No full textThe company C.I. LIANSA S.A.S. (Bio2Eco), commercializes a line of industrial disinfectant products, which are intended to be affordable, ecological and of quality. The company is in the commercialization of a product called "Desinfect & Clean"; this product is sold to a shopping center in the city of Medellin, but it is not yet freely available in the market. One of the challenges of this project is to ensure that by making changes to the product, quality is maintained. A physical or chemical improvement is sought to obtain a final product that competes with the products that are already on the market, complying with the characteristics of a disinfectant that acts on gram positive and gram negative bacteria.La empresa C.I. LiansaS.A.S. (Bio2Eco), comercializa una línea de productos desinfectantes industriales, los cuales, se busca que sean asequibles, ecológicos y de calidad. La empresa se encuentra en la comercialización de un producto denominado “Desinfect & Clean”; este producto se vende a un centro comercial de la ciudad de Medellín, pero aún no está disponible libremente en el mercado. Uno de los desafíos de este proyecto es asegurar que, al realizar modificaciones en el producto, se mantenga la calidad. No full textA verification of the raw materials to verify that the Colombian standard complies with the grammages of each of the raw materials with respect to the formulation of each cookie was made and in turn the measurement systems used in the manufacture of the mixtures were evaluated to determine if any of these points were influential in the variation of the mixture's elaboration; The physicochemical and microbiological characterization of each of the raw materials and the finished product was carried out, in order to guarantee the quality and nutritional grade of these. A description of the environmental variables of the plant was carried out, step by step, the verification of the current formulations, the analysis of the fermentation process of the mixtures, the comparison between the fermentation conditions and the environmental conditions of the plant, the use of some of the raw materials, the identification of some critical points and critical control points were verified. All this to carry out the design of a robust proposal where three problems present in the plant will be mitigated, which were the variation in the manufacture of mixtures due to lack of standardization of the process, the rejection of mixtures, which is one of the largest problems present in the molded biscuit production line; Finally, the lack of controls that allow determining the real state of the mixture and the remaining time before cleaning the pipe.Se realizó una verificación de las materias primas para corroborar que se cumple con la norma Colombiana los gramajes de cada una de las materias primas con respecto a la formulación de cada galleta y a su vez se evaluaron los sistemas de medida utilizados en la fabricación de las mezclas para determinar si alguno de estos puntos eran influyentes en la variación de la elaboración de la mezcla; se realizó la caracterización fisicoquímica y microbiológica de cada una de las materias primas y del producto terminado, con el fin de garantizar la calidad y el grado alimenticio de éstas. Se llevó a cabo una descripción de las variables ambientales de la planta, etapa por etapa, la comprobación de las formulaciones actuales, el análisis del proceso de fermentación de las mezclas, la comparación entre las condiciones de fermentación y las condiciones ambientales de la planta, se verificó el uso de algunas de las materias primas, la identificación de algunos puntos críticos y puntos críticos de control. Todo esto para realizar el diseño de una propuesta robusta donde se logrará mitigar tres problemas presentes en la planta, los cuales eran la variación en la fabricación de mezclas por falta de estandarización del proceso, el rechazo de mezclas, el cual es uno de los mayores problemas presentes en la línea de producción de galletas moldeadas; por último, la falta de controles que permitan determinar el estado real de la mezcla y el tiempo remanente antes de realizar el aseo a la tubería.Planta de soluciones Omeg

No full textFor the project, a feedback with the flower growers begins, resulting in a problem in the product's cold chain, subsequently determining the most important functional parameters of the mobile heated chamber for the transport of flowers. Once the parameters and concepts needed for the design are determined, the selection of the best cooling system is made, as well as other components that will allow the best chamber performance. Subsequently, the detailed design of the refrigeration, storage, power and mobile systems is carried out, achieving an appropriate result for its operation. Then the assembly drawings of each of the fundamental parts in case of construction are made using Autodesk Inventor software.Para el proyecto se comienza con una retroalimentación de información con los cultivadores de flores dando como resultado una problemática en la cadena de frío del producto, posteriormente se determinan los parámetros funcionales más importantes de la cámara climatizada móvil para el transporte de flores. Una vez determinado los parámetros y conceptos que se necesitan para el diseño, se hace la selección del mejor sistema de refrigeración, al igual que otros componentes que permitirán el mejor desempeño de la cámara. Posteriormente se realiza el diseño detallado de los sistemas de refrigeración, almacenamiento, alimentación y móvil, logrando un resultado apropiado para su funcionamiento. Después se realizan los planos de ensamble de cada una de las piezas fundamentales en caso de construcción mediante el software Autodesk Inventor
