No full textCultural awareness towards the protection of heritage began to develop at the end of the 18th century, and "architectural recycling" is currently a primary concept in actions on the property in question, which, unlike "architectural restoration", determines the possibility of modifying the operation of a building to a new reality and intends to find new uses in it, since the previous use is obsolete, determining that the "recycling" of an obsolete building is an important strategy for conservation and adaptation of the heritage asset. In the case study of the railway station, the importance and identity that characterizes it is established, determined by the satisfaction and appropriation of the railway system by the population, through the valuation and reinterpretation of the property in relation to cultural, environmental and recreational elements. The project proposes to intervene the heritage building of the La Esperanza railway station, in La Mesa- Cundinamarca through recycling strategies, architectural and its adaptation with contemporary architecture, linking the surface treatment with the architectural fact, contributing to the consolidation of the trail. existing eco-tourism in its context, strengthening the relationship between the heritage asset and the landscape and historical qualities established in its context, benefiting the development of the local and floating population, potentiating tourism in the Mesa-Cundinamarca, being the most active and with greater growth in the municipality.La sensibilización cultural hacia la protección del patrimonio comenzó a desarrollarse a finales del siglo XVIII siendo actualmente “el reciclaje arquitectónico” un concepto primordial en las actuaciones sobre el inmueble en cuestión, que a diferencia de la “restauración arquitectónica” este determina la posibilidad de modificar el funcionamiento de un edificio a una nueva realidad y pretende buscar nuevos usos en él, pues el anterior uso es obsoleto, determinando que el “reciclaje” de una edificación obsoleta, es una importante estrategia de conservación y adecuación del bien patrimonial. En el caso de estudio de la estación ferroviaria se establece la importancia e identidad que la caracteriza, determinado por la satisfacción y apropiación del sistema ferroviario por parte de la población, mediante la valoración y reinterpretación del inmueble con relación a elementos culturales, ambientales y recreativos. El proyecto plantea intervenir el inmueble patrimonial de la estación ferroviaria la esperanza, en la Mesa- Cundinamarca a través de estrategias de reciclaje, arquitectónico y su adaptación con la arquitectura contemporánea vinculando el tratamiento de superficie con el hecho arquitectónico, aportando a la consolidación del sendero eco-turístico existente en su contexto, afianzando la relación entre el bien patrimonial y las cualidades paisajísticas e históricas establecidas en su contexto, beneficiando el desarrollo de la población local y flotante, potencializando el turismo en la Mesa- Cundinamarca, siendo el sector económico más activo y con mayor crecimiento en el municipio

Push and drag from the agricultural sector: a possibility to minimize the impacts caused by covid -19 in Colombia.
No full textThe monograph presents an analysis of the Colombian economy, where it goes from the variations presented in the GDP from 2006 to 2020, in such a way that it allows to demonstrate the impacts caused by COVID-19 in this last year. In this way, the results are contrasted with our main tool: the Colombian input-output matrix for the year 2017 base 2015, from which several mathematical and economic means are derived, such as the technical coefficients, direct and indirect multiplier effects and the total effects. . The same matrix is used to obtain the weighted effects, thanks to this it can be checked whether it is really possible in Colombia to minimize the impacts caused by COVID-19 through agriculture due to the driving and dragging effects of the economy. . Thus, the finding is given that the only branch related to the primary sector that could have enough possibility to generate a push-pull effect is “Live animals and animal products”. Additionally, it is concluded that the branch with the greatest capacity to minimize the impacts caused by COVID-19 and generate an economic growth factor is "Basic Chemicals", understanding that this generates a much higher impulse factor than the rest along with a drag effect. very important, understanding that through this branch you can reach many more, since it is one of the most demanded but at the same time one in which its offer is vital for the rest of the branches, understanding that it is done use of this to generate products with greater added value.La monografía presenta un análisis de la economía colombiana, donde se recorre desde las variaciones presentadas en el PIB desde el 2006 hasta el 2020, de tal forma que permite evidenciar los impactos causados por el COVID-19 en este último año. De esta manera, los resultados se contrastan con nuestra herramienta principal: la matriz insumo producto de Colombia año 2017 base 2015, de la cual se derivan varios medios matemáticos y económicos como lo son los coeficientes técnicos, efectos multiplicadores directos e indirectos y los efectos totales. Se hace uso de la misma matriz para obtener los efectos ponderados, gracias a esto se puede revisar si en Colombia es realmente posible minimizar los impactos causados por el COVID-19 por medio de la agricultura debido a los efectos de impulso y arrastre de la economía. Así entonces, se da el hallazgo que la única rama relacionada con el sector primario que pudiera tener suficiente posibilidad para generar un efecto de impulso -arrastre es “Animales vivos y productos animales”. Adicionalmente se concluye que la rama con mayor capacidad de minimizar los impactos causados por el COVID-19 y generar un factor de crecimiento económico es “Químicos básicos”, entendiendo que esta genera un factor de impulso muy superior al resto junto con un efecto de arrastre muy importante, entendiendo que por medio de esta rama se puede llegar a muchas más, ya que es una de las que más demanda pero a la vez también una en la cual su oferta es vital para el resto de las ramas, entendiendo que se hace uso de esta para generar los productos con mayor valor agregado

No full textIn order to fully cover our research and fulfill our objectives, a rigorous bibliographic review will initially be carried out, in order to obtain and fully understand the process to follow for our adsorption scaling. In the first instance, the chromium content in the wastewater from the San Benito tanneries will be characterized, several process water samples will be taken with the contaminant, obtaining chromium content by means of a UV spectrophotometer. A physical treatment will be carried out on the banana peel, which will consist of collection, preparation, treatment, drying, size reduction and sieving; which are based on defined stages that have been studied and executed within the adsorption phenomenon.Para abarcar completamente nuestra investigación y dar cumplimiento a nuestros objetivos, se realizará inicialmente una revisión bibliográfica rigurosa, con el fin de obtener y comprender completamente el proceso a seguir para nuestro escalamiento de adsorción. En primera instancia se caracterizará el contenido de cromo en las aguas residuales de las curtiembres de San Benito, se tomarán varias muestras de agua de proceso con el contaminante, obteniendo contenido de cromo por medio de un espectrofotómetro UV. Se realizará un tratamiento físico a la cáscara de banano el cual consistirá en recolección, preparación, tratamiento, secado, reducción de tamaño y tamizado; las cuales se basan en etapas definidas que han sido estudiadas y ejecutadas dentro del fenómeno de adsorción

No full textThe objective of this research is to propose improvement strategies on the organizational culture for the strengthening of quality management in the Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims, for this, a mixed-type research is developed with the use of closed survey research techniques, which is part of the quantitative method; and the semi-structured interview that is part of the qualitative research method. The results of the research show that there are perceptions in disagreement with premises related to leadership, communication and an axis that crosscuts both, which is cooperation and teamwork; Regarding other aspects such as codes and values, a predominance of the positive perception of commitment and transparency is observed, this last value is part of the entire communication process for both clients and employees, especially since it is an essential aspect for public institutions. Finally, strategic activities are generated from two aspects where shortcomings are generated, aimed at participation in decision-making and improvements in communication from the co-creation and construction of knowledge, protocols and guides for the areas of the Unit. It is concluded that in order to strengthen the quality management process, it is also necessary to strengthen the constituent elements of the organizational culture, as well as the ISO standards that promote participation and knowledge management, it is important that it starts from the practice of values. and of behaviors that allow an adequate adaptation to the changes that are constantly coming with improvements in the quality of the services provided by the Victims Unit.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo plantear estrategias de mejora sobre la cultura organizacional para el fortalecimiento de la gestión de la calidad en la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas, para ello, se desarrolla una investigación de tipo mixta con el uso de las técnicas de investigación encuesta cerrada, que hace parte del método cuantitativo; y la entrevista semiestructurada que se enmarca en el método cualitativo de investigación. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que existen percepciones en desacuerdo con premisas relacionadas con el liderazgo, la comunicación y un eje que transversaliza ambos que es la cooperación y el trabajo en equipo; respecto a otros aspectos como los códigos y valores se observa una predominancia de la percepción positiva del compromiso y la transparencia, este último valor hace parte de todo el proceso de comunicación tanto para clientes como para empleados, especialmente porque se trata de un aspectos esencial para las instituciones públicas. Por último, se generan actividades estratégicas desde dos aspectos donde se generan falencias, encaminadas a la participación en la toma de decisiones y las mejoras en la comunicación desde la co-creación y construcción de conocimientos, protocolos y guías para las áreas de la Unidad. Se concluye que para fortalecer el proceso de gestión de calidad se hace necesario también el fortalecimiento de elementos constitutivos de la cultura organizacional, así como las normas ISO propenden por la participación y la gestión del conocimiento, es importante que se inicie desde la práctica de valores y de comportamientos que permitan una adaptación adecuada a los cambios que se advienen constantemente con las mejoras de la calidad de los servicios prestados por la Unidad de Víctimas

No full textThis work proposes a technical-financial proposal for the production of spent coffee grounds pellets using vegetable oil as a binder at the pilot plant level. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was initially carried out to establish the most influential properties of spent coffee grounds: moisture content, volatile matter, ash, fixed carbon and calorific value. The selection of the binder was made by comparing the most relevant properties between refined oil and crude palm oil, determining that the crude oil is the most suitable. Once the binder was selected, the conceptual design of the pelletizing process was proposed. First, a description of each of the stages was made: storage, drying, mixing, pelletizing, cooling and sieving; then the production capacity (10 tons/month), mass balance, equipment selection and the BFD and PFD diagrams were defined. Finally, the project was determined to be viable based on the results of the following financial indicators: NPV, IRR, PR, B/C.En el presente trabajo se plantea una propuesta técnico financiera para la producción de pellets de borra de café utilizando aceite vegetal como aglomerante a nivel planta piloto, para esto, inicialmente se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que permitió establecer las propiedades más influyentes de la borra de café: contenido de humedad, materia volátil, cenizas, carbono fijo y poder calorífico. La selección del aglomerante se hizo mediante una comparación de las propiedades más relevantes entre el aceite refinado y el aceite crudo de palma, determinando que este último es el más adecuado. Una vez seleccionado el aglomerante, se planteó el diseño conceptual del proceso de peletización. En primer lugar, se llevó a cabo la descripción de cada una de las etapas: almacenamiento, secado, mezclado, peletizado, enfriamiento y tamizado; después se definió la capacidad de producción (10 Ton/mes), el balance de masa, la selección de equipos y los diagramas BFD y PFD. Por último, se determinó que el proyecto es viable a partir de los resultados de los siguientes indicadores financieros: VPN, TIR, PR, B/C
