For the purpose of the object of this work, market, financial and technical studies will be carried out to determine the viability of the project, these studies will facilitate the evaluation of each of the requirements and requirements necessary to argue the pre-feasibility for prospective investors.El presente trabajo se desarrolla con el fin de realizar un análisis completo para la implementación de un centro de radiología enfocado en salud dental en el centro de la ciudad de Barranquilla, buscando dar mayor cobertura a la población ya que se evidencia una baja cantidad de centros radiológicos dentales con respecto a la demanda de pacientes remitidos por los consultorios odontológicos; la implementación del centro radiológico busca impactar positivamente dentro del sector salud brindando alta calidad, eficacia y tecnología de última generación con precios asequibles a la población objeto buscando un excelente servicio a la ciudadanía. Design for the obtaining of essential oil based on the use of the avocado seed using different species
No full textThe following research project has as its objective the extraction of oil from the avocado seeds of three different varieties, which were selected from a review in the literature, where they were chosen; the Lorena, Hass and Criollo variety, based on the fact that within their genus (PERSEA AMERICANA MILL) they present a higher content of fats, terpenes and polyphenols compared to the other varieties. Based on this, an experimental methodological design was proposed for the extraction of oil from the seeds of these varieties, where the selection of the extractive method and the solvent was implemented through two qualitative selection matrices and through reviews of tests that sustain. The solid-liquid extraction was decanted using the Soxhlet method and using the 95% ethanol solvent. Using a ratio of 1:10, this experimentation yielded yields of: 4.02% in the Lorena variety, 10.05% in the Hass variety, and 5.57% in the Criolla variety. Within the experimentation, other properties such as humidity, dry matter, and seed ash were also analyzed.El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo, la extracción del aceite de las semillas del aguacate de tres diferentes variedades, las cuales fueron seleccionadas a partir de una revisión en la literatura, donde fueron elegidas; la variedad Lorena, Hass y criollo, con base en que dentro de su género (PERSEA AMERICANA MILL) presentan mayor contenido de grasas, terpenos y polifenoles en comparación a las otras variedades. Con base en esto se planteó un diseño metodológico experimental para la extracción del aceite de las semillas de estas variedades, en donde se implementó la selección del método extractivo y el solvente por medio, de dos matrices de selección cualitativas y mediante revisiones de ensayos que los sustentan. La extracción sólido- líquido se decantó a partir del método soxhlet y mediante el solvente etanol al 95%. Utilizando una relación de 1:10, esta experimentación arrojó rendimientos de: 4.02% en la variedad Lorena, 10.05 % en la variedad Hass y 5.57% en la variedad criolla. Direction for the administrative development of mipymes construction companies in Colombia from the PMBOK®.
No full textAmong the great challenges faced by MIPYMEs of construction companies in the Colombian area is to achieve appropriate management systems that contribute to decision making that allow the desired levels of productivity and utility to be achieved over time in a market that is increasingly competitive. Therefore, the structuring of management strategies framed in good practices that from senior management contribute to adequate monitoring and control of projects at the business level over time becomes relevant. The present study is based on the previous reflection, considering as the main objective to establish from the management of construction companies the generation of strategies that allow the adequate direction of the projects with the purpose of achieving the required competitiveness in the Colombian framework; study that starts from presenting the results of the investigation of the state of the art on the challenges and advances in business matters presented by the construction MIPYMES in the achievement of their objectives, seen from the different approaches in the Colombian context. Next, the theoretical framework of the research is defined based on the components under study: Management strategies, Project management, PMBOK® guidelines; Subsequently, the methodological foundations based on documentary, descriptive, analytical and feasible project research are presented.Dentro de los grandes retos que afrontan las MIPYMES de empresas constructoras en el ámbito colombiano se encuentra alcanzar sistemas de gestión apropiados que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones que permitan lograr los niveles de productividad y utilidad deseados a través del tiempo en un mercado cada día más competitivo. Por ello, cobra relevancia la estructuración de estrategias gerenciales enmarcadas en las buenas prácticas que desde la alta dirección contribuyan a un adecuado seguimiento y control de los proyectos a nivel empresarial a través del tiempo. No full textThe textile industry, as responsible for the generation of a large amount of waste, seeks to reincorporate part of its produced waste into the production cycle. For this, several routes and methods of textile recycling have emerged that allow the fibers of the waste to be recovered in order to reduce the carbon footprint that is generated during the manufacture of the garments. The purpose of this work is to present the different methods for the recovery of textile fibers from textile waste, both traditional and new emerging technologies, to know their differences, compare them and determine which of these alternatives presents a greater benefit for recovery of fibers.La industria textil como responsable de la generación de una gran cantidad de residuos busca reincorporar al ciclo productivo parte de sus desechos producidos. Para ello han surgido varias rutas y métodos de reciclaje textil que permitan recuperar las fibras de los desechos para poder disminuir la huella de carbono que se genera durante la fabricación de las prendas. No full textThis project aims to develop an energy efficiency design for the rubber production line at Croydon Colombia S.A. Initially, a diagnosis of the type of energy will be found, characterizing its behaviour and the machinery. Based on these results, an improvement plan is designed to take advantage of and increase its efficiency. For the diagnosis, visits were made to the plant, collecting information from the distribution of thermal and electrical energy and consumption of the company's machines. It was determined that the consumption for the year 2020 was 7,704 MW/year and represents 62.9% electrical energy and 37.1% natural gas.El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un diseño de eficiencia energética para la línea de producción de caucho en Croydon Colombia S.A. Se encontrará inicialmente un diagnóstico del tipo de energía, caracterizando el comportamiento de la misma y la maquinaria. Basado en estos resultados se diseña un plan de mejora para aprovechar e incrementar su eficiencia. Para el diagnostico se hicieron visitas a la planta recopilando información desde la distribución de la energía térmica, eléctrica y consumo de las máquinas de la compañía. Obtención de bioplástico a partir de la extracción de almidón de los residuos de papa capiro
No full textThe main objective of this degree work was based on obtaining a bioplastic at the laboratory level from the extraction of starch from Papa Capiro residues. Therefore, the research was divided into four objectives; Characterization of the raw material, extraction of starch, elaboration of the bioplastic and finally the biodegradability of the bioplastic. The raw material was characterized and the pH, moisture percentage and starch percentage were determined. In which the samples varied between a pH of 5.72 - 6.45 showing acid results on the pH scale, the percentage of humidity was also obtained between 15.98 - 17.7% and finally the percentage of starch between 16.22 - 17.98%. These data helped us to validate the quality of potato starch that has been obtained since it was compared with bibliographic references of potato starches that are in perfect condition.El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de grado se basó en la obtención de un bioplástico a nivel laboratorio a partir de la extracción de almidón de residuos de Papa Capiro. Por ende, se dividió en cuatro objetivos la investigación; Caracterización de la materia prima, extracción de almidón, elaboración del bioplástico y finalmente la biodegradabilidad del bioplástico. Se caracterizó la materia prima a las cuales se les determino el pH, porcentaje de humedad y el porcentaje de almidón. En las cuales las muestras variaron entre un pH de 5.72 – 6.45 mostrando resultados ácidos en la escala del pH, también se obtuvo el porcentaje de humedad entre 15.98 – 17.7% y finalmente el porcentaje de almidón entre 16.22 – 17.98%. Estos datos nos ayudaron a validar la calidad de almidón de papa que se ha obtenido ya que se comparó con referencias bibliográficas de almidones de papas que se encuentran en perfecto estado

Taking into account the orientation of the reinforcement; in three directions at 0°, 45° and 90° (vertical, diagonal and horizontal) respectively. It was investigated based on different bibliographic sources. Therefore, in the first stage of the project, the theoretical bases are found where the classification of composite materials and natural fibers is explained, as well as the physical-mechanical properties of polyester resin and coconut fiber.Este trabajo se basa en la elaboración de un material compuesto por una matriz de resina poliéster y fibra natural de coco, para su caracterización mecánica a tensión y flexión. Teniendo en cuenta la orientación del refuerzo; en tres direcciones a 0°,45° y 90° (vertical, diagonal y horizontal) respectivamente. Se investigó basándose en diferentes fuentes bibliográficas.
