No full textThis degree work provides a detailed explanation of the importance of Financial Education in the Standard of Living of the Millennials population, based on an analysis in the four main cities of Colombia. It begins by examining the weight of Financial Education that covers the country and the Standard of Living that Millennials have today. This was done based on the results of surveys that were carried out on Millennials in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla in order to have current first-rate support as each of the indicators has evolved and give the same answer to the hypothesis proposed.Este trabajo de grado, brinda una explicación detallada de la importancia de la Educación Financiera en el Nivel de Vida de la población Millennials, partiendo de un análisis en las cuatro principales ciudades de Colombia. Se inicia examinando el peso de la Educación Financiera que cubre el país y el Nivel de Vida que tienen los Millennials hoy en día. The increase in productivity and quality, impeding the reprocessing of the finished product and the physical involvement of operators by repetitive activities. For the fulfillment of the project carried out, an investigation of the affected cutting systems in the industry for flexible sheets was carried out, then the current parameters of the company, factors such as the product process, cutting methods used and variables involved were investigated . Next, the requirements of the company were defined both for production and those that solve the problem that the company has.Este proyecto tiene como fin el diseño de una máquina para el corte de láminas de empaque flexible para flores en la empresa Inversiones Cristapack S.A.S. permitiendo el aumento de la productividad y calidad, asimismo impedirá el reproceso del producto terminado y la afectación física de operarios por actividades repetitivas. Design of an aerogenerator as a main energy source for an oil extraction cluster in Rubiales of Puerto Gaitán
No full textThis project is focused on the design of a wind turbine for the Rubiales oil extraction zone in Puerto Gaitán, Meta, which is associated in the analysis of the availability of wind potential in the area; Following this, the power requirement that the extraction systems require by means of PCP pumps (Progressive Cavity Pumps) was compiled. Subsequently, the climatic variables of the area that could be related to the operation of the wind turbine were determined. Next, the detailed design of the machine was carried out, making the calculations of the elements designed with their respective mechanical resistance, for the elements that were selected were validated with previous calculations. The detailed design of the systems defined for the wind turbine was carried out, starting with the power input (blades) until culminating with the functional design of the electric generator and the electrogen transfer, after this the structural design was made to keep the wind turbine in the desired position to ensure optimal wind conditions for operation. Subsequently, the assembly, operation and maintenance manuals were developed taking into account the environmental impact produced by the implementation of the wind turbine in the area.Este proyecto está enfocado al diseño de un aerogenerador para la zona de extracción de petróleos de Rubiales en Puerto Gaitán, Meta, el cual está asociado en análisis de la disponibilidad del potencial eólico en la zona; seguido a esto se recopilo el requerimiento de potencia que requieren los sistemas de extracción por medio de bombas PCP (Bombas de Cavidad Progresiva).Posteriormente se determinaron las variables climáticas de la zona que pudieran tener relación con el funcionamiento del aerogenerador. A continuación, se realizó el diseño a detalle de la máquina, realizando los cálculos de los elementos diseñados con su respectiva resistencia mecánica, para los elementos que fueran seleccionados se validaron con cálculos previos. Se realizó el diseño a detalle de los sistemas definidos para el aerogenerador, iniciando por la entrada de potencia (aspas) hasta culminar con el diseño funcional del generador eléctrico y la transferencia electrógena, posterior a esto se realizó el diseño estructural para mantener el aerogenerador en la posición deseada para asegurar unas condiciones de viento óptimas para el funcionamiento. Posteriormente se desarrollaron los manuales de montaje, operación y mantenimiento teniendo en cuenta el impacto ambiental que produce la implementación del aerogenerador en la zona

Also, exposes the so-called energy transition as a global need that every time it worsens and, on the other hand, a problem with which the new generations. It is a material rich in renewable energy knowledge. Initially the frame reference exposes all those technologies that are at the forefront, as well as its fundamental principles. Through an analytical tool, contextualize issues of benefits and barriers regarding the implementation of renewable energy as a business model. Later they will be able to identify the importance of the primary sector, agriculture, in a cyclical economy and the impact that has generated the technification and entry of foreign competition in the production of the land. Finally, a complete portfolio of an overview of biodigester technology, as well as a brief cost-benefit analysis of a project of this complexity.El presente documento propone al propietario del caso de estudio, finca Las Brisas, una solución auto sostenible que permita mitigar el impacto negativo que tiene la disposición de residuos orgánicos a cielo abierto, de tal manera que permita observar un beneficio económico a través de la tecnología biodigestor. Esto con el fin de ofrecer a toda la comunidad de Puerto Rico (Meta), un modelo de negocio rentable y amigable con el medio ambiente en la región de la Orinoquia. Además, expone la tan denominada transición energética como una necesidad mundial que cada vez se agudiza y, por otro lado, una problemática con la que lidian las nuevas generaciones. Es un material rico en conocimientos de energías renovables. Inicialmente el marco de referencia expone todas aquellas tecnologías que están a la vanguardia, así como sus principios fundamentales. A través de una herramienta analítica, se contextualizará temas de beneficios y barreras en materia de implementación de energías renovables como modelo de negocio. Más adelante podrán identificar la importancia del sector primario, agricultura, en una economía cíclica y el impacto que ha generado la tecnificación e ingreso de la competencia extranjera en la producción de la tierra. Validation of the production process of ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets in Coaspharma Laboratories
No full textThe present work contains a proposal for the validation of the production process of Ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets in COASPHARMA laboratories in the city of Bogotá, complying with the requirements and guidelines of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the WHO (World Health Organization). To start the validation process it is necessary to carry out a preliminary evaluation which consists of compiling historical documents that evidence a retrospective validation of the drug, giving way to the realization of the first concurrent validation starting with a validation protocol, in which the stages of the process, parameters and everything necessary for the analysis of the production process are delimited, later by means of experimental tests and with the help of statistical tools the standardization and qualification of the production process was carried out. Finally, the validation of the process was documented demonstrating that the process is capable of meeting the specifications and requirements necessary for the manufacture of the product following the guidelines given by the control and quality bodies for this industry.El presente trabajo contiene una propuesta para la validación del proceso de producción de Ciprofloxacina 500mg tabletas en laboratorios COASPHARMA en la ciudad de Bogotá, cumpliendo con los requerimientos y directrices de la FDA (Food and Drug Administration) y la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud). Para dar inicio al proceso de validación es necesario realizar una evaluación preliminar la cual consiste en recopilar documentos históricos que evidencian una validación retrospectiva del medicamento, dando paso a la realización de la primera validación concurrente iniciando con un protocolo de validación, en el cual se delimitan las etapas del proceso, parámetros y todo lo necesario para el análisis del proceso productivo, posteriormente por medio de pruebas experimentales y con la ayuda de herramientas estadísticas se realizó la estandarización y calificación del proceso productivo. Por último, la validación del proceso fue documentada demostrando que el proceso es capaz de cumplir con las especificaciones y requisitos necesarios para la fabricación del producto siguiendo las directrices dadas por los organismos de control y calidad para esta industria

The reservoir for sustainable aquaculture is a project that, within the proposed social reconstruction, covers education, work and food security issues, which mainly dignifies the lives of people affected by the armed conflict.La propuesta comienza desde un diseño macro a nivel regional que consiste en la conexión del departamento con el centro del país fortaleciendo la infraestructura, mejorando la parte social y cultural, protegiendo la riqueza ambiental y sobre todo fomentando las fronteras productivas. Dentro del diseño macro regional, en el municipio de calamar Guaviare se diseña un plan de unión del casco urbano con el sitio más afectado por la erradicación de los cultivos ilícitos, en este se encuentran las soluciones a los problemas antes mencionados. Se divide en 2 mundos el mundo de arriba y el mundo de abajo dentro del mundo de arriba se diseñan los proyectos de infraestructura sostenible y economía sostenible, dentro del mundo de abajo se encuentran los proyectos sociales y ambientales.
