No full textColombia and underdeveloped countries have been affected mainly by their lack of processing of the raw material, these countries have excellent natural resources that are exploited to later be taken to other countries that transform them making them acquire a much higher commercial value due to which was added something that where the material came from could not be manufactured to later sell it in countries where they do not have the machinery or personnel to process them, making those who process them or generate some added value are those we call developed countries since when processing said raw material or give it some added value are obtaining a profit margin greater than the one that only exploits it, for this reason it is recommended that companies and countries concentrate their efforts on processing the resources they exploit and then whether to export them, to give a solution it is suggested that investments be made in capita l human since it is an important factor of productivity for companies and countries, likewise the updated machinery, although for many it is not taken into account causing delays, lost productivity, low profitability even delaying countries in general.Colombia y los países subdesarrollados se han visto afectados principalmente por su falta de procesamiento de la materia prima, estos países cuentan con excelentes recursos naturales que son explotados para posteriormente ser llevados a otros países que los transformaran haciendo que adquieran un valor comercial mucho más alto debido a que se le agrego algo que donde provenía la materia no se podría fabricar para posteriormente venderlo en países donde no tienen la maquinaria o el personal para procesarlos, haciendo que quienes los procesan o generan algún valor agregado sean quienes llamamos países desarrollados ya que al procesar dicha materia prima en bruto o darle algún valor agregado están obteniendo un margen de utilidad mayor al que solo la explota, por esta razón se recomienda que las empresas y los países concentren sus esfuerzos en procesar los recursos que explotan y luego si pasar a exportarlos, para darle solución se sugiere que se hagan inversiones en capital humano ya que es un factor importante de productividad para las empresas y países, así mismo la maquinaria actualizada, aunque para muchas no es tenido en cuenta causando atrasos, perdidas en la productividad, baja rentabilidad inclusive atrasando a los países a nivel general
Guidelines for risk management in gasoline service stations in Bogota
No full textThe service stations are ruled by operation and construction licenses, which are inspected to monitor the risks inherent to these stations, for this purpose the obligations according to 1073 decree of 2015 were identified and related regarding to social, economic and ambiental ambit which helped to identified the correct function of an service stations. Subsequently, the activities of each operation were related to the obligations that they must fulfill in order to determine the possible risks to which they are subjected to, after that, they were analyzed and evaluated by using an Ecopetrol RAM matrix. This risk assessment begins with the identification of the level of probability, and then request a semi-qualitative assessment defining the level of threat. The highest rated risks were: soil contamination, alteration of the natural environment and customer dissatisfaction. For that, the following mitigation strategies were defined for each of these three risks: contingency plans, environmental monitoring and audits.Las estaciones de servicio (EDS) se rigen por licencias de operación y construcción, las cuales se inspeccionaron para supervisar los riesgos inherentes a estas estaciones. Para esto se identificaron y relacionaron las obligaciones establecidas en el decreto 1073 de 2015 con respecto al ámbito social, económico y ambiental que ayudaron a determinar el correcto funcionamiento de una EDS. Posteriormente, se relacionaron las actividades propias de las de operación con las obligaciones que deben cumplir las EDS para determinar los posibles riesgos a las cuales se ven sometidas; seguidamente, estos riesgos se analizaron y evaluaron por medio de una matriz RAM de Ecopetrol. Esta evaluación de riesgos partió de la identificación del nivel de probabilidad, para luego efectuar una valoración semi-cualitativa definiendo el nivel de amenaza. Los riesgos con valoración alta fueron: contaminación del suelo, alteración del entorno natural e insatisfacción del cliente. Luego, se definieron las siguientes estrategias de mitigación para cada uno de estos tres riesgos: planes de contingencia, monitoreos ambientales y auditorias

No full textThe present work of degree has the objective of demonstrating the technical-financial viability of a project to export magnesium Silicate to the city of Cayambe - Ecuador from Bogotá, from the company Agrosilicatos S.A.S. Feasibility studies aim to see the advantages, disadvantages, investments, risks, among others, to achieve decision-making through an export. A business plan will be carried out evidencing a market study where indicators, consumer preferences and macroeconomic factors of the destination country are observed, a technical study is included where the composition and description of the product, logistics chain, required documentation and costs; by means of an economic study the net present value is established, it is not clear whether the project is viable or not.El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo demostrar la viabilidad financiera de un proyecto de exportación de silicato de magnesio a la ciudad de Cayambe – Ecuador desde Bogotá, de la empresa Agro silicatos S.A.S. No full textThe degree project was based on a diagnosis of the Doña Juana Landfill units. Emphasis was placed on the physicochemical treatment line on which our grade work is based. In the diagnosis, the leachate was sampled to determine the parameters that are currently not being met in the plant, taking into account the current environmental regulations: Resolution 631 of 2015. In addition, the operation of the current treatment units was verified by performing analysis statistics according to volumetric capacity; analysis of the behavior of the Ph and the parameters such as BOD, COD and OSH were made.El proyecto de grado partió de un diagnóstico de las unidades del Relleno Sanitario Doña Juana. Se hizo énfasis en la línea de tratamiento fisicoquímico en la que se basa nuestro trabajo de grado. En el diagnóstico se hizo el muestreo del lixiviado para determinar los parámetros que actualmente no se están cumpliendo en la planta, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad ambiental vigente: Resolución 631 del 2015. Artistic expressions were creating in humans a space of vanity and beautification, for which different types of creams and makeups were created from animal fat and plant elements, in order to improve their appearance and complement their costumes. The concept of a modern beauty salon was developed by Matilde Harper (1857-1950), who pioneered the context of beauty franchises. Matilde was an apprentice to a doctor from whom she learned several concepts about biology and anatomy, calling her hair attention.Desde la era prehistórica, los humanos han buscado generar impacto visual atreves del uso de utensilios que adornaban su figura, tales como tintes, piedras y huesos. Las expresiones artísticas fueron creando en el ser humano un espacio de vanidad y embellecimiento, para lo cual se crearon diferentes tipos de cremas y maquillajes a partir de grasa animal y elementos vegetales, con el fin de mejorar su apariencia y complementar sus vestuarios. Technical-financial evaluation of obtaining soursop seed oil (Annona muricata)
No full textThe objective of this work is to carry out the financial technical analysis to obtain oil from the soursop seed (Annona muricata). For this, the physical properties (particle size, density, aerated and packed bulk density, compressibility, porosity, form factor and angle of repose) and the proximal analysis of the seeds, later a factorial design of experiments was proposed in which the temperature and the drying time of the seeds during the thermal pretreatment were taken as independent variables, this pretreatment is an indispensable process for cold pressing extraction. From the yields obtained by the 4 treatments and their respective repetitions, it was concluded that the drying conditions with the highest oil yield compared to the others were at 50 °C for a period of 12 h. Based on these conditions, the conceptual design of the process at the pilot plant level was established and the costs associated with the acquisition and monthly operation of the selected equipments amount to 859.815 respectively.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis técnico financiero para la obtención de aceite a partir de la semilla de guanábana (Annona muricata) para esto se determinaron las propiedades físicas (tamaño de partícula, densidad, densidad aparente aireada y empacada, compresibilidad, porosidad, factor de forma y ángulo de reposo) y el análisis proximal de las semillas, posteriormente se planteó un diseño de experimentos factorial en el cual se tomaron como variables independientes la temperatura y el tiempo de secado de las semillas durante el pretratamiento térmico, este pretratamiento es un proceso indispensable para la extracción por prensado en frío. A partir de los rendimientos arrojados por los 4 tratamientos y sus respectivas replicas se llegó a la conclusión que las condiciones de secado con mayor rendimiento de aceite frente a las demás fueron a 50°C por un periodo de 12 h. Con base en dichas condiciones se estableció el diseño conceptual del proceso a nivel planta piloto y se determinó que los costos asociados a la adquisición y operación mensual de los equipos seleccionados ascienden a 859.815 respectivamente

A review of scientific articles on organizational communication and its relationship with digital communication platforms was done, in order to identify the background of it. As versions are presented regarding what an organizational communication implies, also reviewed the input of a computer system report and information; after that, the theorical bases are presented on communicational processes level and the need of advance in terms of platforms in a digital world.La presente investigación, analiza los beneficios al implementar una plataforma digital en una Caja de Compensación Familiar con el objetivo de optimizar procesos de comunicación organizacional en la prestación de servicios de bienestar laboral con sus principales afiliados empresariales. No full textCurrently the rubber erasers of the company I.D.E.A.S are made from PVC and plasticizers, these two products have harmful effects for the environment and human health, however, the performance of the product is good and the costs are low. In European markets, they implemented regulations that eliminate products that contain PVC in their composition. When wanting to reach this market, it is necessary to replace these components with others that don't have implications for the environment or represent a risk to health but keep up the same quality as PVC erasers.Actualmente los borradores de la empresa I.D.E.A.S se elaboran a partir de PVC y plastificantes, estos dos productos presentan efectos nocivos para el medio ambiente y la salud humana, sin embargo, el desempeño del producto es bueno y los costos son bajos.En los mercados europeos implementaron normativas que eliminan los productos que contengan PVC en su composición. Al querer llegar a este mercado se hace necesario reemplazar estos componentes por otros que no tengan implicaciones con el medio ambiente ni representen un riesgo a la salud pero conservando la misma calidad que tienen los borradores del PVC.I.D.E.A.
