It’s planned to unify those places with a 12 km lineal park that will host more than 200 endangered and 50 native tree species that are not found anywhere else in the country. This park will be connected through cable cars, terrestrial ways, and river links. It will have a station succession, camping areas, security equipment, and ports; reaching 10 hectares distributed in three cores, ready to supply needs and provide jobs for over 5.000 people.El plan pretende abarcar las zonas afectadas por la violencia con mayor presencia de cultivos de coca, impulsando la economía de sectores vulnerables, generando productos alternativos a base de la hoja de coca, y dignificando así a los trabajadores cocaleros y poblaciones segregadas. Se planea unificar dichos lugares con un parque lineal de 12 kilómetros que tendrá cabida a más de 200 especies animales en vía de extinción y 50 especies arbóreas que no se ven en otros lugares del país. Este parque se conectará vía teleférico, vía terrestre y por vía fluvial. Tendrá una sucesión de estaciones, áreas de camping, equipamientos de seguridad y puertos, hasta llegar a las 10 hectáreas distribuidas en tres núcleos, con equipamientos capaces de suplir necesidades y brindar trabajo a más de 5.000 personas
Proposal for the controlled separation of water and salts from crude oil in the desalination section of a refinery, reducing corrosive effects downstream
No full textAs the oil exploitation expands, significant amounts of water are produced, part of it forms emulsions in the crude, favoring the corrosive and contaminating potential of the same by the dragging of salts and other compounds. Due to this, it is essential to establish an adequate crude-oil desalination and dehydration program focused on increasing the efficiency of the process to reduce the risks of accidents with potential damage to the environment, infrastructure and people, due to loss of integrity of the water equipment down. In this way, the present project seeks to generate a proposal to improve the performance of the desalting and dehydration of current crude oil in the refinery, thus favoring the separation of the present phases, keeping the salt and water contents constant and within specifications. The crude product, so a diagnosis of the current state of the process was carried out to establish a starting problem point. Subsequently, and in order to evaluate the effect of the variables of interest on the desalination efficiency, a mathematical model capable of giving repeatability, with a certain level of precision to the real values, was selected, and from this, the optimal conditions were evaluated of work.A medida que se extiende la explotación petrolera, se producen cantidades importantes de agua, parte de ella forma emulsiones en el crudo, favoreciendo el potencial corrosivo y contaminante del mismo por el arrastre de sales y otros compuestos . Debido a esto, es fundamental establecer un programa adecuado de desalado y deshidratado de crudo enfocado en aumentar la eficiencia del proceso para disminuir los riesgos de accidentalidad con daño potencial al ambiente, a la infraestructura y a las personas, por pérdida de integridad de los equipos aguas abajo. De esta manera, el presente proyecto busca generar una propuesta para mejorar el rendimiento del desalado y deshidratado de crudo actual en la refinería, favoreciendo así, la separación de las fases presentes, manteniendo constantes y dentro de especificaciones, los contenidos de sal y agua en el crudo producto, por lo que se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico del estado actual del proceso para establecer un punto problema de partida. Posteriormente, y con el fin de evaluar el efecto de las variables de interés sobre la eficiencia del desalado, se seleccionó un modelo matemático capaz de dar repetibilidad, con cierto nivel de precisión a los valores reales y a partir de este, se evaluaron las condiciones óptimas de trabajo

No full textIt is indisputable that the oil industry is the engine of the Colombian economy, however, it has gone through legal, economic, public and even hard work to find oil in recent decades, which is why the detailed characterization of deposits develops static models, established by geological, petrophysical and engineering information, which describes the deposit, the fluids naturally present in the pores of the rocks, the definition of fractures and the distribution of properties in the extension of the area, with the objective of determining the reserves and sets an optimal development plan where the volume of hydrocarbons in the subsoil has already been established, for this reason, it is of vital importance for the exploitation of a deposit, in which, by means of a dynamic model the behavior of fluids in movement through the porous medium is visualized, allowing a plan of exploitation.Es indiscutible que la industria petrolera es el motor de la economía colombiana, sin embargo, ha atravesado dificultades de carácter jurídico, económico y público, a las cuales en las últimas décadas se ha sumado el arduo trabajo para encontrar petróleo. Alternative natural materials to fiberglass in GRP in function of their sound insulation
No full textIn this document the description of an insulating material used for the control and reduction of acoustic noise levels was developed, which is constituted by fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP). In addition, an environmental impact analysis of the material was made using the life cycle as an analysis, from this, a polyester plastic resin was selected taking into account the thickness. Subsequently, three alternative materials to fiberglass are described as reinforcers in polyester resins called natural fiber reinforced plastics (NFRP) based on their acoustic insulation and their natural fiber characteristics. These were Kenaf, Coco and Jute. Whichever is evaluated using a frequency level to obtain the material with the highest acoustic reduction coefficient. Finally, the materials were evaluated using the P5 standard methodology, where the environmental impacts were categorized among others, making a comparative analysis and evaluating the most optimal material.En este documento se describió un material aislante utilizado para el control y disminución de niveles de ruido acústico, el cual está constituido por plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio (PRFV). Además se realizó un análisis de impacto ambiental del material utilizando como análisis el ciclo de vida. A partir de esto, se seleccionó una resina plástica de poliéster teniendo en cuenta el espesor. Posteriormente, se describieron tres materiales alternativos a la fibra de vidrio como reforzantes en resinas de poliéster llamados plásticos reforzados con fibra natural (PRFN) en función de su aislamiento acústico y sus características de fibra natural. Estos fueron el Kenaf, Coco y Yute, los cuales se evaluaron con el fin de obtener el material con mayor coeficiente de reducción acústica. Finalmente se evaluaron los materiales mediante la metodología del estándar P5, en donde se categorizaron los impactos ambientales entre otros realizando un análisis comparativo y evaluando el material más óptimo

No full textThe production of fuel from plastics has generated a significant advance in the field of renewable energy, achieving the emergence of a large number of high-tech facilities in different countries such as Germany, the United States, and England. The implementation of these technologies has yielded positive results in the management and use of plastic waste, since not only does the elimination of waste occur, but also its recovery. From the bibliographic review of the pyrolysis process in plastics, the most appropriate procedures were determined to carry out the physicochemical characterization of post-industrial polypropylene. Said analyzes consisted of determining the moisture content, ash content, volatile material, fixed carbon and thermogravimetric analysis. The measurements made it possible to establish the influence of these properties on the performance of the process. The results showed that percentages greater than 10% of moisture and ash content decrease oil production. Subsequently, the polypropylene pyrolysis process (post-industrial) was carried out at the laboratory level to obtain pyrolytic oil, from a factorial-type experimental design (22) with two replicates for each factor.La producción de combustible a partir de plásticos ha generado un avance significativo en el ámbito de las energías renovables, logrando el surgimiento de un gran número de instalaciones de alta tecnología en distintos países como Alemania, Estados Unidos, Inglaterra. La implementación de estas tecnologías ha arrojado resultados positivos en el manejo y aprovechamiento de residuos plásticos, ya que no solo se da la eliminación de residuos sino a su vez la valorización de estos. A partir de la revisión bibliográfica del proceso de pirolisis en plásticos se determinaron los procedimientos más apropiados para realizar la caracterización fisicoquímica del polipropileno post industrial. Dichos análisis consistieron en la determinación del contenido de humedad, contenido de cenizas, material volátil, carbón fijo y en el análisis termo gravimétrico. Las mediciones permitieron establecer la influencia de estas propiedades sobre el rendimiento del proceso. Los resultados mostraron que porcentajes mayores al 10% de contenido de humedad y cenizas disminuyen la producción de aceite. Posteriormente se realizó el proceso de pirolisis del polipropileno (post industrial) a nivel laboratorio para la obtención del aceite pirolítico, a partir de un diseño experimental tipo factorial (22) con dos replicas para cada factor

La empresa elabora muebles de madera. En la primera etapa del proyecto, se realizó el diagnóstico del comportamiento de la actividad de elaboración de muebles a nivel nacional y local, y como son afectados los procesos por las fluctuaciones negativas de las variables económicas, en primer lugar, se hizo una análisis PESTAL, para Colombia y para Bogotá, seguido de esto se identificaron las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y amenazas que se presentan internamente en la empresa y el comportamiento del mercado, generando, estrategias a nivel externo e interno, que aumenten la competitividad de la empresa
