No full textThe purpose of the present degree work is to analyze the impact that strategic thinking would have on the export of standing cattle, to know how this whole process is carried out and all that must be taken into account in order to carry out this type of activity, inquiring about the export conditions that must be met in order to export these live animals, what their requirements are in terms of animal welfare and health, until we know how the export process is carried out in legal and administrative terms. We must understand how we can use uncertainty in our favor with good decision making, that is, how we can make sense of the actions of the past, learning from them in order to make better decisions in the present that will guide us to a more promising future, where decision processes are more effective, in order to finally obtain an export process in which an execution that manages to reduce risks takes precedence, prevent problems, ensure animal welfare in their export conditions, comply with all the legal and administrative requirements for carrying out this process.El presente trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad analizar el impacto que tendría aplicar el pensamiento estratégico para la exportación de ganado bovino en pie, conocer cómo se realiza todo este proceso y todo lo que se debe tener en cuenta para realizar este tipo de actividad, indagando sobre las condiciones de exportación que se deben cumplir para exportar estos animales vivos, cuáles son sus exigencias en términos de bienestar y salud animal, hasta saber cómo se realiza el proceso de exportación en términos legales y administrativos. Debemos entender cómo podemos usar la incertidumbre a nuestro favor con la buena toma de decisiones, es decir, de qué manera podemos darle sentido a las acciones del pasado, aprendiendo de ellas para poder tomar unas mejores decisiones en el presente que nos guíen a un futuro más prometedor, en donde los procesos de decisión sean más efectivos, para finalmente obtener un proceso de exportación en donde prime una ejecución que logre disminuir riesgos, prevenir problemas, la garantía del bienestar animal en sus condiciones de exportación, el cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos legales y administrativos para la realización de este proceso

Model for the implementation of lean manufacturing tools for the desserts production process of micro-enterprises in the city of Bogotá D.C.
No full textIn the present project, an implementation model of Lean Manufacturing tools was carried out for the process of production of desserts of micro-companies in the city of Bogotá DC, a model that aims to establish the current situation of companies in the aforementioned sector, in a way that facilitates the identification of waste (muda) and opportunities for improvement, allowing to increase their productivity through five lean manufacturing tools that were selected according to the characteristics of the sector and subsector. For the development of the research, a conceptual framework of Lean Manufacturing was carried out where the types of waste were established and how they negatively influence the productive processes of companies, as well as mentioning the main Lean Manufacturing tools and the impact of each of them on the production area. Subsequently, to diagnose the current state of the confectionery and pastry sector, the PESTAL tool was used (Bogotá and Colombia), then the sector analysis was carried out where the diagnosis was completed using the DOFA Matrix tool (weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats).En el presente proyecto se realizó un modelo de implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing para el proceso de producción de postres de microempresas de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., modelo que tiene por objetivo establecer la situación actual de las empresas del sector mencionado, de manera que se facilite la identificación de desperdicios (mudas) y oportunidades de mejora permitiendo incrementar la productividad de las mismas a través de cinco herramientas de manufactura esbelta que fueron seleccionadas acorde a las características del sector y subsector. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se realizó un marco conceptual de Lean Manufacturing en donde se establecieron los tipos de desperdicios y como estos influyen de manera negativa en los procesos productivos de las empresas, así como también se hizo mención a las principales herramientas de manufactura esbelta y el impacto de cada una de ellas en el área de producción. Posteriormente, para diagnosticar el estado actual del sector de la repostería y pastelería, se empleó la herramienta PESTAL (Bogotá y Colombia), luego se realizó el análisis sectorial en donde se finalizó el diagnóstico mediante la herramienta Matriz DOFA (debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas)

No full textThe physicochemical properties of polyethylene terephthalate in amorphous state, obtained from industrial surpluses, for the manufacture of non-returnable bottles were characterized. From the above, an intrinsic viscosity of 0.538 +/- 0.024 dL / g, acetaldehyde concentration of 4.00 +/- 2.00 ppm, density of 1.53 +/- 0.05 g / cm3 and melt index of 129 +/-22 g/10min was defined for pelleting. Second, the physicochemical and mechanical properties of preforms and non-returnable 2L bottles, manufactured with the current dosage of 3% PET in amorphous state, were determined. It was obtained 0.830 +/- 0.015 dL / g of intrinsic viscosity, 2.32 +/- 0.605 ppm of acetaldehyde concentration, resistance to vertical compression of 29.98 +/- 1.72 kg-F and, without failure of any bottle in the test of internal pressure resistance at 135 psi for 13 seconds.Se caracterizaron las propiedades fisicoquímicas del Polietilentereftalato en estado amorfo, obtenido de excedentes industriales, para la fabricación de botellas no retornables. De lo anterior, se definió para el peletizado una viscosidad intrínseca de 0.538 +/-0.024 dL/g, concentración de acetaldehído de 4.00+/-2.00 ppm, densidad de 1.53 +/-0.05 g/cm3 e índice de fluidez de 129 +/-22 g/10min. En segundo lugar, se determinaron las propiedades fisicoquímicas y mecánicas de preformas y botellas no retornables de 2L, fabricadas con la dosificación actual de 3% de PET en estado amorfo. Se obtuvo 0.830+/-0.015 dL/g de viscosidad intrínseca, 2.32 +/-0.605 ppm de concentración de acetaldehído, resistencia a la compresión vertical de 29.98 +/- 1.72 kg-F y, sin falla de ninguna botella en la prueba de resistencia a la presión interna a 135 psi durante 13 segundos
Optimization of heavy oil production in a field of eastern Llanos Orientales
No full textThe following degree work describes the process of optimization of heavy crude in a Field of the Eastern Llanos Basin, through the closing of wells with high water production that activates the opening of wells with a high oil potential. The high water cuts present in some wells of the field, product of the presence of an active aquifer in the objective formation, together with the capacity of the surface facilities, have generated a limitation of total production in the field and the need to carry out an adequate adaptation of the ratio of water produced per barrel of oil produced. This optimization was carried out through the use of Nodal Analysis, which allows to find the optimum productivity index (IP) of the study wells and determine the fluid contribution capacity of the wells with the current survey system, under the premise of no generate investment in survey costs, expansion of facilities and redesign of the survey system; allowing to find effective and short-term solutions, based on the management of existing equipment in Field A.El siguiente trabajo de grado describe el proceso de optimización de crudo pesado en un Campo de la Cuenca de los Llanos Orientales, a través del cierre periódico de pozos con alta producción de agua que permitan dar apertura a pozos con un alto potencial de petróleo. Los elevados cortes de agua presentes en algunos pozos del campo, producto de la presencia de un acuífero activo en la formación objetivo, junto con la capacidad de las facilidades de superficie, han generado una limitante de producción total en el campo y la necesidad de llevar a cabo una adecuada optimización de la relación de agua producida por barril de petróleo producido.
Dicha optimización se realizó mediante el uso del Análisis Nodal, el cual permite encontrar el índice de productividad (IP) de los pozos de estudio y determinar la capacidad de aporte de fluido de los pozos con el sistema de levantamiento actual, bajo la premisa de no generar inversión en costos de levantamiento, expansión de facilidades y rediseño del sistema de levantamiento; permitiendo encontrar soluciones efectivas y a corto tiempo, a partir del manejo de los equipos existentes en el Campo A.Ecopetrol S.A
Knowledge Management and Quality Management in organizations
No full textThe goal of the present work is to perform a review of the literature about knowledge management and quality management in organizations, for its development a systematic review of the literature was carried out through consultation of different sources of information. The results show that there is theoretical and empirical evidence of the relationship between the knowledge management and quality management models, with knowledge management being the bridge that facilitates the implementation processes of quality and innovation management systems in organizations. Likewise, the results obtained by organizations that have implemented knowledge management within the framework of quality management systems are presented from the development of the dimensions of knowledge management, such as the dimensions and capacities of quality management. The results obtained suggest the development of research using a quantitative or mixed approach that allows empirical evidence of the conclusions reached by the researchers referred to in this work, on the relationship between models in Latin American organizations.El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar una revisión de la literatura sobre la gestión del conocimiento y la gestión de la calidad en las organizaciones, para su desarrollo se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura a través de la consulta de diferentes fuentes de información. Los resultados muestran que existe evidencia teórica y empírica de la relación existente entre los modelos de gestión del conocimiento y de gestión de calidad, siendo la gestión del conocimiento, el puente que facilita los procesos de implementación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad y de innovación en las organizaciones. De igual manera se presentan los resultados obtenidos por organizaciones que han implementado la gestión del conocimiento en el marco de los sistemas de gestión de calidad a partir del desarrollo de las dimensiones de la gestión del conocimiento, como las dimensiones y capacidades de la gestión de calidad. Los resultados obtenidos sugieren el desarrollo investigaciones bajo un enfoque cuantitativo o mixto que permitan evidenciar de manera empírica las conclusiones a las que han llegado los investigadores referidos en este trabajo, sobre la relación existente entre los modelos en organizaciones latinoamericanas
Optimization of the mechanical pumping system for maximum lifting efficiency in three wells that present gas interference in the Palagua field
No full textThis work uses real data from 3 wells of the Palagua field, located in Puerto Boyacá, operated by the IJP Temporary Union. The main results were, to give better gas handling and avoid gas interference in the wells, one of the two possible cases of optimization was to increase the efficiency of the pump as a compressor by decreasing dead spaces and the other approach was the installation of a cup-type separator at the bottom in order to prevent the entry of gas to the pump and as main conclusions the decrease of dead space in wells with little gas presence becomes more profitable, otherwise, in wells with high ratio Gas oil is much more practical collation of gas separators in the background.Este trabajo utiliza datos reales de 3 pozos del campo Palagua, ubicado en Puerto Boyacá, operado por la Unión Temporal IJP. Los principales resultados fueron, para darle mejor manejo al gas y evitar interferencia por gas en los pozos, uno de los dos posibles casos de optimización fue aumentar la eficiencia de la bomba como compresor mediante la disminución de los espacios muertos y el otro planteamiento fue la instalación de un separador tipo copa en el fondo con el fin de evitar la entrada de gas a la bomba y como conclusiones principales la disminución del espacio muerto en pozos con poca presencia de gas se hace más rentable, caso contrario que en pozos con alta relación gas petróleo se hace mucho más práctico la colación de separadores de gas en fondo
