No full textThis project focuses on the evaluation of the configuration of the 11" diameter B section of a WellHead in wells cased with a 7" Liner Hanger for the use of a 7 1/16" Tubing Hanger at Gran Tierra Energy Colombia , LLC. The main objective is to optimize times and costs in the work area by identifying the best design option for the installation of a 7 1/16” Blowout Preventer (BOP) and thus use a 7 1/16” Tubing Hanger 1/16", being a crucial device in workover operations. Workover refers to the intervention carried out on an existing oil or gas well to improve or maintain its production. During workover, equipment and tools are used to access the well and perform various activities, such as cleaning, repairing or reconditioning the production area. During these operations, it is essential to have a reliable pressure control system, and that is where the BOP comes into play.Este proyecto se enfoca en la evaluación de la configuración de la sección B de 11" de diámetro de un WellHead en pozos revestidos con un Liner Hanger de 7" para el uso de un Tubing Hanger de 7 1/16" en Gran Tierra Energy Colombia, LLC. El objetivo principal es optimizar los tiempos y costos en el área de trabajo mediante la identificación de la mejor opción de diseño para la instalación de un Blowout Preventer (BOP) de 7 1/16” y así usar un Tubing Hanger de 7 1/16", siendo un dispositivo crucial en las operaciones de workover. El workover se refiere a la intervención realizada en un pozo de petróleo o gas existente para mejorar o mantener su producción. Durante el workover, se utilizan equipos y herramientas para acceder al pozo y realizar diversas actividades, como la limpieza, reparación o reacondicionamiento de la zona de producción. Durante estas operaciones, es esencial contar con un sistema de control de presión confiable, y ahí es donde entra en juego la BOP

No full textThe research was based on establishing the impact of transformational leadership on the organizational climate of the construction company H2O Consulting S.A.S; To determine and evaluate the situation of the organizational climate, survey-like instruments were used with variables defined through closed and structured questions, in such a way that the participant is offered alternative answers. To measure the perception of leadership styles and the relationship with the organizational climate, the focus group was used as a tool, which developed a guide format with open, circular and reflective questions.La investigación se fundamentó en establecer el impacto del liderazgo transformacional en el clima organizacional de la empresa constructora H2O Consulting S.A.S; para determinar y evaluar la situación del clima organizacional, se utilizaron instrumentos a modo de encuesta con variables definidas a través de preguntas cerradas y estructuradas, de tal manera que al participante se le ofrecen alternativas de respuestas. The work includes the characterization of the existing prototype, the selection of components, the design of the salt and water dosing system, the design of the automation system and the feeding system. The electrical energy necessary for the operation of the entire complex is supplied by photovoltaic solar panels to ensure its operation in remote areas without access to the conventional electrical network. The proposed system constitutes a considerable improvement in the time necessary for the production of hypochlorite, in addition to offering autonomy from the electrical network.El siguiente proyecto consiste en diseñar un sistema de instrumentación y alimentación para la automatización de un prototipo de producción de hipoclorito de sodio. El trabajo incluye la caracterización del prototipo existente, la selección de componentes, el diseño del sistema de dosificación de sal y agua, diseño del sistema de automatización y el sistema de alimentación. La energía eléctrica necesaria para el funcionamiento de todo el conjunto es suministrada por paneles solares fotovoltaicos para asegurar su funcionamiento en zonas remotas sin acceso a la red eléctrica convencional. No full textIn the following work, an analysis of the functionality of a quality control device will be presented, during the printing of labels and its return on investment in the company Etipress S.A, increased in the costs of non-quality corresponding to the additional material referring to to the raw material that is added while the job is being printed to deliver it completely to the client, and replacement, which means reproducing an order due to a rejection by the buyer, including the delivery of incomplete productions that are not sent with the quantity requested due to lack of quality, and the machine hour times that could be saved if the device is implemented, with these variables it is identified that the machine becomes more productive by increasing the speed, which leads to a saving of 11% of time per month. print with a higher degree of quality, in the same way calculating the above it is evident that the investment is recovered after 28 months with a margin of error of 20% after having worked with the device, but, being such a large investment A loan must be requested from the bank to finance the project, resulting in the company having to provide more money in a few months than what is saved monthly.En el siguiente trabajo se presentará un análisis de la funcionalidad de un dispositivo de control de calidad, durante el proceso de impresión de etiquetas y su retorno de inversión en la empresa Etipress S.A, basándose en los costos de la no calidad correspondientes al material adicional haciendo referencia a la materia prima que se añade de más mientras se imprime el trabajo para entregar completo al cliente, y de reposición lo que significa volver a producir una orden por un rechazo del comprador, incluyendo la entrega de producciones incompletas que no se envían con la cantidad solicitada por falta de calidad, y los tiempos de hora máquina que se podrían ahorrar si se implementa el dispositivo, con estas variables se identifica que la maquina se vuelve más productiva aumentando la velocidad lo que con lleva a un ahorro del 11% de tiempo al imprimir con un mayor grado de calidad, de esta misma forma calculando lo anterior se evidencia que la inversión se recupera a los 28 meses con un margen de error del 20% después de haber trabajado con el dispositivo, pero, al ser una inversión tan grande se debe pedir un préstamo al banco para financiar el proyecto dando como resultado que en algunos meses la empresa deba proporcionar más dinero aparte de lo que se economiza mensualmente

No full textIn this document, a valve seating machine is designed where mention is made of valve seating in internal combustion engines, the materials necessary to carry out this process, and the different techniques used. For the parameterization of the machine, the rotation speeds and force applied to the valves at the time of seating are taken into account. Different cylinder head geometries are also characterized, obtaining features such as length, width, height, among others that are necessary for the parameterization of the machine. the machine, different existing tools are chosen for the design and different design calculations are made to establish the maximum loads supported by the structure of the machine and finally reference is made to the roughness and shape changes in the seated valves and as this could improve the hermetic seal in the internal combustion chamber of an engine.En el presente documento se diseña una máquina asentadora de válvulas donde se hace mención al asentado de válvulas en motores de combustión interna, los materiales necesarios para hacer este proceso, las diferentes técnicas que se utilizan. Para la parametrización de la máquina se tienen en cuenta las velocidades de rotación y fuerza aplicada en las válvulas al momento de asentar, también se caracterizan diferentes geometrías de culatas obteniendo rasgos como largo, ancho, alto, entre otras que son necesarias para la parametrización de la máquina, se escogen diferentes herramientas ya existentes para el diseño y se hacen los diferentes cálculos de diseño para establecer las cargas máximas soportadas por la estructura de la máquina y por último se hace referencia a la rugosidad y cambios de forma en las válvulas asentadas y como este podría mejorar el selle hermético en la cámara de combustión interna de un motor

No full textThe purpose of this project is to reduce costs in manual sprayer components, since the materials for the manufacture of said product have had a significant increase in 2021 in a range of 20% to 70% according to the document "The price of some plastic raw materials has increased up to 98% this year.” Measures have been taken such as increasing the value of the final product, thinking of the customer and not continuing to increase its price. In each piece of the product it is required to make a reduction of raw material and in turn costs, in this specific document we will focus on the pumping lever, through different design alternatives that its mechanical properties and ergonomics must be maintained or improved, analysis is used of finite elements for the analysis of results between the current lever and the prototype.Este proyecto tiene como fin la reducción de costos en componentes de fumigadora manual, ya que los materiales para la fabricación de dicho producto ha tenido un incremento significativo en 2021 en un rango del 20% al 70% de acuerdo al documento “El precio de algunas materias primas del plástico ha aumentado hasta 98% este año”. Se han tomado medidas como el aumento en el valor del producto final, pensando en el cliente y no seguir aumentando su precio. En cada pieza del producto se requiere hacer una reducción de materia prima y a su vez costos, en este documento en específico nos centraremos en la palanca de bombeo, mediante diferentes alternativas de diseño que sus propiedades mecánicas y ergonomía debe mantenerse o mejorar, se utiliza análisis de elementos finitos para el análisis de resultados entre la palanca actual y la prototipo
