No full textThis study proposes the creation of a strategic marketing plan for the company Crisol, specialized in the manufacture and sale of degreasers. An analysis of the company's current situation was carried out, evaluating its product, its operating environment and other critical factors that could affect sales. The importance of elements such as the integration of digital marketing and carrying out marketing studies is highlighted as key aspects to boost sales of degreasers. The methodology used included a descriptive investigation, using data collection techniques through the development of a questionnaire. This instrument was applied to Crisol's clients in order to obtain valuable information that could guide the design of effective strategies to increase sales and improve the competitive position in the degreaser market.Este estudio propone la creación de un plan estratégico de marketing para la empresa Crisol, especializada en la fabricación y venta de desengrasantes. Se realizó un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, evaluando su producto, su entorno operativo y otros factores críticos que podrían incidir en las ventas. Se resalta la importancia de elementos como la integración del marketing digital y la realización de estudios de mercadotecnia como aspectos clave para impulsar las ventas de desengrasantes. La metodología utilizada abarcó una investigación descriptiva, empleando técnicas de recolección de datos a través de la elaboración de un cuestionario. Este instrumento se aplicó a los clientes de Crisol con el fin de obtener información valiosa que pudiera orientar el diseño de estrategias efectivas para incrementar las ventas y mejorar la posición competitiva en el mercado de desengrasantes

No full textThe basis of this research study is the determination of the possibility of implementing photovoltaic energy for the drinking water treatment plant (PTAP) located in the municipality of Soracá, province of Boyacá, as alternative solutions to reduce energy costs, achieving energy saving and preservation use of natural resources, for the provision of possible solutions to basic problems such as pollution, climate change, consequences of electricity production from traditional sources that negatively affect the local population. The applied methods include basic guidelines for the diagnosis of current situations, opening alternative solutions for ecological, technological, social and economic improvement for the operation of the suggested photovoltaic system and its evaluation. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that the study area is suitable for photovoltaic implementation. The production of this photovoltaic energy is influenced by environmental and geographical factors. It can also be concluded that a network system is the most suitable for the mechanism, due to its economic and ecological technical characteristics. Finally, through the evaluations of the proposed system, it can be concluded that the benefits of the technical, economic, social and environmental project for companies and municipal institutions, possible economic analysis of how the investment return will be achieved, will in turn provide economic savings. .La base de este estudio de investigación es la determinación de la posibilidad de implementar energía fotovoltaica para la planta de tratamiento de agua potable (PTAP) está ubicada en el municipio de Soracá, provincia de Boyacá, como soluciones alternativa para reducir los costos energéticos, consiguiendo ahorro energético y uso de preservación de los recursos naturales, para la provisión de posibles soluciones a problemas básicos como la contaminación, cambio climático, consecuencias de la producción de electricidad de fuentes tradicionales que afectan negativamente a la población local. Los métodos aplicados incluyen pautas básicas para el diagnóstico de las situaciones actuales, abriendo soluciones alternas de mejora ecología, tecnológica, social y económica para el funcionamiento del sistema fotovoltaico sugerido y su evaluación. En base a los resultados obtenidos se concluyó que la zona de estudio es apta para la implementación fotovoltaica. La producción de esta energía fotovoltaica está influenciada por factores ambientales y geográficos. También se puede concluir que un sistema de red es el más adecuado para el mecanismo, por sus características técnicas económicas y ecológicas. Finalmente atreves de las evaluaciones del sistema propuesto se puede concluir que los beneficios de proyecto técnico, económico, social y ambiental para empresas e instituciones municipales, posible análisis económico de cómo se logrará el rendido de la inversión, será esto a su vez proporciona ahorros económicos

No full textThe present degree work is focused on carrying out a feasibility study for the implementation of a photovoltaic solar system as an alternative solution to electrically energize a pumping unit with progressive cavities located in a La Cira Infantas field, in the Middle Valley Basin. of the Magdalena. To do this, the potential zones of solar radiation in the Basin (most representative maximum peaks) were identified by using the IDEAM Radiation Atlas of Colombia tool. Next, the fundamental criteria were defined for the selection of the CVMM-1 well with the purpose of coupling the solar photovoltaic system. Subsequently, the energy consumption per hour during the day of the pumping unit with progressive cavities was determined. Additionally, the sizing of all the elements that make up the solar photovoltaic system adapted to the energy demand of the pumping unit was carried out, by calculating the number of solar panels, batteries, inverters and regulators. Finally, the economic analysis of the project was carried out to determine its profitability after 20 years.El presente trabajo de grado está enfocado en la realización de un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un sistema solar fotovoltaico como solución alternativa para energizar eléctricamente una unidad de bombeo con cavidades progresivas ubicado en un campo La Cira Infantas, en la Cuenca del Valle Medio del Magdalena. Para ello, se identificaron las zonas potenciales de radiación solar en la Cuenca (picos máximos más representativos) mediante la utilización de la herramienta Atlas de radiación de Colombia del IDEAM. Seguidamente, se definieron los criterios fundamentales para la selección del pozo CVMM-1 con el propósito de acoplar el sistema solar fotovoltaico. Posteriormente, se determinó el consumo energético por hora durante el día de la unidad de bombeo con cavidades progresivas. Adicionalmente, se realizó el dimensionamiento de todos los elementos que conforman el sistema solar fotovoltaico adaptados a la demanda energética de la unidad de bombeo, mediante el cálculo del número de paneles solares, baterías, inversores y reguladores. Finalmente, se realizó el análisis económico del proyecto para determinar su rentabilidad al cabo de 20 años

This must offer consulting, extension and research services to the industry of scalable units through the characterization and requirements for the start-up of the plant.
Being that the differentiating services to be offered will solve the trend needs of the current industry, taking into account operational logistics criteria and prevention of corresponding risks to generate reliability by the implementation of equipment and facilities to the collaborators who are in the workplace.
Through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) addressed, starting with the fourth one which talks about quality education, it is mentioned that one of its goals is to increase the number of technical or professional people who have sufficient skills required to have job opportunities, thus, through the portfolio of services offered by CEPIIS, it can provide practical learning to undergraduate or graduate students, teachers and professionals interested in carrying out projects at the plant; and as for the eighth objective which is about decent work and economic growth, one of the proposals made in this is to achieve high levels of productivity in terms of the economy taking into account technology and innovation, for which it relates to the plant to generate employment opportunities in the sector, in addition to carrying out consultancies through expert advice to companies, and complying with the innovation parameter through research developed in projects for the chemical industry.El desarrollo del portafolio de servicios para el Centro de Procesos e Innovación para la Industria Sostenible (CEPIIS) de la Universidad de América se lleva a cabo como necesidad de conocer los servicios que se pueden llegar a ofrecer en la planta semi-industrial, para adquirir información de reconocimiento e identificación de las unidades de procesos tanto estructurales como operacionales.
Este debe ofrecer servicios a la industria consultoría, extensión e investigación de las unidades escalables por medio de la caracterización y requerimientos para la puesta en marcha de la planta.
Siendo que los servicios diferenciadores para ofertar resolverán necesidades de tendencia de la industria actual, teniendo en cuenta criterios de logística operacional y prevención de riesgos correspondientes para generar confiabilidad por parte de la implementación de equipos e instalaciones a los colaboradores que se encuentren en el lugar de trabajo.
Por medio de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) abordados, comenzando por el cuarto el cual habla acerca de la educación de calidad, en este se menciona que una de sus metas es aumentar la cantidad de personas técnicas o profesionales que tengan las suficientes competencias requeridas para tener oportunidad laboral, siendo así, por medio del portafolio de servicios que ofrece el CEPIIS, puede llegar a brindar aprendizaje práctico a estudiantes de pregrado o posgrado, docentes y profesionales interesados en realizar proyectos en la planta; y en cuanto al octavo objetivo que es sobre trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, una de las propuestas que se realizan en este es llegar a tener altos niveles de productividad en cuanto a la economía teniendo en cuenta la tecnología e innovación, por el cual se relaciona con la planta para generar oportunidades de empleo en el sector, además realizar consultorías por medio de asesorías con expertos a empresas, y cumplir con el parámetro de innovación por medio de las investigaciones que se desarrollen en proyectos para la industria química
