However, this growth has not evolved in Colombia, where we find many construction companies working in a traditional way or implementing the industrialized system without any efficiency in the terms and cost of the projects. In this monograph, a comparative analysis was carried out between the industrialized system and the implementation of the Lean Construction System, in Construtora Kuman, evaluating the tools of the operations and productivity management system.El sector de la construcción se ha visto precedido por diferentes cambios en las últimas décadas, en pro de mejorar procesos técnicos y tecnológicos, productividad, la conservación de los recursos ambientales y la sostenibilidad. The total number of accidents reported during this period was of 266 emergencies - technological chemical being the year 2015 the one with the most emergencies reported in this period with 83 reported emergencies, of which the Most of the reports occurred in Bogotá and the year with the fewest emergencies technological with chemical product involved presented according to this information is the year 2019 with 38 cases.Con el fin de realizar un análisis de los accidentes tecnológicos químicos ocurridos en el periodo 2015 a 2019 reportados a CISPROQUIM, se crea el siguiente documento investigativo. El total de accidentes reportados durante este periodo fue de 266 emergencias - químico tecnológico siendo el año 2015 el que más emergencias reportó en este periodo con 83 emergencias informadas, de los cuales la mayoría de reportes ocurrieron en Bogotá y el año que menos emergencias tecnológicas con producto químico involucrado presentó según esta información es el año 2019 con 38 casos

No full textCyclic steam injection is an advanced recovery method that allows the reduction of crude oil viscosity, being widely used for heavy and extra-heavy oil reservoirs. The Energy management models, enunciated by five authors, are used to increase the production and the recovery factor in the applied field and the oil industry by continuous steam injection. To successfully carry out the implementation of the models in the field and have favorable results for the investigation, it is necessary to consider the thermal maturity of the reservoir, the steam injection times, the quality of the steam, the lifetime of the reservoir and a rigorously planned economic evaluation. In the present investigation, we analyze the performance and application of the continuous steam injection thermal method using as study material a Brazilian field that is in the formation of Amazonas, Brazil, identifying the high impact variables and simulating the process using CMG simulator.La inyección cíclica de vapor es un método de recuperación avanzada que permite la reducción de la viscosidad del crudo, siendo ampliamente utilizado para yacimientos de crudo pesado y extra pesado. El presente artículo tuvo como material de estudio un campo brasileño que se ubica en la formación de Amazonas, Brasil; Es un campo petrolífero óptimo para la implementación ya que presenta un crudo pesado, lo cual es una de las propiedades más importantes para la implementación de modelos de gestión de calor, debido a que estos modelos buscan encontrar el caudal óptimo para la aplicación de métodos térmicos, los modelos de administración de energía los cuales son enunciados por cinco autores se utilizan para incrementar la producción y el factor de recobro en el campo aplicado y la industria petrolera, utilizando inyección continua de vapor
